Perfect

The location is absolutely perfect, it is in the heart of Malaga. Even during the night, we barely heard any noises despite the town being crowded. The room was good enough for two people and the bathrooms are nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Definitely will come back!

Vale pela localização.

A suíte bem espaçosa. Localização excelente. Na frente do hotel tem uma padaria muito conveniente. Vale a pena tomar o café da manhã lá.

Não tem ducha higiênica Para tomar café no hotel precisa fazer reserva antes porque senão não vai ter lugar. O restaurante não me agradou.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, leckeres Brot. Die Lage war spitze: direkt in der Altstadt, fußläufig die Sehenswürdigkeiten alle gut zu erreichen.

Escapada familiar en Málaga

El edificio es precioso. El personal es encantador y predispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno y el bar del hotel tienen productos de gran calidad.

Fantastic hotel, location, food, staff, everything!

Overpriced, graffiti and tramps by the front door. No water in pool and bar closed at 12 !

It was a lovely stay in Malaga and I hope to return.

We only had breakfast one morning - just fruit and toast. Location of the hotel was ideal and we enjoyed the area.

There were no facilities in the room for making tea.

Ein Lieblingshotel

Perfekte Lage im historischen Zentrum von Malaga. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Restaurants, Bars sind fußläufig sehr bequem erreichbar. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel sehr ruhig. Wir hatten ein wunderbares Zimmer im schön restaurierten Nebengebäude. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Contratamos una habitación en Palacio Soleico, ya estuvimos ahí hace unos años cuando inauguraron y sorpresa que nos alojaron en un hotel en la calle de al lado, en una habitación zulo, la verdad que nos salimos muy desilusionados pues no fue lo que nosotros contratamos, para eso hubiésemos elegido otro hotel de Málaga.

Fantastic staff, quiet, clean rooms and a great location.

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help us. Have a great time in Málaga. The hotel was exceptionally clean every day. The hotel has an excellent location that is within walking distance of all the major sites in the downtown area. I’ve heard some reviews that have a problem with the street noise in the room but our room was not on the street and so we didn’t have the problem. The room was exceptionally quiet.

Beautiful hotel, nice staff, centrally situated but in very crowded lane.

Nice breakfast room. Location good for reaching many interesting parts of city. ( but see below. )Beautiful building. Room spacious and bed very comfortable. Staff helpful.

Service often very slow at breakfast. No milk out out for breakfast cereals. Area immediately around hotel very cheap and cheerful, with shops and cafes and restaurants somewhat obscuring the attractive buildings and very crowded.

Excellent central location. A bit of luxury in a historic setting. Food was excellent

Restaurant and bar were very busy so service was quite slow for dinner and pre-dinner drinks in the evening.

I thought the restaurant was poor. Very expensive and issues with having many items on the menu were not available. Five of the first seven items ordered from the menu were not available.

A lovely oasis from which to explore a fascinating city

The style of decor, the amazingly comfortable bed , the helpful and friendly staff and the perfect location to explore Malaga . Calm and quiet atmosphere

Very comfortable hotel.

The character of the hotel was maintained even though recently renovated. Beautiful dining room. We stayed in the annexe which was lovely.

The terrace was only open for breakfast. I’m told it would open longer in a few weeks time. I was surprised that there were no instructions on how to use the room safe. Also surprised that there were no shower caps provided in the bathroom.

Would stay again if returning to Malaga

Breakfast excellent - combination of buffet and cooked breakfast served at the table. Staff friendly and helpful. Room immaculately clean - serviced thoruoghly every day. Fresh complimentary bottle of water provided in room each day.

Disappointed not to have a room in the old part of the hotel although the room in the modern annex was excellent.

Die kurzen Wege in die Stadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten machen Aufenthalt angenehm.

Ein schönes und gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, dazu frischer Orangensaft und Kaffee nach belieben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Stadt, daraus ergibt sich ein 50 Meter Fußweg vom Taxi. Durch die moderne Ausstattung ist es in den Zimmern trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Durch die zentrale Lage und die enge Bebauung hat nicht jedes Zimmer eine gute Aussicht, aber das Zimmer ist ja zum Schlafen gedacht.

We enjoyed our stay in Malaga.

Breakfast good. Lots of choice. Location was an excellent. The hotel was close to museums, Cathedral and restaurants.

I felt that not enough love and attention had been given to the interior decor of such a beautiful building. More paintings and ornamental objects please. The ambience in the restaurant for dinner could be improved with lower lighting and a some live music.

Love the location and food but our room this trip was not up the the hotel standards in our eyes.

Our room was high up and we were unable to look out of the window - crazy. The chairs and desk in the bedroom were far too large for the size of the room also Very disappointing as we had recommended the hotel to friends after our last stay and they stayed in much nicer rooms

SOGGIORNO PESSIMO. HOTEL DOVE HO PAGATO DI PIÙ E SONO STATA PEGGIO IN TUTTA LA MIA VITA

Scarsa e di pessima qualità. Far pagare 28 euro una colazione con una scelta da colazione di un hotel da 2 stelle, facendo pagare a parte le uova come se fossero un lusso particolare, che TUTTI gli hotel 3 o 4 stelle al mondo includono nelle colazioni è uno scandalo! Gli affettati erano rancidi, che solo a metterli sul tavolo avrebbero dovuto vergognarsi! Il buffet era ridicolo, la scelta veramente minima, non certo al livello di un hotel 4 stelle luxury come loro si definiscono. A mio parere, dovrebbero essere declassati a 3 stelle, dopo una bella visita dell’ufficio d’igiene, forse anche meno. Vergognatevi!

La maleducazione e la disinformazione dello staff dell’hotel. I nuovi ospiti vanno trattati con gentilezza e cortesia, fornendo TUTTE le informazioni possibili su come funzionano i servizi della camera e dell’hotel in generale. Cosa che invece NON È STATA FATTA creando problemi di ogni tipo: doccia con acqua fredda, mancato utilizzo della wi-fi nella camera, informazioni errate sui servizi del taxi,, ritardata pulizia della camera, etc. Tutto questo perché il personale alla reception NON fornisce adeguate informazioni al check-in e nella camera NON esistono istruzioni x l’uso di quanto è in dotazione nelle camere. Pertanto, fate fare un corso di formazione al vostro staff x insegnare loro a comportarsi con gli ospiti in modo educato, competente e professionale. Cosa che ora NON SANNO FARE.
