Very good

The apartment was big and clean. Location was good.

The aircon is not cold. One of e room aircon wasnt cold so we had to share room with other. The fridge is not that cold also. Water heater is not hot at all. Wifi signal was bad.

Very disappointed

Location and manager. High floor level

It was very disappointing. We only stayed one night and move to another apartment on the following day as I couldn’t sleep under that condition. Bedding looked dirty and old, bed sheet couldn’t stay on the mattress, kept coming out of mattress. Hangers in the wardrobe are all different cheap wire ones. Shower towels were super rough like sand paper. Provided shampoo and bath wash are pathetically cheap, I wouldn’t use it to wash my hand. Balcony floor was very dirty with hairs and ashes. Towels are super rough. TV is small which doesn’t have Netflix. Some of wall paint are peeling at comer. I’ve never lived any apartment in thus poor condition before, even my kids weren’t happy with it. But apartment manager is great. She was very patient and helpful. This apartment has a great location where is so easy to get everything. We like the view from the balcony but we couldn’t sit outside as the floor so dirty and there was only one old chair provided. Location and floor level is fantastic but this place needs a lot of work and love

Hope the owner can do all the repairs before renting out their unit, there's no way they don't know

3 toilets, 1 ceiling leaking so can't use, 2nd toilet leaking above the toilet bowl, can't use unless you want something on your head when you do your business 😕

The place is very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Host is very responsive and friendly. Definitely will return again when I come over to JB.

Great for short stay

Good location, clean, the view. Connected to KSL and 10 mins away from JB Sentral. Aircon is strong with fan, cutlery provided, bathroom is huge, lots of hangers and huge balcony to hang your towels. Clear instructions and communication from host.

Wish there's black out curtains, when the sun is up the room gets extremely hot and bright. The wall behind the bed is slightly dirty. Shampoo and conditioner are provided but we didn't use as it was diluted with water. We ended buying our own toiletries. Even though there're few lifts, it's quite slow and stop on almost every level.

My 1st time homestay

LOCATION!!! Loads of food choices within the vicinity. Room was spacious and quite clean, check in was a breeze. Service staff very responsive.

Bedding - could feel the spring on my back when lying on the bed. Vacuum cleaner - noisy and suction was really weak. Soundproofing - could hear the bass pounding in the middle of the night from nearby discotheque. The lift was really scary to ride in, saw quite a few residences got clamped by the fast closing lift doors.

Easy access for shopping. Rooms not bad. View was good and quiet. Very clean.

Just some suggedtion, not dislike. Hope you dont mind as we plan to book back next time when we back to JB. 1. The switches for sockets got to change it as some are not in good condition. 2. The iron board cover and blanket is too dirty. 3. Toilet roll holder spoilt. 4. The bottle for shower gel and shampoo not able to pump out and need to open up. 5. The table and bath towel too rough and seems to use for few mths. 6. The aircon remote for 1st room not working so we have to use other room remote.

The host was so helpful and replied to my enquiries as soon as possible. The house was clean and comfortable! It's huge and very convenient.

Things you might want to ask before checking in.

Spacious house, clean and comfortable to accommodate big family during festive seasons.

Only 1 lift servicing entire building of 30 floors. Common areas (lift, parking access) was poorly maintained by building management. Avoid checking in between 3pm-4pm as there are other visitors using lift and always fully occupied, causing long waits for 1 lift.

Value for money. Excellent stay.

Location and the room size. Big enough for a large family and eateries are in every corner to cater to any budget. However, what stood out was the host attended to our issue with the tv personally. She came down to the unit to resove the issue when the video call to guide us did not help much

The bed and the pillow too soft. The private lift to the unit was not working during our stay.

High floor with good view from the rop

Apartment not well maintained. Lift facility is terrible, we waited for the lift for at least 45 minutes on day we supposed to check out. We had.to carry our luggages all the way down from level 35 to ground floor via staircase. Can u imagine? I wanted to come back but have to think twice. Rubbish also not thrown in the designated area ad other tenants anyway placed their trashes. Bathroom - should have something to filter out the water when you shower so that the whole floor will not be wet. Don't really like the toilet layout.

The bed, not some ultra comfortable sealy bed but we slept quite well, air con was really cold, equipped with washing machine n laundry powder provided Great view, high floor #35

The heater is not quite consistent n halfway through the cold water will just send you go uwu cold Not sure is it too long never wash the sofa cover, I got rashes from it The lift is terrible though...stopping at every other level when there is no one...

When I check in time the floor is sticky & not very clean too and toilet floor was very wet too but I guess it's not a very big concern..
