Nice condo; everything you could want in a holiday condo. Outdoor patio with view and couches and table to enjoy meals outside. Nice communal clean swimming pool. Wash machine and dryer. Kitchen is very compact but has what you need for breakfast and simple suppers. Very clean and lots of room for luggage and hanging clothes. As others have mentioned, its up a steep hill from the town (hence the view). The main square to the condo is 2.5 km, mostly flat except for the hill at the end of the walk.

Everything else was spot on and better than described. Apartment was super clean and very well equipped and communication with Stefan was better than ever before.
Only downside was the pool, while nice, the heater was broken and water was cold.

Immer wieder sehr gerne
Wir haben eine herrlich gelegene Wohnung vorgefunden. In der jetzigen Corona Zeit war es für uns die ideale Urlaubsform, nicht in einem Hotel zu sein sondern selbstbestimmt in den eigenen vier Wänden.... und dies mit dieser traumhaften Terrasse und Blick auf den Ozean. Wir kommen wieder. Danke für den guten Kontakt.

Wie auch letztes Jahr alles super schön gewesen.Durch Corona war leider der Loro Park geschlossen.Aber wir wussten das ja schon .
Jeder Zeit würden wir diese Wohnung wieder nehmen.Der Pool direkt vor der Tür .Der Blick von oben über das Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön.
Trotz Corona haben wir uns sicher auf Teneriffa gefühlt.Es wurde auf Hygiene und Abstand am Meer geachtet.Auch hat man vor Ort einen Ansprechpartner.Auch der Vermieter der Wohnung ist immer zu erreichen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft und eine tolle Lage zum Loro Park oder zu Wanderungen.
Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Apartment mit freiem Blick über das Meer .Auch von der Terrasse kann man auf das Meer schauen.
Der Strand ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und einen Parkplatz haben wir immer gefunden.
In der Nähe gibt es einen Lidel oder auch andere Möglichkeiten gut einzukaufen.
Wir würden immer wieder dieses Apartment mieten.

Überragend
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, durch die vielen kleinen Details und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus fühlt man sich direkt wohl.
Da man nur in 10 min. zu Fuß am Strand ist und in 15 min. in der Stadt Puerto de la Cruz ist die Lage der Wohnung top.
Die An und Abreise verlief problemlos wegen der guten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der zahlreichen Infos vorab. Die Ankunft war sehr schön da man so herzlich und fürsorglich begrüßt und behandelt wurde.
Zusammengefasst ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub zu zweit wie auch als Familie.

Schönes, sauberes Appartement mit großartiger Terrasse und Aussicht!
Eine super schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert, einfach nur zum wohl fühlen. Die Ausstattung ist wie zu Hause, es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Viele kleine Details, die ist es einfach schön wohnlich und heimisch aussehen lassen. Ob Kerzen, schöne Wanddeko, Spielesammlung oder Bund- und Malstifte für die Kinder, es fehlt an nichts. Die Terrasse hat einen traumhaftem Ausblick und ist mit schönen Lounge-Möbeln versehen, so wir haben jeden Tag das Frühstück dort genießen können. Und Abends ein Gläschen Wein. Lebensmittel / Getränke und frische Brötchen gibt es bei Lidl um die Ecke. Draußen ein toller sauberer Pool, einfach herrlich und nie überfüllt. Die Umgebung kann man mit einem Leihwagen sehr gut erkunden. Bis in den Ort geht es auch gut zu Fuß, zurück muß man etwas mehr Zeit wegen dem Höhenunterschied einplanen. Es gibt eine tolle Gästemappe mit vielen guten Ideen für Ausflüge und Restaurantvorschläge vom Vermieter! Muss man unbedingt auch einiges von wahrnehmen!!!
Der Verwalter vor Ort, Estefan, ist ein sehr angenehmer, lieber und hilfsbereiter Mensch.Die Putzfrau muss eine Perle sein, alles war Tip Top gepflegt und sauber.
Also wer dort keinen schönen Urlaub verbringt, oder sich nicht wohlfühlt, den kann man nicht verstehen- es ist wirklich mega schön und nur zu empfehlen.

Ein Traum!
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es bleiben auch bei der Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen.
Man findet viele Kleinigkeiten, von Teelichten, Spielen, Stiften/Papier, über Taschentücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spüli bis zu Teebeuteln, Kaffeepads, Gewürzen, ...uvm in dieser toll ausgestatteten Wohnung vor.
Die Betten sind superbequem, die Möblierung der Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick kaum zu toppen.
Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und herzlich, selbst an kleine Willkommenspräsente wird gedacht!
Diese Wohnung ist besten Gewissens nur zu empfehlen!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung an toller Lage
Über die Ostern durften wir mit unseren zwei Teenagern eine Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Wir haben schon einige Objekte gemietet und das war sicher eines der besten, das wir bisher hatten. Grosszügiger Grundriss, komfortabel eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig zu einem fairen Preis. Einfach top ! Den Pool und die Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick haben wir fleissig genutzt. Auf der Strasse vor der Anlage gibt es (zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit) immer einen freien Parkplatz. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist sehr angenehm, der Verwalter vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der schwarze Sandstrand und die hübsche Altstadt von Puerto sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Über die Feiertage waren viele kleine Läden geschlossen, aber es gibt einen Lidl mit grosszügigen Öffnungszeiten.
Puerto ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge entlang der Nord-West-Küste oder ins Landesinnere. Wir waren dabei immer wieder erstaunt über die verschiedenen Gesichter der Insel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der parco naturale del teide mit seinen diversen Wandermöglichkeiten.
Wir waren danach noch eine Woche im Süden von Teneriffa und hatten einen kleinen "Kulturschock" ;-).
Wir werden die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen!

Fernab vom Trubel und doch so nah
Fernab vom Trubel der Stadt Puerto de la Cruz liegt die Ferienwohnung hochloben in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage mit Blick aufs Meer.
Die Wohnung ist liebe-und geschmackvoll von den Eigentümern eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. In der Wohnung ist alles für den Gast bereit. Man kann sich von Anfang an entspannen und wohl fühlen.
Wir haben den Wochentrip genutzt, um die Insel zu erkunden .Fast jeden Tag waren wir unterwegs. Für die nötige Abkühlung nach den Wanderungen sorgte der Sprung in den Pool der Wohnanlage.Abends haben wir gemütlich auf Terrasse gesessen oder waren im Restaurant Punta Brava ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Appartment entfernt.
Für uns war es das erste Mal in einer Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen zu dem Schluss, das es eine sehr entspannte Art ist, seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort war super und komplikationslos.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Two months stay in Stefan`s apartment.
The apartment is nicely furnished with all necessary equipment for a long stay.
Stefan`s local partner, Estefan, gave us a warm wellcome and was always there to help us out. A good example of the first class support is that we mentioned the lack of heating facility in the apartment. The same day we had two oil filled radiators installed. A remarcable response from both Stefan and Estefan!

Fantastische Wohnung mit Meerblick
Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeiertage dort und waren vom ersten Augenblick positiv überrascht: Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, sehr komfortabel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, rundum zum Wohlfühlen. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt war sie sehr liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert mit Weihnachtssternen und anderen Blumen. Für uns stand eine Flasche Wein und spanisches Gebäck, sowie Obst als Gastgeschenke bereit. Es ist sehr ruhig und man schläft hervorragend auf den Matratzen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist vorbildlich, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Und es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum schön angelegten Pool mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir hatten zwei Wochen lang bestes Wetter und konnten jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick frühstücken. Einfach toll. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen...Ein herzlichen Dankeschön an Estefan für die freundliche Betreuung.
Volle Punktzahl, es gibt einfach nicht zu bemängeln.

Tolle Ferienwohnung. Eingerichtet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.Sahnehäubchen: fantastischer Pool
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich und rasch. Vor Ort ein ebenso freundlicher Verwalter, der uns den Schlüssel übergab. Vorgefunden haben wir eine liebevollst dekorierte Wohnung mit Blüten überall und einer Flasche Begrüßungswein. Die Ausstattung der Küche war besser als meine zuhause. Es gab nichts was es nicht gab und - toll - auch eine gute Grundausstattung mit Salz/Zucker/Öl/Reis. Sogar Kaffee Tabs waren da. Alles in 1a Sauberkeitszustand.
Die Betten taten meinem Rücken gut:)
Der Blick von der Terrasse geht bis über den Atlantik und seitlich über die Stadt. Wenn man vom Pool in die andere Richtung schaut sieht man majestätisch den mit Schnee überzuckerten Teide. Die nächtliche Ruhe wurde durch nichts gestört.
Für den Pool gab es Liegen und in den Schränken waren ausreichend Badetücher für drinnen und draußen.
Fazit: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit einem ebenso tollen Kontakt zum Vermieter im Vorfeld.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verlebt. Angefangen von frischem Obst und Wein zum Empfang, über die Betreuung von Estefan vor Ort, bis zum herrlichen Ausblick aufs Meer etc. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man selbst von Zuhause gewohnt ist. Besonders betonen möchte ich auch den hervorragenden, zuverlässigen Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Haben eine tolle Woche in einem seeehr schönen Appartement verbracht. Die eingestellten Bilder entsprechen der Realität vor Ort. Es war ein Genuss auf der Terrasse mit diesen Ausblick morgens zu frühstücken und abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Bei Ankunft haben wir eine liebevoll dekorierte Wohnung vorgefunden,in jedem Zimmer waren frische Blumen. Die Wohnung war großräumig,hell und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war noch das i Tüpfelchen vom ganzen. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer war top und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Estefan war super.
Danke für die wunderschöne Woche,das war nicht unser letzter Besuch. Werden sie auf jedenfall Weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil
Das Appartement war sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Zu unserem Empfang stand eine Flasche Sekt und eine gefüllte Obstschale bereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und ruhig. Ein wunderschöner Pool rundete das perfekte Bild noch ab. Zum Loro Park , bzw. zum Strand Punta Brava konnte man problemlos zu Fuss laufen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Location, die uns unseren Urlaub wirklich geniessen liess. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung
Eine wundervolle Ferienwohnung in toller Lage.
Sehr liebevoll und wohnlich ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Es gibt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, der sich auf jeden Fall gut auf englisch und deutsch verständigen kann. Er ist sehr zuvorkommend und man kann sich bei Problemen an ihn wenden.
Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter, dafür ist die Ortschaft wunderschön. Man ist schnell in Puerto (auch mit der kostenlosen Bahn vom Loro Parque, der gleich um die Ecke ist ). Dort gibt es tolle Restaurants, in denen man günstig und sehr gut und traditionell essen kann.
Unser Highlight war die Gipfelbesteigung des Teide, dies können wir jedem empfehlen. Aber lange vorher eine Genehmigung beantragen!
Wir waren (bis auf das Wetter) rund um zufrieden!

Entspannung mit Meerblick garantiert!
Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (und noch mehr). Sie war sehr sauber und der Kontakt und Empfang verlief sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch ohne Auto war es kein Problem, sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Lage ist absolut top, sehr ruhig und mit Panoramablick über das Meer. Punta Brava hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir können die Wohnung also wirklich 100% ig empfehlen!

Top-Tip: Erholung pur vom ersten Moment an!
Wir buchen schon seit Jahren über Fewo, in bisher 7 Ländern. Diese Wohnung gehört zu einer unserer besten Erfahrungen: Das Dream-Team Stefan (Eigentümer ) und Estefan (Verwalter) versteht es, einen rundherum angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten: es erwartete uns eine blitzblanke Wohnungzu einem fairen Preis, unaufdringlich, aber sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, Badausstattung wie im Sternehotel und sogar in der Küche alles da - bis hin zum Sparschäler! Auch für den Kaffee war gesorgt. Also wirklich Erholung pur, alles in einem sehr gepflegten Compound. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal da und wussten schon vorher: Handgepäck reicht - hier fehlt es an nichts! Und die Bilder sprechen für sich. Am Ende hieß es: Heut ist nicht aller Tage - wir kommen wieder - keine Frage!

As I was on my way to Germany from my home in Singapore, I took the opportunity to stop over in Tenerife - a place I always love to go! After the crowded city of Singapore, Stefan's apartment was the best choice to stay and to relax. Everything was clean, comfy and really easy to find directly behind Loro Parc. The area was so quiet! I enjoyed the pool area, the beautiful ocean view as well as the closed by bars and restaurants - everything in good condition and I felt safe all the time. By the way, my favorite restaurant in Punta Brava is "El Rincon Del Mar" - enjoy it!

As I was on my way to Germany from my home in Singapore, I took the opportunity to stop over in Tenerife - a place I always love to go! After the crowded city of Singapore, Stefan's apartment was the best choice to stay and to relax. Everything was clean, comfy and really easy to find directly behind Loro Parc. The area was so quiet! I enjoyed the pool area, the beautiful ocean view as well as the closed by bars and restaurants - everything in good condition and I felt safe all the time. By the way, my favorite restaurant in Punta Brava is "El Rincon Del Mar" - enjoy it!

Erholung pur!
Die Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen, total hell und beim Frühstück einen super Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer. Ich habe mich erholt und konnte endlich relaxen. Das erste Mal, dass ich den Norden der Insel besucht habe, die Natur ist unglaublich; mein Lieblingsrestaurant war „Los Gemelos“. Ich habe das Meeresschwimmbad Lago Martianez besucht und war spitze. Ich komme wieder...Danke auch an Estefan vor Ort für die Unterstützung bei meinen Fragen...ein netter Kerl. Ich komme wieder !
