Fab property for a family break with a great location
We really enjoyed staying at Seashells as a family of 8 plus dog over the new year. There are only a couple of points to highlight:
- Outside bins had not been emptied, I guess due to Christmas but the recycling was completely full when we arrived and meant we had a lot of rubbish in the walkway near the utility room during our stay
- TV's in the lounge is quite old, could do with updating to include smart TV function & HD
- Lounge needs additional chair
Really enjoyed The Global Pub a few minutes from the house and long walks to the beaches at Wells & Hockham.

Wonderful family Stacation!
Six adults a toddler and a dog need space and this house delivered! Loved it. My only slight criticism would be the lounge isn’t quite big enough for six seated adults comfortably. This would not stop me from returning to this gorgeous property however.

Christmas in Wells
We stayed between Christmas and the New Year. The house is spectacular and the location is amazing. Even the neighbours were lovely! We are regulars in Wells and love it there. We could walk to The Globe in 2 minutes. We were made up of 5 adults, 3 children and a Basset Hound. The house is so well equipped. We cooked several times and they had everything we needed. There were so many Christmas decorations up and once the log burner was lit it really was magical. Highly recommend.

Fantastic holiday home
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seashells.
Beautiful house in a perfect location.
We holiday in North Norfolk with Norfolk Hideaways every October and have never been disappointed. This is our annual family break with grandparents and my children, which makes this house perfect for my parents to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom.
The location is great, short walking distance into Wells.
We have had, as always, a wonderful week in Wells and can’t wait to return next year and Seashells would be perfect to return to, thank you Seashells for our 2019 Norfolk break ❤️

Seashells
Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good size kitchen/diner but found the lounge a little on the small side. Would have preferred king size beds instead of double. All in all clean and comfortable with a good size enclosed garden and excellent and peaceful location.

Great place to stay
Great property in good location with the added bonus of parking for two cars. It was carnival week when we arrived which we didn't know when we booked and found the town was buzzing with activities both day and night which was great. The garden was great and secure for the children and the gift of a great chocolate cake was appreciated. Would recommend this to any family. Wells is a great town and located in an ideal part of Norfolk.

Well equipped house
The best and most well equipped house I've ever stayed in. Very well laid out with plenty of space. The decor is adorable down to the lighthouse bedside lights and so thoughtful.
Easy walking distance to the shops and quay.
Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful week
Seashells felt like a brand new house, with lots of clever little touches. Amazing to arrive to a welcome cake! The house was perfect for our needs, with my daughter and her boys sleeping upstairs while my husband and I had the downstairs bedroom.
The kitchen was really well equipped. Ideally I would add salad servers to the cutlery drawer, and also a sealable container for coffee grounds. It was very hot that week, and an electric fan would have been very welcome. Otherwise perfect.
The garden was well calculated - nothing to worry about destroying with ball games and cricket.
One puzzle: there was a beach tent in the garage. We took it to the beach, only to find it was broken. This felt very out of keeping with the rest of the house, and we wondered if some previous tenant had left it behind. ???
Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

What a fantastic house! Beautifully decorated and a brilliant location. Only a 5 minutes walk to town! The parking was a real bonus and the enclosed garden was perfect for our little boy and our dog! We had a wonderful stay. I can not recommend this property enough!

A fabulous weekend retreat
We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Seashells. The standard of the cottage is beautifully high. Location was amazing and having parking a true bonus. Minutes walk into town, we parked the cars on Friday afternoon and did not touch them till we left! Everything we required was to hand and the cottage so very spotless. The outside space and areas work really well, especially after a day on the beach - one could de-sand outside using the side tap before entering house!! You could even post sandy children through back door, via most handy utility room into garden to de-beach before house!! A wonderful house to stay in and enjoy with family. The hosts have and do work very hard to maintain a high standard and it shows! Thank you so very much.
