Advertised two parking spaces. Property when we got there said there are 1.3 spaces per condo. There was no parking. They said we could drive about a mile away at Winn Dixie to park. We had to leave and come back to try to find parking. Parking issue entire time. The air was 78 when we got there and was miserable for the several hours it took to cool down. Condo was very clean. Short walk to the beach.

We all enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of a struggle figuring out how to make the cable tv work and didn’t find any instructions for that. But it was a nice and quiet location. Great restaurants nearby and close to historical St. Augustine which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The property was exactly as advertised. Easy beach access, great swimming pool, the condo spacious and well-lit. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking coffee and watching the sun rise. Appliances were in good repair, and the kitchen had all the utensils and dishware that we needed. The 10yo appreciate the pool noodle and snorkel! We'd gladly stay here again.

We had 6 in our group and although late at registering, Evolve helped us get in contact with the owner and got us approved. The condo was excellent for our group due to 2 large sofas and 3 bedrooms. Also a great kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and a nice looking pool (but outside temp too cold for us). St Augustine was doing their lights attraction which was also fun. Had a great time. Recommend Beachside.

The perfect condo for our family beach vacation! The location was great! A very short walk to the beach, and easy access to the heated pool. It took us a 10-minute drive to see the "Nights of Lights" in downtown St.Augustine. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked and up-to-date. Good size rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the great views from the balcony. The owner was very friendly and had a quick response to our questions.

Unit was clean and great for our stay. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Location is great. Everything we needed for a long weekend visit. We have used a different unit in the past and like the area and the complex. Easy access to beach and pools are nice.

Our stay was relaxing. The condo was clean but the outside could have been cleaner. The WIFI was not friendly user. Overall we had a good stay. I would definitely go back.

I rented this property because it is called Oceanfront and Beachfront in the listing. It is neither. Also, the pictures show the oceanfront pool with no explanation. It is on the back row near the road of a beachfront complex. Besides traffic noise, is a ten minute walk to the beach, partly through a paved parking lot. We took my two year old grandson and very pregnant Daughter-in-law, and were careful to find a place close to the beach, ie: beachfront or oceanfront. We were given a name as our contact person but he had no say in the property. It is actually managed and controlled by a company called Evolve. They have a very bureaucratic corporate structure. You are not renting from an individual, so there is basically no recourse other that VRBO. This is the perfect storm to ruin a potentially good vacation. Don't rent it. If Evolve is involved, definitely never rent from them. This was a very disappointing stay at best.

We had a wonderful time, we went downtown for dinner and it was a short drive, when we came back we walked down to the beach and watched the fireworks. The condo was very clean and had a great equipped kitchen.

Great location, however slightly dated. When I initially looked at the photos as well thought the property was in a different building with views of the water. However, the condo was very spacious, loved the outdoor area and the check in process was smooth. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Had a good time at this property. There was a few things I wasn’t aware of though. I didn’t know how far away the condo was from the beach, it’s definitely within walking distance, but we couldn’t see the ocean from our room. Also they were doing construction down on the pool by us and woke us up every morning. Also was hard to lay my little one down for a nap with all the hammering and sawing. Also was told by another owner that one of the pools is heated and it wasn’t working at the time. Which would have been good to know cause the temp was around 80 everyday but the pool water was still pretty cool! All around it was a nice place a little dated besides the kitchen, which was really nice.

My sister and two friends enjoyed a weekend away. Property was clean and spacious; patio furniture was rusty though so were leery of sitting on chairs. Unfortunate that it rained and was cloudy most of the time but we still enjoyed St Augustine. Convenient to restaurants. Would definitely return.

Lots of room for families to spread out. All appliances in condo worked. Big patio. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Need better instructions for TV and a list of channels. Only had 2 beach chairs and one of those is not great. Need to update the description. Pools were clean and refreshing. Short walk to beach.

Very nice location for the condo. Great beach access and pool area. The condo is very nice. Three bedrooms and a lot of room being an end unit. But the living area has obviously been upgraded as the bedrooms and bathrooms have not. Would I rent here again. Yes. Just needs sone work.

This unit is located on the west side of the Ocean Villas condominiums. While it isn’t ocean view, it overlooks one of the TWO pools on property. All communication with the owner was seamless from beginning to end. This condo is fully stocked, from your kitchen needs to boogie boards and chairs for the beach! There’s a Publix, mini golf, and numerous restaurants within a mile. We definitely will be back!

Condo was clean, updated and had everything you need. Communication from the owner was timely and gave you all the information you need for check in and check out. We had no issues. Grocery store just a short drive. The 2 pools were great and the beach and ocean within walking distance was perfect. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Had a great time, no complaints, just as described, about 5 min walk to nice beach, everything we needed, close to stores and restaurants, didn't have many reasons to contact host but was very responsive everything went very smoothly, great communication beforehand with great instructions for check-in. This was a very nicely equipped condo. Great location, close to everything, and as described. Beach is just a short stroll through the complex. The coy and turtles in the water around the pool area were great fun to watch. We enjoyed our stay very much!
