Very convenient location for both the newer harbor area and the old town. Attractively decorated and furnished apartment in a contemporary building. Spacious bathroom with great shower.
The mattresses and the sofa bed were not especially comfortable.

The apartment was wonderful. Light, spacious, and clean. Well stocked with everything to live there for a few days to a few weeks. All I did was buy the food and wine.
The dining table was perfect for eating and catching up with clients as I was on a business trip.
It was so nice, I was able to schedule client meet ups at the apartment.
Everything worked as it should. And it was a very quiet building.
The fire alarm went off on several occasions which caused a minor irritation. However, the plus side is, that the fire alarm works.

Actually I’ve got nothing to say but PERFECT!
The flat is really very comfortable to stay! It’s in new house very close to the city centre and very safe.
The furniture and appliances are totally new and in a good condition. High ceiling, a lot of light because of the full wall windows and white walls. The apartment layout is also perfect: very comfortable to cook, same convenient to watch TV sitting at the couch or at the kitchen table.
There’s everything you need to cook in the kitchen including frying pan and wineglasses. I was glad to find a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There’s even capsules for it: you don’t need to buy it in a shop, just leave 10€ for the pack right there. There’s even an iron and clothes dryer.
The owner is very polite and answer very quickly.
I enjoyed staying at this place a lot! Highly recommend
The view from the windows is on the construction but it’s nothing compare with all advantages of the place.

Cozy and brand new apartment close to the centre. Well equipped with crockery. Has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Really nice cooktop with a worktop.
It's nice to have a self check-in option, because it provides arriving time flexibility. Yet the apartment building itself is not designed for it. As a result, after arriving at the spot we have spent a good half an hour searching for the keybox from the neighbour building... Our group came to Tallinn to have a get away weekend, not for a "find your key" quest.
The host has asked us to fill a few long forms prior to arrival (3 forms altogether, if I recall). I totally get the need to make a contract so that the guest follows the rules of the property. However, from my extensive traveling experience, the guest usually accepts the rules of the propery when booking it via Booking.com. Why the need for even more documents, especially a few?
The apartment is a bit cheaper than others of a similar type, so it is a good value for money. But then because of that the host asks for a deposit. It is mentioned in the rules of the property, so no trick here. My deposit was not returned until I asked for it though. As far as I know, if the property is damaged by the guest, the host can demand compensation via Booking.com platform. So I do not see the need for the deposit.

High quality apartments. Very close to Old Town and city port.
We need to wait additional 30 minutes after check-in time for cleaning. And check-in time was quite late already, at 16:00. Very dirty windows because of construction works going close by. But all this is minor details

The apartment is new, clean and centrally located. The renting company provided us with a fan.
The area where the apartment is located is and will be a long time further a large construction site. There is no AC in the apartment so it was sweaty during hot summer days.

Location is nice
But near this apartment is going reconstruction oh 4 huge buildings so noise and all kind vibration of work are allways from 8-17.00, even if you close all windows. And everyday, even on weekend, so if you want to relax just FORGET, I have to wake up earlier and go for a beach, thanks it was hot summer to sleep. I asked owner for a compensation or made discount, unfortunatly he said " No". And what it was not nice I have left deposite 100 euro, and owner gave me back 94 euro because it was some small mark of make up was on towel...It is first time in my life that owner made like that, traveling Im really a lot so girls if you decide to stay here bring everything with you otherwise you gonna pay. There is no clear instruction about wifi, using TV. Apartment is nice but I dont recomend to stay here..sorry

Great location, everything inside the apartment was in great condition and clean. Dishwasher and washing machine are very nice to have. Wifi is good, 40mbps both ways. Plenty of room for 4 people
The hob doesn't work properly, at least we couldn't get it to work and the parking costs 4-6€/day.
