Thanks for contemplating staying at our lovely home. We are confident that you will have a fantastic stay in this wonderful and substantial property.
We have very substantial discounts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly stays and we are always flexible so you are most welcome to ask us re for what discount we can offer pending each individual situation.
It is a magnificent four-bedroom, two-bathroom Terrace home, with parking/rear lane access and a lovely spacious courtyard, in the amazing suburb of Newtown.
The bedrooms are all very large and each room has a large flat screen TV and DVD and Chrome player in them.
As it is a very large home, the layout is flexible and we can be flexible with the bedding arrangements to suit if there are special requests in this regard. Please let us know if you have any special requirements when making your booking inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate whenever we can do so.
The home can comfortably accommodate eight to eleven persons in comfort and style (we can accommodate more persons comfortably upon special request).
We can contemplate having your pet (s) come and stay as well (please make sure that you request this upon requesting to book the property so that we can ascertain suitability).
The house was built in 1901 and it is brimming with character and Victorian charm. It has very high ceilings and many lovely ornate features.
The home has been beautifully renovated. It is very tastefully furnished with modern appliances and gorgeous French-inspired antiques throughout the property.
This classic home is just three kilometres from the centre of Sydney Australia. The home is beautifully presented and is available for short or longer-term stays.
The location really is second to none. It is within close walking distance to two train stations (Newtown Station and St Peters Station) and there is a bus stop metres away from the front door also, that travels through King Street, into Central Station then to Bondi Junction (for easy access to the beaches).
The Home is less than 600 metres or approximately five minutes) walk to vibrant King Street (with its many amazing restaurants and shops), as well as 600 metres or approximately 5 minutes walk, to the just as exciting Enmore Road.
There is a major shopping centre (Woolworths, Aldi, Coles, Kmart, and 60 specialty stores) less than 200 meters away (unparalleled convenience having this facility so close to the property, yet totally out of site).
There is an Olympic size pool, gym, huge park, fantastic hotel, and coffee shop, all within 2 minutes walk from this beautiful home.
The house is meticulously maintained It has a lovely (full sized) designer kitchen, with a digital oven, dishwasher, and digital microwave/convection oven.
There is unlimited/super-fast internet.
