About this house rental
This fantastic villa was made by the famous Brazilian architect Claudio Bernandes in 1993
The house is built in a special timber just to be found in Buzios. Only 3 houses with this project exists in Buzios
The large picture windows in the living room and old-fashioned, hand made bricks on the roof. Very nice and has to be seen. Each room is specially made with their own names and each room has a private bathroom and toalett.
From each room you can walkt out to a beautiful and very private garden
If you want to go the beach, then its only 8-10 min walk from the house to Geriba or Ferrandurinha ....
The house is only 10 minutes by car to the city center. you can rent a 'buggry' (beach car), so it is easy to go for a trip to the beach or have a meal at one of the good restaurants in town
Please note that we have top modern high speed Fans in the sleeping rooms and living room, NOT Air Condition. But this is not a problem ,its nice and cold
Guest Access
Here you can relax in our pool, have a barbecue on the grill, relax on the large balcony or use our garden. There is also a games room downstairs with a football table. (Toto) Good evening enjoyment.
It is not allowed to move toto of the Games Room. Or furniture inside the house to the outside
In the house there is a cozy lounge with TV (25 Portuguese channels), DVD player with international films, and a stereo with a lot of different music room.
Downstairs you will find a good selection of books in several languages and a lot of DVD movies.

There is also a dining room with seating for about 8 people at once
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave and other fascilities. Lots of plates, cups, forks, knives for 12 people.

If you want to visit the nearby town of Cabo Frio, you can catch a local bus that is going all the time.
From Rio to Buzios you can go by bus departing from the main bus terminal in Buzios every two hours in each direction. There is also a direct bus connection to / from the international airport RIO about 3-4 times a day.

We loved the house!
We loved the house, and we were very lucky with the weather. Fantastic view , especially in the morning and at sunset. Great beach in Geriba. We definitely will come back probably next year.

Casa linda, limpa e com vista incrível!
Nossa estadia na casa do Rune foi uma delícia! A casa é exatamente como nas fotos - espaçosa, muito limpa, vista incrível, uma ótima área da piscina com churrasqueira, todos os utensílios necessários à nossa disposição, 4 suítes na parte debaixo da casa, o que faz com que os quartos fiquem isolados, e não entre nenhum tipo de ruído... Tudo exatamente do jeitinho que está na descrição. Próximo a casa fica uma praia pequena (quase privativa) e encantadora, que dá pra chegar a pé através de uma trilha: a Praia dos Amores (vale a visita).
A casa fica bem localizada próximo ao centro, porém em época de temporada o trânsito deixa tudo mais "longe".
Os caseiros são super atenciosos e prestativos. Assim como o dono, Rune, que falou comigo durante os dias pré viagem, e não deixou de dar nenhuma informação. Muito simpático e atencioso.
Se pudesse dar duas dicas sugeriria: mais iluminação na parte da piscina e que colocassem ar condicionado nos quartos - de qualquer forma os ventiladores ajudam bastante a refrescar o calor!

We were greeted upon arrival by Katia and Cleber, they live on the premises and take care of the villa. It is only minutes to town, great shops, scenery. Beaches are wonderful. Katia and Cleber were very helpful with anything you needed. Katia also has an English speaking guy Fred who can take you around town, price is very reasonable. Also there is Uber. Suggest going into town for some shopping and stop for a beer with the locals. Must have a barbecue, the sausages are the best thing I have ever tasted. Grab your coffee in the morning and enjoy the views. I will definitely be coming back. It is living in Paradise. This villa was beyond my expectations

A vista mais linda de Búzios
Passamos a semana do ano novo de 2018 na casa e certamente todos que ficaram hospedados se apaixonaram pela casa e, principalmente pela vista. A casa é ampla, bonita, aconchegante, tem uma piscina e uma área de churrasqueira ideais. Para finalizar, arrisco dizer que possui a vista mais bonita de Búzios e um maravilhoso por-do-sol visto da área da piscina. Os caseiros foram muito atenciosos e ao mesmo tempo nos davam todo o espaço e liberadade para desfrutarmos de nossas férias. Um único ponto para melhora seria instalar ar condicionado nos quartos pois alguns possuem ventiladores já velhos e barrulhentos e faz bastante calor.
Indico de olhos fechados essa casa.

Uma moradia desenhada por famoso arquiteto, situado num lugar abençoada pela própria natureza.
A casa está superbem cuidada, limpa e bem equipada.
A distancia para as praias mais próximas faz que não precisa de carro para chegar lá.
Não tem nada que fala contra? Talvez que é longe para o centro e os restaurantes, mas com os preços cobrados nos restaurantes de Búzios pode ser um benção.
É fantástico acordar com o canto dos pássaros e dormir depois de usufruir do lindo pôr-do-sol sentada na veranda ou até deitada numa das redes.

Ótima casa e vista maravilhosa
Passamos um ótimo final de semana na casa! A área externa é muito boa, a piscina é grande e muito agradável. A área interna é grande, os quartos super limpos e em bom estado, a cozinha está super completa. Com certeza vamos voltar, vale muito a pena.

Casa Perfeita,um verdadeiro Paraiso!!!
Um lugar sempre perfeito! Ja perdi ate as contas de quantas vezes estive nesta casa. Casa espacosa,muito limpa uma vista perfeita para o mar. Voce so precisa andar 15 minutos e ja esta na praia,a praia da Ferradurinha,praia dos Amores e a praia do Geriba sao praias limpas e bem tranquila. Para quem gosta de praticar esporte, principalmente fazer caminhadas, a praia de Geriba e perfeita! Os caseiros da casa sao pessoas muito simpatico e de confianca,vc pode contar com eles para tudo. Se vc nao quiser estar sempre dirigindo,nem precisa. Vc tem a opcao de chamar um taxi que chega muito rapido no lugar, ou vc anda 10 minutos e ja esta em um ponte com varios meios de transporte para o centro ou para Cabo Frio. Posso recomendar, e o meu lugar preferido de ferias em Buzios!!!

Excelente casa con una vista maravillosa. Cumple con todos los objetivos para unas buenas vacaciones. Los caceiros fueron muy amables y siempre estuvieron dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier cosa para hacer de nuestra estadía más placentera. El sector de la piscina con la parrilla a su lado está muy bueno y bonito. La casa al estar en la cima del cerro hacen que la estadía sea muy tranquila con una vista espectacular y muy segura. La playa de Geribá está a solo 5 minutos en auto y es la mejor playa de Buzios! La casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa.

I just didn't want to leave anymore.
The place is not only beautiful; it's charming, elegant, comfortable, functional AND with the best view... The pictures don't do justice, the place is really cozy and made us feel home really fast.
The kitchen is very well equipped (and bigger than it looks in the picture!), the rooms are practical, each with its own bathroom and closet (for clothes and baggage), the living room is enormous and simply but elegantly decorated, the swimming pool and its area just perfect above the sea...
The place was very clean when we arrived, and Katia and Cléber are the best : friendly, helpful, interesting, a good chat when we had the opportunity, yet discreet when they were not asked for help. People I would like to have as friends.
Last but not least, the owner was really kind, patient and reactive during the "pre-renting" phase. Thank you for everything !
We definitely recommend this house and will probably return when we are in Buzios again.
