Poor

only the location is good. other than that is POOR.

so disappointing. the room & toilet is dirty! even the bedsheet were not clean and it has smell. the stay wasn't pleasant. I will not stay there anymore. Hopefully the management can take this issue seriously. Otherwise, nobody wants to stay in that kind of place.

A misleading disappointment.

The sink was multifunctional because it washed both my hands and feet. If you can't understand sarcasm, it means that the sink had a massive gaping hole underneath it. It didn't even have a proper pipe. And my fiance in the other room didn't even have a full sink to begin with!

Room was dark and gloomy. Mold on every side of the wall. Main lobby was poorly maintained.

Super dirty

Only good for the location. It's just walking distance behind the Trans Mart Padang.

Many things! The lobby smell of smoke. Old and torn towel, super dirty room and bathroom, sticky floor, spiderweb in many corners of the room, stained bedsheets, and dusty. The photos are not the current real pictures.

this hotel is recommended for short stays (room just for sleep) or backpackers

even though it's not on the main road, the location is still close to the city center and shopping center

The floor is not clean, so I've to sweep the floor first. the sheets and pillowcases are dirty

Good location but have cleanliness issue

Location is great. I found very good local-breakfast just 700 m walking distance and easy check ins. They have drink water for refill.

I just have big issue on the room cleanliness and it was disappointed for family trip, and I could say, (sorry) quite a bit dirty specially on the bedsheet, bathroom, and window. Hope u can pay more attention on this.

Good but can be improved

The location is good as you can walk to the nearest mall which was Transmart as well as walking distance to KFC, pizza hut and other local stalls. Not that far from the famous Padang eatery Lamun Ombak as well. The receptionist were polite and provide necessary assistance when required.

The aircond was not cold in both of the rooms me and my family stayed at, even after we set it to the lowest temperature. Most probably because of the lack of maintenance. Padang is hot so AC is really necessary. The lack of proper cupboard or hooks to hang the clothes makes it quite difficult. The room itself is quite small. Having your room at the ground floor would mean that you would constantly see other guests seating and lounging in front of your room as the main entrance and reception is located at the same floor as the rooms.
