Phòng nhìn ra view sông Hàn và thành phố đẹp. Gần cầu sông Hàn, nhộn nhịp. Nhân viên nhà hàng thân thiện, nhiệt tình.

Phòng không đúng booking, các thông tin tại lễ tân chậm và không bàn giao cho ca sau. Rác trong phòng của khách cũ vẫn ở nguyên trong giỏ trong tủ quần áo, qua ngày thứ 2 mình nghe mùi mới phát hiện ra.

Comfortable stay great staff

Fantastic staff, so helpful. Lovely little rooftop pool, very comfortable beds and well appointed rooms.

Good hotel for an amazing price. I would book again.

The breakfast is a really woes. It’s better to go somewhere else. But for 7,25€ pp absolutely okay.

Good budget hotel at the central location.

The Hotel is on the bank of the Han river, which is quite a good location with awesome views of City lights at night. Although the hotel is in a busy location, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and courteous. Miss. Ba at the reception is quite professional with her approach, she took care of every need and arranged a good tour package for ba na hills at the last moment. The breakfast served is also quite good. I would definitely choose this hotel for our next stay.

Great value hotel in Da Nang.

Great hotel right on the riverfront. The room was large, clean and comfortable with full aircon. Staff are very helpful. I would stay here again

Breakfast is good with a number of choices but could be slightly better and offer more variety and choice of eggs.

Great deal and views

Reception was extremely helpful and kind. They helped provide recommendations and transportation. The hotel is located near many other attractions with a great view. The rooftop pool is a must!

Breakfast was ok. Many of the foods were incorrectly labeled. Many dishes contained pork but were labeled beef, chicken, vegetarian, ect

The locatinon is excellent, it’s near to most of the places of interest. The front reception staff was helpful and friendly. There isn’t any difficulty to communicated in English.

Excellent value. Around £175 for a weeks stay including a fairly good breakfast.

Noisy guests in room above from midnight until early hours. Complained to Reception who spoke to them but noise continued. Hotel moved us to similar room on floor below. Always polite and helpful - with a smile!

Location. On wrong side of Han River. Long, long, long walk to Bridges in order to cross. However, Grab Taxi plentiful and cheap.

Very good

I really fell in love with the staff of the hotel who were always ready to help with any questions and requests. The breakfast patio also lovely view. Plenty of variety in the breakfast buffet for both western and Asian tastes. Good location for river boat cruises and only a short walk to take pictures of the Dragon Bridge. You will not need a taxi or bike to get to the beach. It is very near to the hotel. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable - we had a superior double. Cheap street food around the corner was delicious. Pool is small but has a great view over the city as part of a nice roof top terrace. Everything was just great, so I highly recommend this hotel whether you are travelling alone or with family/friends. Good value hotel.

A little far from the main restaurants Smell of carpet in the hallway Their rooms and facilities could still have some improvements, as the construction was old. It would be nice to have softer pillows and an additional trash can inside the room. We had to keep going back to the bathroom to throw things since it's the only place where we can find a trash can

Decent for price.

Good value

Unexpectedly holding passports as collateral during stay - would prefer credit card deposit or something similar like other hotels. Passport seems too valuable an item to keep for the value of the room. Made for a very negative first impression that I could not shake.
