About this apartment rental

1 bedroom with queen bed with full bath, in the living room two pull out sofas and full bath. Another full bath near living room.Kitchen is furnished, cleaning will include linens , towels and washcloths. Sliding door goes onto the balcony that has furniture you can enjoy the view of the beach and sunsets. Staying @ our unit includes using indoor and outdoor hotubs and pools, in the winter the indoor pool is heated. Has a gift shop and bar on the lower level. Unit is on the 1st floor so no steps to climb, parking is right outside the unit. Also restaurant on the bottom level. Plenty of other restaurants around and grocery stores are BI-LO and Kroger are close. About 1/4 mile to the garden city Pier and Downtown. You can sit in the living room and have a beautiful view of the ocean and sand. Monthly rate $1200.00, Contact owner

Our 1st time in Garden City and it did not disappoint. We had a lovely stay in this first floor condo and we've never been closer to the beach. The condo is a bit dated and could use some upgrades but it was very clean & comfortable and the access to the beach was so easy. It was great to be on the first floor and just run in & out when needed. Unpacking the car was a breeze. The pool & patio area was nice! Lots of nice families with small children around (this was not a "party" place, thank goodness). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again.

Beautiful beach front with great deck, pool and hot tub. The unit was clean but worn. Some finishes were good but others needed major attention. The sliding door to balcony was worn out and hard to open and the bifold doors at laundry were falling off. The vanities also needed attention.

This was a last minute getaway trip for us from our home in NC to just relax after the holidays. This condo is prefectly sufficient for two people (more with two pull out couches but no privacy there). We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the little bar downstairs was a great little hangout in the later evenings when we needed it. Ms Atkins is a super nice host and very accommodating!

We had a BLAST staying at Leigh's place. There will definitely be future stays booked. Place was exactly as advertised and Leigh was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

Overall we had a great experience in our weekend away! The location was amazing right in the beach overlooking the water. First floor so easy access from the parking garage which had plenty of spaces to ensure you're close and your car is safe. The resort was nice with a indoor outdoor pool (it is all one pool!) And two hot tubs one inside and one out. A great deck outside the bar/restaurant to look out on the sand and sea. Minor notes would be there are no FOOD items stocked (seasonings etc) and we could not find trash bags. No issue with it just want to prepare others. Truly we had a great time the host is mostly responsive and is very helpful.

We enjoyed the stay as we usually do. The only thing the bummed the kids and us out was the hot tub and swimming pool was closed because of the hurricane that happened a year earlier. Would of been nice to know that in advance, but no big deal. We have stayed in the same place 2 years in a row and next year will most likely be 3.

The property owner was wonderful to work with. The condo was beautiful and our view of the ocean was amazing. The pool and hot tub were down due to renovations but the owner made it right with us and we will definitely be staying here again if possible.

Loved this beautiful condo. Convenient first floor location made unloading and loading the car a breeze. Just a short walk to the Garden City Pier and the Conch Cafe. Would love to stay here again.

When hurricane Ian was coming into the Myrtle Beach area the management staff of Waters Edge left a day early and put a note on their door saying "In case of emergency please call a certain number and that they would return on Saturday." They NEVER informed any of their guests that the main drive parking entrance would flood and that they did not have pumps to pump it out, so alas we were stranded in our Condo. Even the emergency stairs had water rising on them that made them inpassable. There was no mandatory evacuation so we thought we would be ok. However, when we found out that the Condo Mgt. left us without telling anyone about the flooding parking area we were in complete shock. Thankfully we had provisions, a lot of people did not. Then we get another notification telling us that they are cutting off our water due to a busted sewer pipe and it could be 24 hours or less before it's back on "sorry for the inconvenience" Well, that was the straw that broke the camels' back! First, we are left without warning about the garage flooding, then we are left stranded in our condo, then they cut off our water. Waters Edge Management thought only about themselves, NOT about their guests. It proves to me that it's a typical business with no care for the people they are supposed to care for as their loggers. AGAIN, NO EVACUATION WAS EVER CALLED FOR BY GARDEN CITY, SC, OR THE WATERS EDGE CONDO! They just left us there to fend for ourselves without warning. with no way out of the condo to get food or provisions, we were literally trapped. NOT GOOD and BAD MANAGEMENT on the part of WATERS EDGE!

We really enjoyed our stay at 103 water's Edge.. Leigh was very easy to communicate with. Wasn't sure about staying on 1st floor.. but we felt like we were sitting on the ocean. Very convenient to load up car straight out the door to parking garage. I thought the condo was very spacious. We will definitely stay again

I agree with other reviews. You can park on the floor where your condo is and not have to ride or wait on an elevator. The property and condo overall were nice and clean. Leigh was great. We had a few issues and she took care of them immediately. We will be back!

Having grown up in the area, but now residing in a different state, waters edge resort has always been my favorite resort to stay at, because of all of the amenities offered but more specifically the out door hot tub is my absolute favorite! This property is located in probably the best location in the building as it’s on the 1st floor not high up but right on top of the outside deck! So if you don’t like heights like myself this place is perfect! The owner was amazing, very communicative and even allowed for me to have an early check in due to needing to get ready in time for a family photo shoot! For the price and location this really is a very good deal!!! You really get your bang for your buck!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Lower level condo rented for Christmas which was unseasonably warm. Parking was awesome even though we drive a Silverado. Unloaded 25 feet from the room. This unit is probably the cleanest room than any hotel we have been in. Swimming inside and out. Shade by the beautiful Palmetto trees will be great in the summer heat. Decking is incredible across the property, well kept and foliage is fabulous. There is a bar and diner(not open at our stay). We most definitely be renting from this location again.

Enjoyed the location and property access. Was a problem with televisions, bedroom had to turn up or down by back of tv, living room could not turn on. I think there is a problem with the syncing of remotes. I could not find an iron, I found an ironing boded, but not the iron. Other then that I loved the beach and pool areas. Rooms very spacious.

Mother daughter getaway

Daughter just turned 19 and we decided to get away for a long weekend. The view was so nice we ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa. We ate our meals on the balcony. Super close to the beach. Really nice stay!

The first floor location within this building is wonderful! The condo is nice and well maintained. The beach is small, having a short distance to the water, but also a short distance from the condo building which is very convenient. Easy and convenient keyless entry with no check-in required.
