Everyone there is SO wonderful, welcoming, helpful and makes sure you have just the best stay! Our ambassadors went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The property is small and private and never felt super packed, even when more guests arrived. The food at the lighthouse fine dining restaurant was phenomenal!

gorgeous rooms. gorgeous location.
food was hit or miss. service was NOT what they boast on website. everything was reactive rather than proactive.

rooms and property were immaculate. staff very friendly and accommodating. plunge pools were a nice touch to the room with a great view. breakfast portions were better than dinner. dinner portions were small. movie channels not working and very limited cable stations for late night television. bar and food service around beach and pools were superb with very friendly staff. quiet complex.
lack of nightlife after dinner service.

Breakfast was excellent , lots of choice
Oysters and caviar on the beach was something new!
Evening menu was a little limited , but the quality was good. Choice of free wines with dinner was very limited, had though there might be more choice. No champagne either - just Prosecco or sparkling white.

The staff was beyond amazing. Attentive without being intrusive. When there was a minor problem, (something is always going to go wrong) they resolved it immediately. To me that is the mark of excellent service. The food and drink is really excellent for an all inclusive. The villas are spacious and comfortable with large outdoor area.
It would be nice if there was a schedule of the special dining and drinking events at the resort. The ambassadors tell you so I didn't miss anything, but I would have liked something written on paper in the room.

Fantastic location, spacious, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
Food in The Lighthouse was excellent and lived up to “Fine Dining”
lunchtime food choice a bit limited, tended to be same thing everyday.
service was a bit slow at times particularly at lunchtime in Irina’s Restaurant

Waterfront View Room was exceptional! The property is extremely clean and the grounds well kept. The staff and ambassadors were very attentive and accommodated all our needs. Would recommend to family and friends.
The gift shop should be open all 7 days a week. Forgot sunscreen and got a decent sunburn on day one. The food was not what we expected from a 5-star resort, but had some notable mentions like the Signature Black Angus Burger!!

The pool, the room service the 7 course meal which is once a week that was very different and nice. The bartender Andre is the best.
I loved the staff at the bar Andre, the waitress the room was amazing and so was the food as for the manager I can’t remember her name she was horrible, not welcoming at all she left a very funny taste in my mouth I been to so many hotels in Antigua and this one I shall say was the worst thanks to the manager.
