felt very welcoming lovely breakfast!

hotel located in a very busy road. But the shopping next to the hotel save the day!! really friendly staff and although had dome issues they really fast resolved. Thank you for having us we will return!!!

Expect better for the price.

Unique design, friendly staff and mall access.

The location and the design

The window to the balcony doesn’t close properly, so you can still hear the noise from outside and the bath room have dark spots in the corner

The breakfast variants should be more. Breakfast room is too small as too many guest in the peak hours.

Not a happy customer considering it was our honeymoon trip

Broke my suitcase on checkout and didn’t pay any compensation. Security guard yanked the handle off didn’t even apologise. The facilities are terrible no proper outdoor seating area around pool. Very poor quality for a 4 star hotel

Strategic and worth the buck

Hotel is just beside Mall Bali Galeria, 15 min ride to the airport. Hotels staffs including the security guards were helpful.

This time round, no issues with the room.

it was nice to get to stay in a 4-star hotel with cheap price. the room was cozy and the building look elegant. we booke

Excellent hotel and staff

Superb

Staff members were really nice. One of the staff, Sally, in the dining area was a beautiful person who helped us in every way possible. She is a gem. Overall experience was very good. Thankyou sally for your love and cooperation. You deserve a promotion, girl.

Very comfy rooms and the breakfast was really good! the staff were very friendly and it was a good place to stay before flying out of bali and it was under 10 minutes to the airport, it was very chilled out so it was nice

You have to get a taxi to get in the middle of kuta but we didn’t mind that

Very good

The staff were friendly and helped out on my early check out but allowed me to keep my bags there as I travelled around. It's near Kuta center and near the airport.

Great location but needs maintenance

Location is very good with Galleria Mall next door. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good for what it is.

Specifically for room 219, it lacks maintenance. The toilet roll holder was very loose and almost detached from the wall, the aircon was not cold enough, the fridge doesn't work at all, the safety box says low batt. With the extra bed, there is no chair and we can hardly find good space to open our luggage. Also, a security concern as the window has no lock and can be opened from outside eventhough the small backyard is not for public. Room 216 smells Room 311/313 was described as a family suite with 1 king bed but it is actually 2 rooms with a interconnecting door that can fit 4 people easily. There was also a note that our room rate on the 31 Dec includes the gala dinner but when we asked at reception they said we're not registered or booked.

Bad experience due to poor customer service

The location was close to airport

I was checking in at 15:30 instead of 14:00 and was told by the receptionist that the room is not ready and I will have to wait for an hour. When I told them that I can’t wait that long, they gave me a room which didn’t have a working fridge and a light wasn’t working either. I was also not taken to the room, told me to jump in the lift.

mouldy, smelly and rundown; AVOID

the location the staff are lovely

everything else. my room had a terrible mouldy smell but as it was 3am when i arrived i had no choice to stay the night. the electronic lock on my room was also faulty. i had to go to reception twice to sort it out and the only way to get back into the room was to send a staff member through the window.

location, and value for money. Breakfast also good, more than what I expected.

Room a bit smaller. I book the family room loft, with 4 persons in the room it was a bit tight to even open the suitcase

Enjoyed the stay and the buffet breakfast. Close to most of the facilities. Good stay for families with kids on a budget

Excellent location and a very nice staff with breakfast (buffet). Room service was excellent (Immediate response to our needs)
