Steeped in history in the center of Mt Wilson, the "Teacher’s Cottage" at the Old School has had a recent makeover with a fresh interior that welcomes holiday guests to enjoy a relaxed, well priced and comfortable stay. The Wollangambe Walking Track begins at the rear of the property and the "Old School House Cottage" is the perfect place to settle in after a big day exploring all the Mounts have to offer.
Features:
- New wall mounted heating throughout. Wifi Internet available.
- Open plan living room with comfortable furniture and TV.
- Well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven and stove top + Nespresso coffee machine.
- Two spacious bedrooms - one with queen bed and the other with two single beds.
- All linen, bedding and towels supplied for your stay
- Good sized bathroom with heated towel rail.
- Rear verandah with BBQ.
- Only footsteps away from the Wollangambe Walking Track, bushwalking, canyoning, and beautiful natural surrounds.
The custodians of the Teachers Cottage ask that you acknowledge the following details:
- The Cottage is not connected to town sewerage- please be mindful of this when at the property.
- The Cottage is on tank water - Should you be uncomfortable with this please bring your own drinking water.
- The Cottage is administered by a small charity- please help reduce our costs by leaving the cottage clean and tidy
- Wall mounted electric heaters are provided throughout the cottage for your comfort, please turn off when you leave the cottage and use most economical thermostat setting to reduce cost and our imprint on the environment .

Lovely long weekend
We spent a cozy long weekend at this cottage. It was basic but clean and neat as a pin and we had a lovely break from the city.
