Located at the base of Aspen Mountain you'll love the location and the condo. Perfect location for attending the Aspen Food and Wine Festival, Aspen Ideas Festival and the Aspen Music Festival. Walking distance to most everything and free bus rides to virtually everything else.
The location is unmatched in this recently rehabbed spacious condo. Perched just east of the ski hill and the gondola path, the condo is only a few minutes walk to town or the gondola base.
BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. Only a few steps away to the center of town, this unique location offers peace away from the streets yet proximity that is unmatched. Parking is available but there is no need for a car.
Located in the core of the worlds most famous ski town and perched just off Aspen Mountain with spectacular views of Red Mountain and Smuggler Mountain, this condo is hard to beat. On Aspen Mountain Rd, the proximity allows skiers to arrive from the slopes of Aspen Mountain directly to the building while on skis during the winter months.
