it’s a guesthouse just outside the busy area of Taxco.
I loved waking up to the view over the old town. The personnel (Sandra and Luz) are super helpful and communication (over WhatsApp) is clear and consistent. The area is quiet, the room is large and clean.
For the price, nothing.

Good service from the house owner. It's a guesthouse, with a view from the windows to the old town. It was clean, the size of the room was alright, there was hot water for the shower and a windows in the WC. Not so far from the old town for walking, it would take 15-20 minutes walking to the central part and you don't have to climb steps.

Nice view + helpful staff.

Very comfortable place, a lot of space, really clean, good location.

Exceptional because of the value and the space and mostly the beautiful views from all the windows. The location was pretty good and an easy walk to the main part of town. There was a refrigerator and a stove you could use if you brought matches as well as a coffee maker, but I forgot to bring my coffee. There's a grocery store almost next door.
The big problem was that I was told I could come at 12:00 but when I came there was no sign on the door or address on the building or buzzer to ring. The door was locked and I wasn't sure it was the correct building. I could not call on my phone and so I went next door and showed the address to somebody and they yelled up to a high floor and somebody came down. Nobody is stationed at this building to receive guests.

Nothing
First of all - i was cheated by the owner of taxco hotel.- i reserved 2 rooms with 2 beds. the owner prepared only 1 bed. Even if they knew that i am coming with 3 other friends. normal price for additional person is 100 mxn (and for example in this hotel 1 person is 490 mxn, 2 persons is 590 mxn (i have print screens). they told me that i need to pay 400 pesos more. (4 pax). And the owner send information to the booking com that ive brought one person more!!! Because i told him that i will solve this issune the next day. additionally they told me that i need to pay 5 percent more for credit card (no information about this before). and they didnt give me the rooms ive booked. I paid 3 times more than i should. I didnt get any towels. The hot water was only for 2 minutes. And very very luudly i am very dissapointed with this hotel (ooh and its not 3 stars. maximum 1) not recommended. The worst "hotel" on this whole trip. I would never book a hotel like this.

The view is spectacular. The room was a great stay and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from my chair while working.
The room sofa could have been cleaner. But I am weird about that.

All of it! Amazing service, the room is clean, comfortable and even smells good. Great view and 15min walking distance from the center
They don't accept credit cards, only cash. Be prepared!

I was really fascinated by everything about the hotel. The attention of my co-host Luz is very professional in everything, the view is the best in Taxco.
Todo fue genial.

An excellent place to stay in Taxco. Price friendly, amazing view. Luz, is so helpful and kind, every day she would ask me how can she help me. She went to a lot of trouble to help me to figure out the bus schedule when I leave here and also gave me several small gifts while I was there. Luz is the most caring host that you can have for your stay in Taxco.
Big spacious room. I loved having a coffee maker because I wake up very early before things are opened. Good hot water in the shower and great that you can hang your clothes to dry up on the roof.
Very quite and peaceful even though it is on a busy street.
There is nothing bad to say about this place, I loved it.
The light in the room was not too good after the sun goes down. I wish there was a reading light at the bed.
Everyday Luz will give you bottled water but I hated all of that plastic waste. It would be better if they had the big container of water so that I could just refill my bottle.
