A large, cosy farmhouse with 7 bedrooms, located in Dalfsen, it can house 18 people. Ideal for families with kids or large groups, the holiday home is surrounded by a garden and has absolute privacy. There is a forest 1 km away, ideal for tranquil walks. Being so close to a wooded area, there are many hiking and biking trails along lots of monumental buildings, the weir, fighting arms, and charming villages. You can also head to cities like Zwolle and Ommen or adventure parks as Slagharen and Hellendoorn. You can also find restaurants and general supplies about 1 km away from the home. The town centre is 5 km away. The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove that adds to the cosiness. The large lawn outside is perfect for soccer and volleyball. Kids can play on the trampoline, swings, and playhouse, and the recreation room has a billiards table. You can also do movie nights with the projection screen. You can order breakfast and lunch here, and get a grill for an added cost. This house is very suitable for families, children / parents and grandparents and not for groups of young people.

Viel ons reuze mee. Veel ruimte. Slaapgelegenheid voor de jeugd ideaal en voor de ouderen mooi rustig. voldoende bad en toiletgelegenheid. Twee keukens kwam goed uit, één glutenvrij gemaakt. Rondweg prima voor een groep waarin jong en oud (8-80) alles hadden voor een leuk lang weekend.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend hier gehad met ons gezin. We hebben grote en nog kleine kleinkinderen. Voor elke leeftijd was hier veel te doen. Voetballen volleyballen, tafeltennis, sjoelen en biljarten voor de wat groteren en fietsjes, schommels, een zandbak binnen en een speelhuisje voor de kleintjes. Verhuurder was erg behulpzaam met alles en hij zorgde ook nog voor een heerlijk buffet.

Van speeltoestellen voor de kinderen tot barbecue voor de ouderen en nog veel meer. Ook super gastvrij dus een dikke voldoende. Petje af. Met 4 gezinnen met kinderen varierend tussen 6 en 16 jaar hebben we het elk moment naar ons zin gehad. Goed ontvangst met een bakje koffie was een warm welkom. Er waren op-rond en in het huis genoeg mogenlijkheden voor de kids om zichzelf te vermaken. Uiteraard hebben de ouders het ook naar het zin gehad. Al met al een fijn en ruim huis

De accommodatie is fantastisch. Wij waren 50 jaar getrouwd en hebben met (klein)kinderen een week in de Robertus doorgebracht. De kleinkinderen van 10, 12, 13 en 14 jaar. Alle vier hebben ze herhaaldelijk aangegeven hoe leuk ze het vonden! De service van de eigenaar is cum laude. Ondanks de, voor hem, enorm drukke Kerstijd staat hij altijd klaar om je vragen en/of wensen te beantwoorden en uit te voeren, niets is te veel. Wij hebben op zondag voor 24 personen een bourgondisch- en luxe buffet bij hem besteld. Dat klonk als een klok. Ook in zijn supermarkt en slijterij is bijna alles te koop en als het er niet is regelt hij dat het er komt! Beddengoed, bad- en keukenlinnen is goed verzorgd en er liggen verschoningen. 3 toiletten. (boven is de badkamer niet zo groot, maar voldoet prima. Ook is het heerlijk warm in huis en sfeervol. Je voelt je snel thuis op de boerderij. En.... de kinderen kunnen hun gang gaan, je hoeft niet bang te zijn dat ze iets vernielen. De wasmachine, 4 koelkasten 2 vaatwassers, compleet met blokjes, ideaal als je met veel mensen bent. Wij zijn super tevreden!!!!!

Robertushoeve is echt een fantastische locatie, vooral als u met kinderen bent. Het is een mooi groot huis met echt alles erbij, u hoeft niets mee te nemen want huis heeft alles. Voor kinderen een groot speelparadijs en voor de volwassenen en heerlijke plek met alle voorzieningen. Heerlijk buiten vertoeven, maar ook binnen mooie gezellige ruimtes. En de slaapzolder met 6 bedden is super leuk voor bijvoorbeeld kids, iedere zijn eigen ‘huisje’ De eigenaar Dirk heeft een geweldige service. Hij heeft een winkeltje en zorgt iedere dag indien gewenst voor verse broodjes en komt deze ook nog eens brengen. Ook kun je via hem Bbq en catering bestellen. Echt een aanrader dit huis!!!

Met mooi weer hoef je het terrein niet af, gezellig met de hele familie sporten, volley en voetbal, Tafeltennis en Poolen en de kids vermaken zich prima. sávonds een heerlijk verzorgde BBQ . Ook is Zwolle dichtbij mooie Hanzestad. Kortom Robertushoeve is heerlijk voor een familie weekend waarbij iedereen kan doen wat hij/zij wil voldoende ruimte voor zowel rust als spel. En de eigenaar verzorgt indien gewenst ook nog de catering.

We hebben een week in de Robertushoeve verbleven met 10 kinderen tussen de 12 en 15 jaar oud. Het ontvangst en de service van de eigenaar is uitstekend. De tuin, de voetbaldoelen, de ruimte in huis, al die skelters, de trampoline, het poolbiljart, de omgeving, de veranda: he-le-maal fantastisch. Een absolute aanrader!

Omgeving is mooi, kenden we al van vorige vakanties in omgeving. Nu was het weer iets minder voor veel uitstapjes. De ontvangst was aangenaam! Koffie, koekjes en wat lekkers voor de kinderen stond klaar! Wij hebben met ons gezin van 17 man een top week gehad. De bestelde BBQ was ook prima geregeld. De vrije ligging en de grote tuin met voetbalveld en volleybalnet hebben we uitgebreid benut. Zou dit huis zo weer boeken, helemaal top!

We had a brilliant week at Robertushoeve. The house is very well equipped, with more than enough cutlery, crockery, seating etc for our group of 6 adults and 9 children.
Outside, the space is fantastic. There were a few bikes and plenty of toys for the children. The boys, in particular, enjoyed making good use of the football 'pitch'. There was plenty of seating and we were lucky with the weather so ate outside every evening (BBQ was good size and well used by us!). There is even a covered outdoor area for eating with lighting.
Inside, the layout of the house is quite confusing, with 2 kitchens on different sides of the house, and a utility room (with a dishwasher and washing machine) in the middle of the house. But it works well. Bedrooms were all a good size, beds were comfortable, and the children loved their individual pods in the dormitory. We all suffered with plenty of mosquito bites (it became a bit of a competition), just a warning...
In the local area there is plenty to do. An easy cycle ride down to Dalfsen for a huge ice cream was a popular activity with the children. There is a lookout tower on the way and a chain ferry across the canal which was fun. We also had a great day at Walibi and took the train to Amsterdam.
All in all, a great holiday, we will be returning in the future.
