Horrible stay

Very bad experience staying in the room. Bed is very very bad and broken. Pillows all with stains cupboard broken also. Toilet leaking. Overall its very very bad room to stay. No parking was also given. Its me who is paying the parking and y no parking was given also

Everything in the room was bad with the broken bed and extremely very bad matress and pillow condition

Horrifying, atrocious, misleading, false, distasteful, horrendous

They didn’t give us the keys to the access the building so we had to wait for someone to go in so we can go in with them

The photos are of a different apartment. It’s a fake listing. It’s not like it’s photoshopped. No! It’s photos of a different apartment. I would avoid this booking at all costs. We didn’t even stay in the apartment because the conditions were really bad. We booked another hotel nearby and left. Obviously when this matter was brought up, we didn’t get a refund for it. Don’t trust these guys at all! I did the mistake of booking without looking at the reviews. Please be careful and avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

Location - nearby to KL city centre

Dirty. House smell like vinegar when we enter . Mattress probably they bought frm junk yard . All the sink clogged at the first night we were there and no one come to fix untill our 3rd night( we have to stand the bad smell for 2 nights)...and after they fixed it, the whole house is flooding while we use the washing machine( probably the piping link to sink) . We have to clean the flooding ourselves even after we complaint . Very slow action taken , and they promise to refund partially since we faced "nightmare" at their homestay but now after 3 weeka they just silent. Dont fall for the low price because its not worth it to face bad experience during your holiday.

Cheap price. Can make a self check in if arrive late. The building have mini market, mart, restaurant, laundry and also a cafe stall at level 4. Facilities as gym available but the pool is under maintenance so i can't use the pool. Infinity pool view are magnificent. The house have tv with Netflix, wifi, iron and iron board, hair dryer, extra mattress, microvave, kettle, fridge, washing machine. Towel are provided.

The parking is confusing, at my first night there i can't found the parking fixed and have to pay RM20 per night to park. No towel hanger at bathroom for B room. 1 of the plug at room B is broken. Infinity pool need to book 1st before use, children below 12 years old cannot use the infinity pool. No toiletries, no complimentary drink (mineral water).

too bad management start from check in until check out,during stay many straight law😇 and about facilities must upgrade lift ,too long time for waiting up and down 😩and for pool must clear to tell guest stay what time to clean like me only 10 minutes only can swimming what the heck 😡 not recommend this place 👎🏻

This room/apartment SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED in Booking.com or any apps. Its a total rip off. 1.The picture in the advertisement is not as per actual room 2. Pool has been closed to almost 1 year, this is for general pool (not infinity pool). This has not being mentioned. 3. Only 1 lift operational at a time. waiting period is 30minutes per ride. wasting a lot of times. 4. The price is cheap to entice booking but the cleaning fees is exhorbitant at RM85. 5. Checkin took 1 hour. 6. Room nd apatment is VERY DIRTY. 7. Moldy and stained bed 8. Broken bed. 9. dirty balcony. THIS APARTMEBT AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL BE REMOVED AND BANNED FOR LIFE

Worse Experience.

Nothing.

Everything is worse. Extremely disappointed. The house smelled musty. The bed were broken for both room had to remove the mattress and sleep at the hall. The single bed were very dirty and dusty. All the furniture were broken. The swimming pool were broken and dirty. Overall the condo was very dirty and full of rubbish at the exterior. Would never book at Regalia again. Had a worst experience.
