Not a very big place, but just the right size for our family of three. Good location, warm and comfortable inside. Appreciate the prompt responses from the hosts to all of our questions.

Our stay at this property was not acceptable.... Upon arrival it was clear the home had not been cleaned (unmade bed, dirty bathroom and kitchen). I tried calling, texting, and emailing the owner with no response. Luckily the cleaning supplies were accessible as well as spare sheets and towels. I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom so we would be comfortable using them, and we changed the sheets. The property was otherwise fine and during booking the owner was responsive, but the lack of support for our issue tainted our experience. I would not have minded the housekeeping miss at all if it had been responded to and corrected, but unfortunately that was not the case.

I have stayed at Hideaway Village for over 30 years once or twice/year. This unit if fine for one or two individuals, quiet. Minor maintenance is needed however was very clean. Overall very good.

Great accommodations and incredible value!!
Our stay included myself, my teenage son and our young adult friend. The condo had everything we needed and more! No it’s not fancy, but it was so refreshing to find affordable and clean vacation lodging - especially since the focus of our vacation was enjoying the outdoors! The owners have given much thought and attention to details that are often not found in higher end rentals! We highly recommend!

Spring break trip!
We had a great time. The parking is very difficult to get your car in/out if you do not have the appropriate type of car or tires. We stayed for 4 nights and had to recycle our towels because there were only six towels. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent ski condo
The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was situated in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the bus stop that brought us to the resort. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but was perfectly acceptable for my husband and I. We would love to stay here again

Quiet and Peaceful
We had a nice time with the only hang up with the lockbox when leaving. The condo is small but clean and as advertised. A 70’s experience. It was warm as no AC but the location was perfect base for our vacation.

Place is 5 minutes from town. Nice and quiet. Used the kitchen for breakfast and had everything I needed to cut and cook. Shower and bed was nice.

Great Stay!
We had a nice visit. The property had everything we needed and I enjoyed parking right up at the door. The property is exactly as stated, no frills but very comfortable for a small party. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were stocked and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much! Amy from Boulder, CO

Great place
I loved the location. The rental and the price for the unit was great. The only negative I could think of is the downstairs bathroom door would get stuck and we couldn't shut it all the way.

A great place to stay
Thank you for opening your space to us. It was a great "home base" from which to visit the Western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. The directions in your email and posted around the house were clear, and the basic supplies helped as well.

Fun stay at Winter Park
Bill and Sharie communicated well with us in a timely and informative manner to make the stay a stress free, efficient and enjoyable one. The location provided for all of our needs and is very convenient to local shops, restaurants and the Winter Park Resort. We enjoyed our stay and made great memories during this trip. Thanks for helping make our Spring Break adventure a successful one.

Great for the price
Overall was happy with our stay. The area around the condo is nice and quiet. Would maybe suggest a fan for summer stays as it was a little warm during the day but spent most of our time out exploring the surrounding mountains. The description was accurate and hard to beat for the price.

Cozy place with all that you need
The condo was nicer than we thought. It was great to have an upstairs bedroom with the full bath and a 1/2 bathroom in the first floor. My daughters and their friend occupied the upper floor and I was able to relax in the living room in the first floor. The place is small but it has everything you need. Highly recommend it for a couple or a family of 3 or 4 people.

Not fancy, but great location and customer service
The description of this condo is accurate. It is small, but cozy. It is an older condo that has not been updated. But it is clean, the owners provide great customer service, it is right on the shuttle line to the ski resorts, and it very close to the shop and restaurants at Cooper Creek. if you're looking for a no-frills condo for a family of four, this is a great deal.

Very pleasant trip
The location is convenient, close to downtown area. Free bus took us to the resort on snowing days and bus stop is just across the street. The owner is very nice and flexible. The price was very good since we stayed there in peak season.

The condo was warm and comfortable. It had everything you need.
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was quiet and very close to the shuttle stop to get you downtown or up the mountain. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Winter Park. Thanks Bill and Sharie

Nice stay!
The condo was just as described.... retro, but very clean and everything worked without a hitch. It is a bit small, but worked just fine for our family of four. We appreciated how well stocked it was. What we liked the most, though was the location. Such a peaceful setting in the woods.
Thanks for a really nice weekend in wonderful Winter Park!

As described, older but very functional.
This met our needs perfectly. It was clean, had all of the necessities and enough comfortable sleeping space for myself and 3 teenagers. Communication from the owners was timely and covered all of the details necessary to find the place, gain entry to it and to utilize the pool and hot tub for the units.

Enjoyed Our Stay
The condo itself was very nice and comfortable; it was just the right size for 2 people. The owners keep the place clean and inviting and respond to any questions you have in a timely manner. Read the bulletin board in the kitchen, lots of notes that helped. We do wish it had an outside grill as we stayed in the summer and love to cook outside. The condo association is a little on the scary side. We wanted to jump into the hot tub after a day of hiking but decided against that real fast, went to the club house and it was completely empty, no furniture, desk or anything, it looked like a ghost town. We walked about the place and saw a pool and hot tub on the bottom floor, but it was really not inviting at all. You could tell nobody really cared about that place and it wasn’t kept up very well. All in all condo was great, but amenities not so much, overall a 4 star rating.

Great place to stay on a budget! The bed was very comfortable, convienent location and wifi worked well. The place was perfect size for two people but if you have a family it might be close corners.

This little condo was perfect for our family of four. Although it's not new, it is well cared for and had everything we needed. The wifi & cable TV were great to have after days on the mountain.
