Island Therapy-Studio:
A contemporary studio with 1 bed/1 bath, sleeps 4. Located on the 3rd floor with easy access via elevator or steps. Brand new listing in excellent condition with very modern high-quality furniture and design, A/C, ceiling fans and tile floors. Comfortable living area with expansive views of Cruz Bay. 1 large flat screen cable TV. Internet. Well-equipped kitchenette, washer/dryer, 1 new king size bed with plush mattress, plus new luxury, queen sofa bed that sleep 2 comfortably.
Safe in room. Grande Bay Resort is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and booking agents who can reserve your day sail, power boat, fishing excursion, eco-tour or other relaxing entertainment. Several beaches are within walking distance, with numerous beaches on the north shore only a short taxi ride away. You are also just a few minutes from the people or car ferries which can take you to St. Thomas, the BVI or other nearby islands. Nearest airport is St. Thomas International Airport (just a 20 minute ferry ride to St Thomas).
There are no guaranteed parking spaces for studios at Grande Bay; we try to accommodate our studio guests with vehicles, if possible, when another guest with a unit that has a parking space, is available. There is also paid parking available a very short distance from the studio.
Grande Bay Resort is a premier luxury property; well-maintained with lush vegetation offering many amenities, a beautiful rooftop swimming pool, a 6-person whirlpool spa, with an extensive deck area, and an indoor gym. This is our second stay at grand Bay and we love this condo just as much as a previous visit. Owner had everything we needed and has a great PDF of info all about staying on St. John. We will definitely come back to this unit when available for our stays in the future.

Was just like described on-line. Nicely decorated and plenty of things included. Did not do any meals in room but saw there were a lot of small appliances. Convenient location. Pretty property.

Great location. Condo was very clean and newly painted and decorated. Nicely appointed with all utensils, pots, pans and glasses/mugs. There is a hot plate which was very useful for small cooking. We were extremely happy with this condo and highly recommend it.

As a solo traveler from Florida, I felt safe throughout my time traveling. Condo is fabulous! Clean, comfortable, close to everything, the view is amazing and the communication with the owners is great!

We had a very unfortunate experience in this unit it started at check in and continued for the duration of our stay.
1) Room was not easily accessible, and we had to go get management to help get us access to the room due to housekeeping issue.
2) Room was 88 degrees when we arrived, housekeeping left the sliding glass door open.
3) There is NO ON-SITE PARKING most units in this facility have a designated parking spot, it wasn't mentioned in the VRBO listing, we canceled our Jeep that we had reserved.
4) We were woken up (3) days before 7:30am to the sound of HEAVY CONSTRUTION from the unit directly above the condo. Hammering, sawing, demolition hammers, etc.
The owners offered no compensation.
The view is spectacular, and the location is amazing, but we will not be staying with them in the future.

My husband and I had a great stay! It was in an excellent location and the room was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing. We would highly recommend staying here! St. John was awesome!

Our 10 night stay at Island Therapy was nice for the three of us. The location on Grand Bay is doable without a jeep rental. It is quite a walk/ with stairs& 2 elevator trips to get to condo so make sure the elevator is working in the unit. There are My 12 yr old son stayed on the pull out couch which I wouldn’t recommend for an adult due to the thin mattress that you can feel the bar through. When we arrived the bath towels had a horrible smell and we had to re wash the towels before using since that was not done. The A/C air filter needs changed and struggles to maintain at 77 degrees with all curtains closed. The owner was very responsive to our call to get new pillows for us , new hairdryer,and when the microwave broke he replaced within 4 hours. The privacy on balcony was nice and view was wonderful. We brought binoculars to watch the boats coming and going. The washer and dryer are nice to have. We cooked a lot at condo and do know that there is no oven, so improvised with the rival skillet provided. Kitchen amenities are nice. Shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash built in are provided. Overall we had a great time and I would rent again from island therapy.

We just completed a fantastic stay at Island Therapy at Grande Bay Resort in St. John. The studio unit was excellent and provided us everything we needed and more. The unit was very comfortable and provides great views overlooking Cruz Bay. The owner and property manager were great and worked with us during the stay to accommodate our jeep rental for parking last minute and extend our check out time by a few hours to allow us a bit more time to enjoy the island before we had to leave. We would definitely recommend this unit for your next trip to St. John.

My husband and I stayed at the property for a wonderful week. The location is perfect for a walk to Cruz Bay. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the deck. The view is PERFECT. There was plenty of room for the two of us, and it had all the amenities we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely come back and stay again.

Great location, exactly as described and had all the amenities someone needs when flying in, including soaps and body wash! Was a great relief to be able to have what we needed. Amazing view and property owner is super helpful. Worst part is all the stairs, the elevators were down or kept being wonky so we stopped taking them.

We loved our room. The pics don't do it justice! Loved the openness of the space. They had coolers, beach towels, beach chairs etc available to use. And a perfect desk where I kept up on work email every morning. Highly recommend!!

Great place, more than adequate
Good location to everything. The place was perfect. ...maybe check the fridge. Wasn't keeping food very cold. But we barely used it so it was a non issue. We would stay there again if we come back..

Bill and Laurie were attentive to my needs and arranged a fantastic stay at this lovely unit. The studio was well equipped with anything one might need for an extended stay. A perfect place to stay!
We stayed here for our 28th Wedding Anniversary trip to St. John, and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, easy walk to town, restaurants, and a little grocery store. Excellent communication and excellent place to stay. The best view from the patio of Cruz Bay and gorgeous sunset views, too.

Excellent from start to finish. Easy check-in with Desmond meeting me at the ferry dock and helloing with luggage and getting me to the unit quickly. Everything in the studio is exactly as pictured. Best part is that is less than a minute walk from Grande Bay Resort to Low Key Watersports an excellent dive shop where I spent the week scuba diving. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. And the studio has a mini-fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster and basic kitchen utensils so easy breakfasts and/or lunches can be made right there. Recommendation: Ronnie’s Pizza delivers. They have an amazing meatballl Parm sub and an incredible Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
