Great view and host. A bit hard to find.

The hotel owner waited for us although we arrived way later after the check-in. The best view and good free coffee.

If you are here late, you don't have any choices to eat, not even a small meal at the hotel. As a suggestion maybe below the stairs there could be a machine with snacks. Also a very negative point was the fact that there is, at least, two Hotel Rössli in Interlaken, very far away from each other by public transportation. One is in Interlaken West and the other Interlaken Ost. Maybe a warning in the description of the hotel on the website would be a helpful suggestion.

Great room

Nice people. good service. Free water bottles. Beautiful view. Big and comfortable beds.

The room is quite dark. The rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator (so a little difficult with the suitcases.) No kitchen. (There is a mini fridge)

Relaxed stay with good food and beer

All was good and one of the best pizza I had with a cold beer. location was very near to the pier and it’s a very nice location to walk around.

We loved it and would recommend it to friends and family.

This property was cute, quaint, and perfect for our for a little family. The breakfast was delicious and the host were very sweet.

The only thing I would recommend is having more fans available. I would expect most places in Switzerland not to have AC because of the cooler weather, however one day it did get pretty warm so it didn't cool down in the evening until very late. So it was just hard for us to fall asleep in the warmer temperatures.

Disappointing.

The view is very nice and the location is good.

We stayed one night. Very warm. We barely able to sleep. The fan is working but no air just a waste of electricity. I was scratching the whole night.Our neighbor have kids and they are still playing after 10pm up to 1am. You can feel every vibration from the other room.

Exceptional

First of all the owners of the hotel are so kind and very helpful. Although the hotel is not a 5 star hotel the service is excellent. The hotel is normally a kind of traditional building so you can feel the warmness on the soul. It was a great chance to enjoy the view of Brienze lake every morning and evening. The breakfast especially the coffee served in the breakfast is wonderfull. The owners clean the rooms everyday. Therefore there is no hesitation on hygine. The location is perfect 3 minutes to the station. We didnot need to drive for 5 days and went everywhere by public transportation.

Great relaxing stay

The hosts are friendly, welcoming and always there to help. The view from the balcony room is amazing- postcard quality. Good breakfast, free coffee and water bottles. Cosy accommodation. Parking for those who drive and nearby public transport. Overall a great place to unwind and relax -by far the best place in Switzerland that i've stayed🙂

Creaking floors from upstairs guests, there is a short flight of stairs but no lift, not the best pillows but those are minor points- i'd happily stay there again and recommend it

Well worth it! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

The hotel location is amazing, a two minutes walk from the Brienze lakeshore. We had taken a 4-person room, and our room had an amazing view of the lake and the Alps, and we were mesmerized by the scenery. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The couple that run this place are extremely friendly and we even met a few locals at their restaurant who were also able to suggest places for us to visit for hikes/photos. The complementary breakfast, while simple, was filling. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here.

No real negatives at this place. the only point of improvement would be that the bedside tables had some dust, but it wasn't really a big issue for us.

Awesome!!

The breakfast was excellent, and with view on the lake. There was not much staff, but everything was taken care of. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were cozy. They were clearly designed and taken care of by someone who cares about the guests' feeling.

The packages of shampoo were a little bit too small.

Another gem in CH to which we will return

Two middle aged couples on an 18-day 12 hotel road trip thru DE-CH-IT-CH-DE. This was our 10th stop. Hotel was mid-range priced w/o stars and didn't know what to expect. We were really surprised of the high quality of everything. Nice lake view from the room and restaurant and excellent food and drinks. And a special thank you to the owners who took excellent care of us att dinner and breakfast. Super service. We will return.

The owners were super friendly. The hotel was walking distance to the train stop and a 10 train from Brienz. The place had a nice view of the mountains and lake. The breakfast was also good.
