About this house rental
Quarters at the Commissary #1 is a handicap friendly 4 bedroom, plus bonus bedroom, 4 bathroom spacious beach home with numerous modern conveniences. This home has been recently fully renovated to feature high-end amenities like instant hot water, a wheelchair lift*, and much more.
Upon entering Commissary Quarters #1, you are greeted with restored hardwood floors, modern upgrades, and an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The Living room area has a mounted high def—TV with Blu-ray player, subwoofer, and soundbar. Adjacent to the living area is the Dining table that seats 8 and the brand new kitchen with countertop seating and Virginia soapstone countertops. The updated kitchen features conveniences like instant hot water and upgraded appliances.
Directly next to the Dining area is an additional room that may be used as Bedroom 1 or a sitting area. This room has a Daybed and High definition TV with a Blu-ray player. There is an attached handicap-friendly full bathroom and laundry room.
Bedroom 2 is a Handicap friendly King suite with an attached full bathroom with a claw foot tub and walk-in shower.
Every opportunity for comfort has been thought of at this Historic Tybee home. Walking up the stairs you are greeted with a small reading nook that overlooks the kitchen.
The top floor of this home has an additional common living space.
Adjacent to this Living room area is two bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, window seat, and High definition TV with a Blu-ray player.
Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed with a High-definition TV and a Blu-ray player. Continuing down the hall is another large bedroom.
Bedroom 5 has two Twin beds and a Queen bed. This large suite has a High definition TV with a Blu-ray player and an attached full bathroom.
The outdoor area of the Quarters at the Commissary is just as unique and well kept as each of the separate Quarters. The grounds are maintained year-round and are home to several fruit trees.
Each Quarters has separate furnished decks, gas grill, and parking spaces. On the grounds, you will find several bike racks for storing your bike while on Vacation.
The Quarters at the Commissary are steps from the Historic Tybee Lighthouse, a short walk to Tybee's north beach, and within walking distance to a few restaurants.
