Super Anlage sehr zentral unweit des Airports und Joburg

Das Frühstück war perfekt. Auf Grund der eigenen Auswahl und Bestellung bleibt nichts übrig. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Abendessen in der Lodge ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Very good hotel but need a lot to improve

The hotel is located in a safe area and has very beautiful interior!

The food in the restaurant was not tasty and we were waiting for very long time…also we were waiting for the breakfast for 45 minutes… unbelievably long. Moreover, hot water was ended during the shower… and nothing was done to repair.

Was not a great experience

Heater wasn’t working and no extra blankets was given. Was told will get upgraded and was given a normal room

Terrific!

The hotel is absolutely charming and the food that we had for dinner was delicious and cooked perfectly. The neighborhood was alright but we didn't explore it much - we took Uber to sights such as Soweto (Mandela's house) and the Apartheid Museum. The short (but far enough) distance from the airport was appreciated.

We loved pretty much everything. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the location.

Wonderful!

Attention to detail is brilliant, making our stay comfortable and allowing us to unwind. The restaurant is superb! Staff were friendly and very accommodating, packing us a great breakfast as we had to leave early. A luxurious and stylish establishment that ticks all the boxes.

Fantastic place and very convenient for the airport

Breakfast was fantastic

The details on the website state that the premises have a spa and gym. Neither of these were present so i found that misleading and we wouldn't have booked there as we specifically wanted these things.

A little oasis

A little oasis which you wouldn't expect to find: beautiful garden, building, rooms, restaurant and pool/bar area. Staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind - they really make the place!! We had a great time with them and because of them at the Giglio. Nice and quiet area. Welcoming drink upon arrival was a nice touch. Luxurious, spacious rooms with a huge bed, built in surround sound system, high quality materials used throughout, beautifully decorated and furnished.

A Truly outstanding and peaceful stay

Quality accommodation, very tidy, excellent breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff. The environment, surroundings and garden was immaculate. Really lovely quiet and serene. I felt very safe as a woman by herself.
