Family paradise
We had the best week. The house was perfect for our family. We have 4 children and 3 adults in our group. Plenty of space. The house was well appointed, clean and location was great. Check in and out was easy and all communication was friendly and helpful.
We were very happy to have a house right on the beach but also a pool for when the kids wanted to swim more but we made dinner or relaxed inside.
The house does have foot traffic next to it since it is right next to a beach access as well as canoe practice each day but it was never noisy or a problem. The house is surrounded by plush Landscspe which gives added privacy.
I highly recommend this property.

Amazing vacation with spectacular beach at Naupaka Hale
My wife and I stayed at Naupaka Hale for our vacation and we had a wonderful time in Lanikai. Naupaka Hale was just absolutely wonderful. Excellent location, house, pool, and of course beach!. We had such a great time. We enjoyed the location and proximity to Kailua and all of the good local dining and shopping options.
The house was very clean and well maintained. Some equipment was a little rusted in the closet and shower room. I think that it is a good idea to repair, but it's no big deal.
We took a walk on the beach early in the every morning. It was truly a spectacular Lanikai beach. I went snorkeling and was able to see the turtle and shark. Shark was about 1.5m, but I think it was a gentle type of shark, it was at the bottom of the ocean. Also, the pool was awesome! It was not a heated pool, but the water was not cold. We were relaxed because this place was so peaceful.
We are very thankful to ”Jen” of Hawaiian Villa Rentals. When my wife fell off her bicycle, she brought us a first aid kit. Also, we had an arrangement for a private in villa massage. Therapist Debbie's massage was really good. We had our massage while listening to the sound of the waves on the terrace. It seemed that she belonged to a local canoe club, and we were happy to be able to see her again on the beach!
The home and the location were just fantastic. We definitely will decide to return to the house and Lanikai beach!
Finally, again, I strongly recommend both this property and Robin with Hawaiian Villa Rentals!!

It like we had found our own private resort when we walked through the private gate. The landscape is gorgeous. First u walk by the cottage (bedroom 3) My daughter and her husband enjoyed this space w a comfy king size bed, master bath w rainfall shower, kitchen, living area w beautiful decor. We also had Soothe (massages) come out to the cottage for couple massages. I highly recommend Soothe to start ur vacation. The pool was a big hit w my grandkids. I thought the pool might b chilly in April wo a heater but I was wrong it was quite pleasant. There was plenty of seating for the 8 Of us w the loungers, and chairs. There was a fun closet next to the lunai that had floats and pool toys, beach chairs w umbrellas sand toys etc...that the kids carried down to the beach. They supplied plenty of beach towels too. The house was amazing. A big kitchen which supplied a lot of paper towels, tp, Reynolds wrap, ziplock bags, garbage bags, dish dishwasher and laundry soap, plates, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knives, bakeware, cookware, spices coffee filters etc...let’s just say there wasn’t much they didn’t supply. The house was extremely clean. The living and dinning area had plenty of seating and beautiful Hawaiian decor. W the backdoor and lunai doors open the house got this wonderful cross breeze which was constant all week. The master bedroom was gorgeous w it’s breathtaking views of the landscaped backyard and ocean. The management was great. I forgot to ask if they had a king size frame for the 2 twin beds they had set up in the 2nd bedroom prior to our visit. They came right away to switch the frames out and make up the bed w king bedding. They were very pleasant doing it, not like I inconvenienced them. The backyard to the sand is about 50’ or so and another 50’ or so to the ocean. The bushes in the backyard provide lots of privacy from those on the beach. In between this home and the one next door there is a public walkway to the beach from the street. It was very quite considering the traffic, even in the morning. We enjoyed coffee every morning listening to the ocean and watching the waves. Our vacation was Perfect!!! May I suggest: Blue Hawaiian Helicopter Tours, The Polynesian Cultural Center w delicious luau, Pearl Harbor, Diamondhead, Charters a private evening sail on a Catamaran ending w fireworks in Honolulu, Soothe for relaxing massages. Whole Foods & Target 6 mins away. Kalapawai cafe n deli, Boots and Kimos, Cinnamons, Buzz’s

Great winter stay at Naupaka Hale
We stayed at Naupake Hale for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the house and Lanikai. Both were perfect for our group (family of 4 with 2 young kids in the house; grandparents in the cottage). Listing info was accurate - in fact the photos don't do justice to the incredible beach that the house is on. House was very clean and appropriately appointed (eg not too cluttered nor too fussy - which was great with young kids!). It was nice to have the pool and lawns maintained weekly. Trinity Villa Rentals was very attentive to any minor issues that arose over our 6 week stay - Alorah made sure they were addressed promptly. I'd highly recommend this property specifically and Lanikai in general. Lanikai is a wonderful small residential community so there are no condos around. We had no idea how lovely Lanikai Beach was - perfect for young kids (ours are 4 and 5), great for paddleboarding and snorkelling, very calm. Shops in Kailua are only about a 5 min drive away which was really convenient. We really enjoyed some of the local hikes on days when we wanted to get away from the beach. Honolulu was also great (and < 30 mins away) for some fabulous dinners. We rent vacation properties often and this was definitely one of our best experiences.

AMAZING
Wow, very Happy with Naupaka Hale. Clean, spacious, beautiful well kept house and yard. Pool was awesome, but the beach front wow. Everything we needed, from beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, toys, what was really nice was the spices .Bbq did a lot of our own dinners, with the view you won't want to leave. There is a public walkway to the beach beside the property, but no problems there, thought it would be noisy in the morning with the paddlers, but wasn't. The sunrise in the morning is spectacular.check in check out was awesome. Will definetly stay again. Thanks so much

This house is even more amazing than the pictures. It is spacious and bright with incredible views from every room. The house is so comfortable and well equipped you would think it was a permenant residence, not a rental house. Best part of Lanikai Beach is 10 steps away and Lanikai is an amazing neighborhood offering a chance to live like a local. Perfect house for families as it is equipped with bed rails, high chair, baby walker, toys galore for little ones. There is a park less than a block away which is also great for families. We read reviews about morning noise from the canoe club but didn't experience any of that and we slept with the windows open to hear the surf. And the pool was lovely even in December even though other reviews claimed it would be too cold. We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

My family has stayed at Naupaka Hale so many times (at least 8 in the past few years) that we no longer want to stay anywhere else on the island! There is no better spot on Oahu if you're looking for the privacy of your own house (with a pool!) and access to the beach. Walk out the back door and you're on Lanikai beach; walk out the front door and you have a beautiful, private pool and garden to yourself. It's the perfect set-up, especially with kids. The house itself is lovely, and any hiccups that may come up are handled promptly by the management team. Could not recommend this place more!

Perfect Home and Location
We have stayed at vacation homes throughout Hawaii, and this one is at the top of the list. The house itself is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The pictures do not do it justice, especially the garden and pool area. Lanikai beach is, of course, spectacular and this house is perfectly situated in an area with a wide beach and great views of the Mokes. You will want to get up every day for the sunrise (and stay up to go crabbing after dark). The beach in front of the house can be active in the afternoons and evenings when the Lanikai Canoe Club members practice, but we had a great time meeting and watching them head out in their outriggers. We had kids with us and they loved being able to go back and forth from the beach to the pool and the large supply of floaties, boards, etc. that are provided. Finally, the property managers at Trinity Properties were great to deal with from the initial reservation, to helping us rent bikes (highly recommended for quick trips into Kailua for shave ice or plate lunch), to the initial walk through and check-out. I have no doubt that we’ll return to Naupaka Hale.

Great Hawaiian style house on Lanikai beach.
Beautiful hawaiian-style house on a large sandy beach . Love the pool after a day on the beach or when the beach becomes too busy so you can enjoy some privacy. Bonus apartment is perfect to retreat from the kids. You are next to a public walk way which can be busy and the canoe teams' boats are in front of the house and paddling starts early. That is the only negative aspect of this rental. We have stayed in this house twice and
Would stay again.

PARADISE!!!!
We live in Santa Cruz, CA so we have a pretty high expectation of a beachy vacation. But, this house and location is absolutely perfect! You cannot find a better beach for children and just for relaxing. The sunrises over the Mokuluas are breathtaking. The sand is like velvet. You have a local canoe club that parks right outside your front gate to the beach that are friendly and funny. We helped them push their canoe's in and out of the water. Very nice group of ladies. The is beautiful. Modern and spacious. My only compaint would be the pool was colder than the ocean. We loved this house, location town, everything! We cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend the house.
