Not super pet friendly, no grass area on site. The air con is definitely needed in Winter. Handy location to walk to town and beach. Loved having breakfast at the Silver Bullet down at the beach.

Well-equipped kitchen. Off road parking is a bonus, with pleasant outside BBQ area. The downside is that everything that matters is up a flight of stairs. Once you’re up the stairs, though, there’s a great 180 degree view across to the west. The whole space can get very warm, & the aircon struggles to cool enough. The main bedroom gets especially stuffy, as it’s only window doesn’t open.

Central and convenient
We enjoyed our stay in this centrally located property. Close to Marine Parade and CBD. Great views with lovely winter sun in afternoons. All the amenties required were available. However the fire escape was a little disconcerting especially as we had under five children with us - across a rusty iron roof with no hand rails and some rusty old stairs . The fire alarm placements were also a little dubious with one on a window sill (which our children picked up and played with) and the other one half way up a wall in the main bedroom. Wouldn't have thought this was Fire and Safety compliant? Must admit I didn't sleep easy.

Lovely, comfortable bach with good amenities. Handy to Marine Parade, RSA, and the train. Also a dairy a few doors away. The stairs could be a problem for some people, but they didn't worry us.
