Clean and comfortable.

Property clean and value for money.

We were only here one night and the location was different from where we normally stay. It could work for others, though. Seems to be an active nightlife three with many cheap massage shops.

My stay overall was very good and I would recommend Holiday Inn Express as a destination stay.

Housekeeping was great. Front Desk staff was good and professional. Walls are thin and you can literally hear the person next door. The only complaint I have is the breakfast needs upgrading. Very bland. Where is the bacon, pancakes, waffles, scramble eggs? Let’s address that breakfast issue. Otherwise a very solid hotel.

The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable. The staff were professional.

Don’t waste your money.

One word, Awful !!!

I couldn’t sleep because of the AC was hot. Changed the rooms many times and still the staff couldn’t repair the issue. The property smelled like sewage and the noise was unbearable. Never come back here again.

Nice stay in quite places.. Great option 👌

Good Location but quite places. Walking distance to beach, walking street and LK Metro. Room size was fine and we're clean, smooth check-in and Breakfast was goods 👍 with options. Bed we're also good not too soft not too hard.

Good hotel on Soi Bukhao

Very well priced hotel at the start of Soi Bukhao and on bhat bus routes so close to everywhere. Room a decent size. Your room is serviced on demand which is grest if you want to sleep in . There is a small but nice pool and a reasonably equipped gym. Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection.

Breakfast is 6 to 10 am. It would be better if this was 7 to 11 as many people are out late at night.

Worst at it all time.

Only the location

The staff do not remember that towels and hand towels were collected and when check out they ask the guests. Very humiliating. I will never book any holiday Inn or IHG hotels group. Beware of these issues.

割安感と朝食スタッフの対応と動きが機敏でした🙂

ホテルに12時に着いたがフロントのベテランらしき女性が 14時までは絶対NO！館内の椅子で待機していて13時に再度フロントマンに聞いたらOK 最初の接客態度悪く感じた！

너무 만족해서 다시 가고싶어요

위치도 너무 좋았어요 직진하면 뭐든 다 있고 환전소 바로 앞이고 무엇보다 제일 마음에 들었던거는 침대가 누우면 빨려들어가는 그런느낌 침대라서 좋았어요 푹 잤습니다 완전 만족 직원들도 엄청 친절해요

화장실 샤워부스가 좀 허술하다는 점 수건이 넉넉하지 않은거

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage - Personal top - immer wieder

Sehr freundliches - Personal in zentraler Lage für verschiedene Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten - dennoch recht ruhig gelegen - schöne Zimmer

Leider habe ich ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür erwischt. Morgendliches (sehr früh) Musikprogramm des Nachbarn ließ keinen Schlaf mehr zu. Das laste ich dem Hotel aber nicht an.

تاخير في الدخول الساعة 3 مساءا والخروج من الفندق الساعة 12 ظهرا مع الإتصال المزعج من الإستقبال..لايوجد خدمة حمل الحقايب..يصلح للأفراد وليس للعائلات الخليجيه..الدسكوات مزعجه أمام الفندق فندق جيدا

Location good, staff excellent. The reception staff even remembered me from a visit 10 months previously.

Breakfast like the last time I stayed here was poor. Chicken sausages aren't pleasant at any time. The interior is beginning to look a little tired.

The stay was good at the hotel the staff are so friendly and helpful

What I didn’t like was the Indians next door and cross the passage banging doors all day and night and talking very loud. I wouldn’t let people sleep. And I wish you do bacon to for breakfast.
