We came here for my sons (2) first trip to the snow. We had a great time, the neighborhood was absolutely stunning, we walked around multiple times and the views of the lake are stunning. The house itself, was just as great. 4 rooms were all spacious and stayed warm all night. There’s a hill on the back of the house for sledding, and the common area of the house was perfect for entertaining!

We had a great time - the kitchen was well-appointed, the place was spacious and open, there was great lake access both at the private HOA beach and the surrounding area, and fantastic access to open space/trails behind the development. Mike was a great host, very responsive and eager to help/ I would recommend highly and would love to stay here again!

Had a very nice stay in this 3 level home. Lots of room to spread out the family and they allow pets. Not that many options in the pet friendly category.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at this great house. The house was very well stocked with the essentials, and the layout was perfect for our family of four. We had our two dogs with us, and the adjacent patio was convenient for taking them out. The location can’t be beat, with easy access to Tahoe City and South Tahoe as well. As well, the nearby meadow trails were quite lovely and great for running, walking and mountain biking. While we didn’t use the HOA, we did check it out and hope to take advantage of those amenities on another visit. The County’s restrictions on use of charcoal BBQ and the fire pit were a bit of a disappointment, but understandable.
