My husband and I enjoyed our little getaway to the Heron’s Nest. It was just as described. The most important thing to me is cleanliness and it was very clean. The bed and couch were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee pods and creamer. It was very hot…mid 90’s…all weekend but the a/c worked great. Our favorite part was sitting by the water watching the boats and birds go by. It was very relaxing. We drive down to Annapolis for dinner one night. It was only a half a hour away. Great city! We had a terrific meal down by the harbor. Great stay! We would definitely recommend it.

Great location, beautiful views, easy drop in for paddle boarding from the beach. The property and pool were well maintained and up to date. Great Stay!

We stayed here the day before our wedding and our wedding night a year ago as we got married at the venue next door and loved it! This was our 1 yr anniversary. The cottage is so cute and the water views are incredible! Used the pool this time which was great as it was 95 degrees outside. The AC in the unit kept everything nice and cool. Highly recommend!

Loved our 4 day stay. Cabin is updated and very clean. The view is what makes it super special, right on the water with wonderful breezes. Pool was a nice plus too. Kitchen was nice, but fridge was small with no freezer space. We would rent again!

This was such a a nice stay! Very clean and gorgeous views. The AC worked well during this heat wave too! We really appreciated the little beach and pool. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the surrounding towns. We can't wait to return!

This was exactly what we wanted for our anniversary trip. The house was spotless and just perfect. It is literally just a few feet from the water. When you look out the living room windows you feel like you were on a boat because all you see is water. We loved it and hope to return soon!

A very cute and comfortable house. We loved the view. Do wish it had a freezer for ice. We could have also used a container for leftovers and we could not find the hair dryer.

This was our third stay. It's still just as cute and cozy as ever but now has an updated bathroom. Waterfront cabin with great views is on a working marina next to a wedding venue. The small cabin isn't meant for indoor activities but the sheer beauty justifies any minor inconveniences. The steep stairs to the loft gets tricky. Watch your step on your way down. All in all it's as romantic as it gets when the surrounding activities are at their minimal.

From making the reservation to following up after our stay, Adrienne was responsive, easy to work with and very accommodating to our requests. We truly could not have chosen a more perfect home and location for our stay. The Heron's Nest is beautifully decorated, quaint and cozy with all the comforts of home. The property is exceptional with ample parking, fabulous water views, a large porch for enjoying morning coffee or watching the cruise ships coming in and out of port. We had a few guests during our stay, and many have reached out requesting information on the reservations process. I will be recommending "The Heron's Nest" to all family and friends. We are very familiar with the area and the marina! Our daughter got married next door to the cottage.. We absolutely LOVED having the cottage to get ready in and take pictures! It is an awesome location, the view is fantastic! Check in was super easy and host was very responsive! Will definitely recommend others to stay here!

This petite cottage is brimming with charm. The picturesque marina includes complementary use of pool, beach, fire pit and playground for Heron’s Nest renters. Sweeping bay views are visible from nearly every window of the cottage — and there are many. Sunrise watchers will not be disappointed, and the giant porch with ceiling fans is a great spot to lounge and view passing boats and soaring seabirds. I’d recommend this listing, and hopefully will be able to return!

The house was so cute. It was very serene right on the water. The sunrise and sunset were amazing. It was awesome being part of the marina and having access to the pool and the marina community. The staff was very helpful in making sure we had what we needed. The location was far enough from the city to be quiet, but close enough to get to.

The view of the water from inside the house is amazing. Very clean throughout and decorated with a cozy beach vibe. My family and I enjoyed the sunset and sunrises, took a dip in pool and fished from the beach. I like how there’s food delivery options and clear instructions on how to keep the house. Overall, It was very relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely do this again.

The cottage was even more charming in person than the pictures! Spotless, perfectly appointed, comfortable and the location was awesome. You can't get any closer to the water than this. I loved the outdoor space and ability to use the pool and beach area. Even though it's next to a marina it felt very secluded and private. Close to a couple waterfront restaurants and a grocery store, and only an hour from home even though it felt much further (in a good way). We were fortunate and had perfect weather with low humidity. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets... I will definitely book another stay!

We had the best time at The Heron’s Nest. The view was incredible and the house was perfect for us and our two kids. We spent the day at the pool, playground and enjoyed crabs at Mike’s. What a gem!
