Good value for money hotel in the centre of Athens

The staff were very friendly and accommodative The hotel is very close to Omonia station from where you can take the Metro or ΗΣΑΠ and by using these public transport methods you can go to different places in Athens, like Acropolis Museum or Syntagma Square, etc. or even to Piraeus port Very clean and comfortable rooms

The internet connection was a bit unstable, but overall acceptable The area where the hotel is placed is a bit unsafe, because Omonoia in general is a bit downgraded, but if you are careful you will be fine

Грязно , куча волос в ванной . Сломанные розетки , выключатели , душ течет , запах отвратительный от матрасов , район страшный много наркоманов , дверь с плеча надо выбивать чтобы зайти

Me decepcionó

El personal son bastante amables y simpáticos, nos atendieron muy bien. El tamaño de la habitación es perfecto para cuatro personas.

El hotel tiene una parte de nueva construcción que es donde nos alojamos mi familia y yo ( somos 4 miembros) sí que es nueva construcción pero inacabada, pues faltan bastantes cosas por acabar como los marcos de las puertas o otro ejemplo en la azotea donde está la piscina aún hay cables sueltos entre otros. También por ser nuevo la falta de mantenimiento es nefasta, la grifería de la ducha está llena de cal, también hay marcas de cal en la bañera y las juntas de esta están negras; por otra parte las camas cuentan con colchones anticuados de muelles de esos que se clavan y almohadas pequeñas nada cómodas las camas. La limpieza es pésima, solo hacen las camas y limpian por encima tanto la habitación como el baño ósea solo lo que se ve y algún día ni eso y teniendo en cuenta que nuestras cosas cada día las recogemos y las ordenamos ( es que ni barrer) Sobre la ubicación creía que los comentarios eran exagerados, pero son certeros, nos sorprendió y eso que somos de una gran ciudad donde sabemos que hay todo tipo de vidas. Aunque para ser justos esto no es culpa del hotel y es bastante cerca del centro. Realmente fue decepcionante, ya que por ser cuatro estrellas me esperaba mejor instalaciones y limpieza sobretodo( hasta toalla rota) he estado en hoteles con menos categoría mucho mejores es por eso que no entiendo lo de las cuatro estrellas. Quiero destacar que mi reseña no es una queja o una crítica para hacer daño, más bien a una crítica constructiva para que el hotel si le apetece quiera hacer caso o no, ademas escribir esto me supone un conflicto conmigo misma porque no me gusta que por lo que yo pueda opinar se perjudique a nadie y también por supuesto porque el personal sí que fue bastante atento.

Correcto, sin más

La habitación es correcta, sin más.

Las instalaciones son antiguas, polvo por todas partes. El personal está ahi, pero sin más, como si no estuvieran. La bañera tenía hidromasaje pero no funcionaba, y una de las luces de la habitación no funcionaba y la otra hacía un ruido terrible.

It was okay, wouldn’t do it again.

The sitting areas were really nice

We couldn’t find the door right away and the location was near plaka which was good, however the neighbourhood was really dirty and kinda shady

Good

I liked how there was a pool available and how big the rooms were and how big the spa bath was. the staff was also so lovely and helpful!

I didn’t like the location at night. lots of dodgy and dangerous people in the area. we felt very unsafe

Good rates / not a safe area

Definitely not an easy neighborhood/ low rate considering the season but definitely not a safe area to walk around or hang out. You gotta walk at least 20 minutes to get in a more friendly touristic area.

Lovely hotel - staff friendly and efficient

I have been fortunate enough to stay in many lovely hotels around the world and this is definitely up there with them, in terms of quality of accommodation, breakfast and location.

Clean room

Professional staff was polite and informative about many information we asked them. Rooms was super clean and nice decorated with soft pillows and good mattresses. Great priced for one night. Definitely I would love to stay here again when I visit Athens town.

Top of the top

Express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. The property had a bar and a restaurant serving Greek cuisine. Definitely I will repeated soon again!

Incredible hotel near everything

One of the most incredible hotels in the heart of Athens city. Only a few distance from the National Archaeological Museum. It was the best choice for me who wanna saw the Athens by night. Good rates and staff too.

Spotless and elegant room

Location was very good, room was also spotless and elegant. Double bed with comfortable mattress and soft pillows, fresh white linens and towels at the bathroom and attentive housekeeping. Staff of this hotel was genteel and informative.

Location very unsafe. Did not feel safe walking there from train station in the daytime. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Rooms appear new but finishing is very poor, missing cupboard doors, cracked furniture etc.Booked for the small pool area but it looked very dirty so stayed away. The area isn't great but it is a quick walk into the centre.

Nice design, big room, bathroom with shower and tub, conveniently located near the Archaeologic Museum

Short walk to the centre. Staff were friendly.

The surrounding area is very derived. Poor soundproofing in the rooms. Banging and knocking started at 7:45am everyday, very loud. Breakfast was basic, but for €5 shouldn't expect more. Shower flooded even on low pressure leaving the floor always wet. Signs of mould where the water flows to, so clearly a long running issue. Hole in the bed sheet, bed was made everyday and never replaced the sheet. WiFi wouldn't connect on the first floor, but was fine on the reception floor.

The staff were lovely and very helpful

We arrived at 10am to 2 men sniffing cocaine on the steps outside of the hotel. The air conditioning did not work The corridors felt like we were in a prison The surrounding area of the hotel did not feel safe to walk around. The pool was filthy

Luxury and beautiful hotel

We stayed for a night in this beautiful central hotel. The staff are so attentive and kind, they really do pay attention to the finer detail. Not only is the hotel beautiful on the eye the gadgets are all modern and the shower was luxury. Worth a visit for sure!

The best stay ever

Excellent hotel, staff is top notch, courteous and on top of things. Helpful in every way. Clean and spotless, modern and fresh suites. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. Will return to this property always.

Looks nice, but not the best.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel has been newly renovated to a very modern aesthetic the design has been well thought out. The location is very good.

The 'new' appliances look very nice but are not very practical the bath tap was broken, the phones to reception do not work. The lock on my door did not work, I was moved to a new room but the toilet seat was broken. A modern day faulty towers.

Superb

Not great distance from major sights... Average walk to the Acropolis is about 30 min.

Unfortunately, the surroundings are not impressive... Fortunately, a short walk towards the Acropolis changes everything.
