Clean, economical and spacious place for a short stay.

Spacious room, very clean, away from street noise, friendly and helpful greeting by host.

Would have appreciated more than one chair or somewhere to sit inside other than the edge of a bed. Coffee pot was a bit confusing to use.

Les dimensions de la chambre sont parfaites et la literie est des plus confortable La cour intérieure constitue vraiment un atout majeur. L accueil fut chaleureux et la disponibilité du propriétaire est rare! Situé à proximité du centre de la ville, l emplacement est vraiment idéal.

Best bang for the buck in Terrasini

Absolutely mind blowing property, fully renovated and with classy furnitures. The jacuzzi was amazing and the complimentary spumante when we arrived was a touch of class. The room is always fresh and cool also thanks to the marble floor and very spacious. The owner is also very kind and the breakfast was generous. I'm sure you can't find any better for that price.

Beautiful and chill

Design of the room was well done,the whole concept of the hotel was very original with nice outdoor lounge and comfy rooms named after art pieces. The host Marco was very friendly and helpful! We liked the town Terrasini as well, Marco recommended places with very good food!

A cute bed and breakfast only 15 mins from the airport really useful as we arrived late in the evening. Host contacted us before our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed

Great value for money. Nice big room. Good location for airport. 5 minute walk in to town. The host let us check in early which was a great help. Parking on the street right outside.

Great value for the Money, good location, Nice and clean accomodation, very Nice owner

Modern, clean and nice equipped accomodation with everything you need. You can park your car on the street, infront of accomodation, there are always some free spaces. Infront of the room is very nice garden to relax. The accomodation is close to the center and the beach of Terassini. You can go walking.The owner - Marco is very responsive, he answeres all your questions imediately. He helped us with transfer from rentacar and to airport Palermo. Because of early flight in the morning, we missed the breakfast, but Marco brought us the best croissants in Sicily. This accomodation is very nice if you want to relax on the beach, explore Terassini city or if you need accomodation close to Palermo airport because of early or late flight. Dont worry, the owner will help you with everything.

Everything was super! I tottaly recommend this accomodation, I would choose it again, with no doubt.

Overall very happy with the stay and would highly recommend.

The accommodation looks just like on pictures, the owner was very very helpful with any questions or help we needed. Comfy bed and good jacuzzi.

The only thing was that Uber had no cars in that location so had to look for alternative taxi, a bit of a walk to things better to rent a car if you’re staying in that area.

Strategic location to reach the surroundings of Palermo. Nice and cozy property, I liked the quietness and the environment, feeling like home but at the same time cuddled as a guest.

I was expecting at least some bottles of water in the fridge.

It is a quiet place where you can relax perfectly. Marco (the host) is the best service man in Terrasini, he helps you with tips, where to go and where to eat in Terrasini. We recommend the stay for people who are looking for an uncomplicated unwinding. It is a very lovely place, we liked it. We also liked the breakfast.

Excellent stay. Would return!

Marco is a most accommodating host - friendly and super responsive. He gave us a great tour of the town and excellent suggestions for restaurants. The accommodation is super roomy and clean.

Great value for a price

Great location just outside paid parking zone but still 7 minute walk from the city centre. Very nice staff, Marco 😉 Clean room. Amazing beach Cala Rosa 3 minute ride to the west.

Parking outside facility, which isn't particularly a disadvantage because it's free still. If you have to leave early your breakfast will be very brief, but delicious. We had a pair of croissants with coffee and left.

The garden is amazing to relax in during the day and in the evening too.

Once again we decide to stay in Marco's Apartment. Why? Because it's fabulous. The interiors are fantastic, very spacious, comfortable and you can really relax in them. The garden allowed us to relax during the day and in the evening too. Not every apartment gives you that option. That's why you should try it here ;)

Amazing place to stay

First of all, excellent contact with the owner. Marco was with us from the very beginning and helped in every aspect. Even before our arrival, he helped us book a transfer from the airport. The apartment itself is delightful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Really only pluses. And to that, garden right at the entrance to the room. I recommend it to everyone.
