Decor, tub in the room and cleanliness. Valet was very nice and gave recommendations on restaurants nearby as well as grocery store.
I did not like that the front desk wouldn’t answer the phone, also tried contacting room service and there was no answer. Front desk also did not have change for multiple guests that wanted to tip the valet.

Incredible building dating from about 1920/30 I believe, very unusual (pleasing) features, fabulous staff
I have a dry eye condition which is made worse/painful by air conditioning. As usual I turned off the air conditioning as soon as I got to my room. Unfortunately there was a ceiling duct which continued to circulate air in the room, which additionally was very noisy. There was no control for it so I asked at reception that it be switched off in my room due to my condition. They advised it works continuously and was not possible to turn it off. That meant the noise would be going all night as well. In addition the window did not open. One of the staff suggested I leave the TV on all night so I didn’t hear the noise from the duct!!! This is a lovely old hotel but they need to consider guests’ comfort and guests should have a choice instead of being forced to endure gross discomfort.
The bathroom was dark and dingy with ugly brown tiles; better lighting and fresh new tiles would be an easy fix.

The location was perfect as we were attending an event at the Convention Center. It was so quiet and peaceful at the hotel. Our beds were super comfortable.the Restaurant was excellent.
Parking by valet was ok. I assumed my car was safe. I needed items from my car and could not just go get them.

The hotel was tge third but ny Hilton it has a strong connection with the Hispanic world don't miss the de lovely deco8of the al Icove thst are dotted around the main large lounge close to Reception. The room was and tge hotel was very good with us when we asked for a microwave.. It arrived very quickly. Breakfast was very good and the service came with a smile. The location of the hotels in the downtown area.there is a Starbucks close by and a local cafeteria. As well as a pizzeria.there is also the hotel's dinning room
We enjoyed our stay and would be very happy staying at the hotel again.
I don't like valey car oarling ut is that or pRkong at a nearby public carpark.
Finally there is no ice machine but you cN ask reception to send up a bucket of ice. No tongs with our delivery

The location was terrible and in a very seedy area. Would never walk alone!
It's a nice enough hotel but just misses the mark on being a really nice hotel. We were disappointed to be honest.
Way too expensive for the location and the small rooms.

Beds were comfy.
We arrived too early for check-in and front desk said they’d text when room was available, she never did. Rooms were also musty. Location wasn’t also very nice.
Receptionist at front desk was super unfriendly. She was not welcoming when we arrived. She did not greet us and she made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She also had her AirPods on and was very standoffish. She never says you’re welcome when we would say thank you. It was not a great start to our stay.

Beautiful historic property. Proximity to train station also nice.
The surrounding downtown area is pretty deserted during weekends. But the area isn't quiet: Loud cars and/or motorcycles use nearby streets/parking to race/speed (though amusingly they stopped by 10pm both nights we were there).
The room was somewhat less polished vs. the lobby and public spaces: some room features are more recently updated than others, nothing that seriously impacts comfort.
3.5
location to old town.
restaurant staff were terrible. I realize there is a shortage but these people were forgetful and rude. they were not at all busy but perhaps just poorly trained.
3.5
The lobby is beautiful with a variety of small alcoves all decorated differently in which to enjoy drinks. Interesting artwork on the walls and a library for some quiet time. I did not have dinner in the restaurant but the menu looked great and the small appetizer I had was delicious.
Given the ornate shared space, I was surprised to see how characterless the actual hotel room is. The bed is comfortable and the room adequately specious but the bathroom was a bit cramped.
4.5
The hotel is gorgeous, really lovely, and the restaurant is very nice. It was quiet at night, and I felt very safe. It's without a doubt the most charming hotel in Albuquerque. The neighborhood is ok.
The room was smaller than I expected, and the view was of the a/c units on the roof.

The staff was AMAZING!!
We didn’t have hot water in the bathroom sink, and it would have been nice to have ice available.
