A very comfortable bed which is important to me. Warm and cosy accommodation and a welcome pack which was much appreciated.
Accessing the key was a bit of a challenge for arthritic hands.

The caravan was fantastic very roomy the kids loved having dvds and board games to play with. And having the extras like the air dryer hoover etc made it easier the fluffy blankets went down well with the girls would definitely stay again. We had a little walk down by the trail and views were amazing.
We didn't get the entertainment passes, but from what we could see, they wouldn't be worth paying extra for them. we used the arcade a little outdated but kept them busy for a bit.

The caravan is spacious clean and comfortable, situated on a pleasant serviced site, ideal for a family break. The hosts left a welcome pack which was nice, enabling us to enjoy a cup of tea and biscuits after a long journey !
There is a pool on site, along with amusements and club facilities. A week's pass costs £20 a head each, we were only there 3 days and were asked to pay £48 , we asked for a discount & the management kindly allowed us to use the swimming pool without a pass.
This was the only thing I could almost say I didn't like !! Everything great.

Caravan is excellent, clean and well organised for a comfort stay. Nice bonus of bottle of wine and milk in the fridge, lovely touch. Would highly recommend this caravan for a family stay. Good location. We enjoyed the pool facilities too.

The caravan had a lovely warm home from home feeling. With everything you needed and more to enjoy your stay.
We needed a little help on our last day, contacted Sally and within 15mins her Husband was on hand to help... Brilliant.
Will definitely book again if we're in need of somewhere to stay in that area.
Loved the little treats... A lovely surprise
It wasn't a great ordeal, but we needed to pay for passes to use the facilities. Didn't find the actual reception staff forth coming with information. However another member of staff near the bar, was helpful and gave good customer service.

Fantastic caravan, really clean, surprised to find a great welcome pack, wine, biscuits, crisps, sweets, tea, coffee, milk which was a really lovely touch. the beds were very comfortable, the heating was super efficient. I had a couple of questions before we arrived and they were answered very quickly which was great. I can't recommend this caravan highly enough! Than you so much Adam and Sally :-)
I can't complain about anything it really was fantastic but if i had to find a fault a better light on the steps would be useful but this is very minor like I say the owners really have made this an incredibly comfortable and homely place to stay.

Captains Quarters is very clean and well equipped for a stay with both a toddler of 3 1/2 years and two Great Grandma's in their 80's !
The beds were made up and there was milk in the fridge with a chilled bottle of wine and some chocolate biscuits, most welcome after our journey.
Captains Quarters was a great base to explore Brixham and the surrounding area and cosy and comfortable to return to after a busy day.

Loved the location on the cliff top and the beautiful walk into Brixham. Loved the cleanliness of the accommodation, comfort of the bedding, two loos, useful accessories and all of the thoughtful extras. Thank you.
Due to the size of the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, it is probably more suited to a family with children, rather than an adults.

This is a great place and is in a fantastic location…on the beautiful coastal path and walking distance to Berry Head (and it’s really nice coffee shop). Arrived to some welcome treats, which were much appreciated, and a lovely clean place to stay. It’s a fantastic space for the family and has a nice hot shower and comfy beds. Really enjoyed it!

Fabulous caravan in a wonderful location next to the coastal path and Berry Head. There is an old fort at Berry Head, plus a nature reserve and cafe so it’s really good for a family stroll straight from the door.
The numbering at the caravan park is a little confusing as the van number wasn’t on the signs. I think this is because they only sign the park owned caravan plots and not the privately owned ones. Found it eventually though!

The owners went out of their way to make sure everything was clean and comfortable for us. Even a welcome pack of food was provided. The caravan is well maintained and furnished for a family to be able to relax on a short break.
There wasn't anything we didnt like. A problem with the entry code was sorted out within the hour. Then there was an intermittent problem with the TV aerial that the owners responded to straightaway. Who needs tv and WiFi on holiday anyway? Totally relaxing break. Loved it, will return.
