Sunsets, romantic and spectacular, are a breathtaking experience of the area. The nearest beach is only 3 km from the house. Fully fenced and secure garden, ideal for families and friends, boasts the large 50 sqm private pool. A beautiful gazebo, lounge terrace, loungers and parasols provide the perfect relaxation experience. A large, built-in charcoal grill and a large dining table are just steps away from the pool.
The house is spacious, new and carefully furnished. There are 7 bedrooms, each of them fully air conditioned. In addition to 6 bathrooms, it is fully equipped for a group of 15 people. The kitchen is filled with appliances, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There are two bicycles, with which the beaches are only a few minutes away. The area is warm, sunny and quiet. Private parking is guaranteed within the property.

Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on was a real treat! The large tables and benches covered by a gazebo were perfect for all meals (especially BBQs) and games in the evening. Much fun was had on the trampoline, volleyball court and table tennis. There were plenty of comfy, padded sun beds and a cabana for ultimate relaxation!
The driveway could easily fit four cars and had a fob operated gate to secure the property.
A well stocked minimart was within walking distant and large supermarkets within an 8 minute drive. The main centre and beaches were a 10 minute drive away and there were many local activities and attractions for the family.
The only improvement we suggest is a small cupboard in the main kitchen for dry food storage.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend to large family groups. We would definitely return to Villa Petra!

Overall we were happy with our stay . The location was pretty nice. With a car you were able to reach to the beach, city, shopping...in less then 10 min.
The outdoor area of the villa was beautiful. Pool was large, there was a lot of space for chilling and barbecue with the whole crew.
Nevertheless we didn't like the inside that much. Everything was pretty old and did not fit at all to the flare of the outdoor area. ( Staying there at bad weather days would not be nice and cozy )
Overall we still had a great time!

We had an amazing stay at this holiday home in Croatia, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot.
The garden is a real highlight. It’s beautifully designed and ideal for children. Our kids had a blast playing there, enjoying the open space and nature.
The pool was fantastic – always clean and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off on hot days and relaxing.
The rooms are spacious, more like apartments, providing plenty of space for everyone. We were a group of 9 adults and 3 children, and we never felt cramped.
The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back!

The house is really big, very well maintained, in a very quiet location, about 7 minutes drive to big shops like Kaufland, Lidl, etc. The communication with the hosts was very good, they were super responsive and helpful. A Christmas tree was set up in the house for us together with some small gifts and we were given some farewell gifts also. The house is set up with apartments, each one with its bathroom and a kitchen area. When renting the whole house for a big group, that caused a bit of inconvenience because the living room area is way too small for all. In summer that won’t be a problem as the outside area is great, with lots of space and one would spend most time there. But, in winter we had to spend a lot of time on the chairs in the kitchen. TV also could be changed with smart one to allow use of apps like Netflix etc, as there were only a few channels working. On the other hand, having many fridges was great. The kids loved the outside area with the table tennis, playground, badminton area and trampoline. Perfect size and in great condition. Bbq was also great. One of the floors was closed so, even though we rented the whole house, we did not have access to all the rooms as mentioned on the site. Some of the beds need to be replaced as they are super noisy. It was great to have many of them available. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely go back in summer but to rent the house as a whole and not by apartments.

The property itself is comfortably large, so we had no problem fitting even our 13-people-group inside. Everything was clean and ready to use. The owners were incredibly kind, as they welcomed us with gifts and spent a lot of time explaining the house and all its features. Overall a very beautiful experience.

We were a group of 2 grandparents, 3 grown up children and their partners and 16 month grandson. The Villa was very spacious and the out door space was lovely with large dining and BBQ area, pool, trampoline, volleyball net and slide and swings - so something for everyone. The villa is very well equipped for cooking large meals and there were lots of extras like beach toys, bikes and a table tennis table with bats and balls. The hosts had the villa ready before the check in time and were very helpful when we needed information and advice. Check in and out were very smooth. The village, with restaurant are within walking distance and there are plenty of beaches a short drive away. Thoroughly recommended for a family holiday

Beautiful villa for different kind of bigger groups!
A pleasant welcome with a good house explanation. In the past apartments / rooms were rented out in this villa, so it has lots of bathrooms, toilet and kitchens. But that certainly has its advantages. A beautiful villa and a lovely outdoor garden. The hostess were very friendly and helpful, fast and clear communication. We only missed an oven glove and the number of glasses was on the low side, but these are small areas for improvement. Thanks for the stay !

Toller Urlaub
Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Woche! Wir haben uns als große Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Außenbereich war noch besser, als wir erwartet hatten (gerade für unsere Kleinkinder). Die Begrüßung, Kommunikation und Verabschiedung war reibungslos. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ein kleines Manko für uns: in den oberen Schlafbereichen gab es Durchgangszimmer, was für uns als einzelne Familien teilweise etwas ungünstig war und wir so nicht im Inserat von uns verstanden wurde. Dennoch gab es genug Betten und auch genügend Bäder, was uns sehr wichtig war.
Zusätzlich gab es auch genügend Küchenmaterialien, sodass nie etwas aus ging oder nachgekauft werden musste. Selbst genügend Kühlschränke waren im Haus verteilt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Meer und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sind mit einer kurzen Autofahrt sehr gut zu erreichen. Abgesperrte Parkplätze auf dem Hof waren für uns auch ausreichend vorhanden.

La vacanza perfetta, dal posto ai proprietari
Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 adulti e 9 bambini.
La famiglia proprietaria, che parla italiano e inglese, ci ha accolto facendoci trovare, oltre alla merenda, tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno ed è sempre stata presente quando ne abbiamo avuto necessità.
La proprietà è bella e grande, curata e pulita. Il giardino con la piscina ha abbondante posto per giocare e per rilassarsi e il tavolo all'esterno era doppio rispetto a quello delle foto, in modo che potessimo starci tutti.
Le stanze sono luminose e parecchie oltre al bagno hanno anche l'angolo cottura e il frigo. Punto in più, quelle del piano di sopra hanno l'accesso al balcone dal quale si vedono il mare e il tramonto.
Nei dintorni c'è praticamente di tutto e la famiglia ha preparato un utilissimo quadernino con tutto quello che c'è da sapere perchè potessimo orientarci.
Una vacanza giustissima per noi, in una una location consigliatissima.

Schöne Tage in Kukci!
Das Haus ist gepflegt.
Auf den Außenbereich offensichtlich etwas mehr Wert gelegt. Die Bäder sind einfach, schon in die Jahre gekommen, enge Duschen, aber auch sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist minimalisiert ausgestattet. Wir haben Messer und Schäler gekauft und dort gelassen. Große Salatschüsseln waren auch nicht da. Die Fahrräder waren nicht nutzbar. Eines konnten wir herrichten, dass wir damit mal zum Minimarkt oder nach Poreć reinfahren konnten. Also besser eigene Räder bei Bedarf mitbringen.
Die Gastgeber sind maximal hilfsbereit, sehr nett! Sie schauen regelmäßig nach dem Pool und dem Garten. Nach 1 Woche wechseln sie die Bettwäsche und Handtücher, was wir angenehm fanden, aber nicht selbstverständlich ist. Unsere Fragen wurden rasch hilfreich beantwortet.
Alles in Allem waren es 2 schöne Wochen in Kukci bei Poreć. Dankeschön!

Przez 14 dni szukaliśmy wad tego domu. Nie udało się. Było po prostu doskonale. Wszystko było super, basen, grill, zacienione miejsce do wspólnego jedzenia, gier i długich rozmów wieczorem, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, doskonała klimatyzacja, duże pokoje, wygodne łóżka. Dom przeszedł najśmielsze oczekiwania. Jeszcze dobrze nie odetchnęliśmy po podróży do domu, a już myślimy czy tam nie wrócić.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Der pool ist sehr gut. Sauber und groß. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr nett begrüsst und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Perfekt mit Kindern. Rundum sehr gelungene Anlage mit allem was man braucht. Der Strand ist 5 min entfernt mit dem Auto. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Nur empfehlenswert.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis met privé zwembad
De woning was precies zoals de omschrijving en foto's op de site.
Bij aankomst werden we zeer warm onthaald door de eigenaresse en haar dochter met een koud drankje en wat lekkers.
Alle kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Er zijn genoeg badkamers en de meeste ruimtes hebben ook een keukentje.
De keuken is geschikt om met zijn allen te eten, koken voor een grote groep op 4 pitjes is een beetje behelpen.
In de huiskamer staat een heerlijke bank waar je op kunt relaxen.
De tuin is ruim en netjes onderhouden. Je kan zowel in de zon als in de schaduw bij het zwembad zitten/liggen.
De buitenkeuken met grote bbq was een uitkomst.
De trampoline was voor de kinderen een grote verrassing.

Sehr schöner Garten, Haus sauber und gepflegt
Ich habe Ende Mai 2018 eine Woche Urlaub mit 15 Personen verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es sind sehr viele Bäder vorhanden.
Die Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer ist gut und ordentlich.
Der Garten und der Pool sind groß und wirklich sehr gepflegt, auch der Pavillon zum Sitzen zwischen Pool und Haus ist super.
Alles ordentlich und hochwertig.
Als kleiner negativer Punkt muss ich die Küche und deren Ausstattung nennen.
Die Küchenzeile ist für eine Gruppe (das Haus wird bis zu 20 Personen beworben) zu klein. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist leider nicht sehr umfangreich. Auch das Geschirr könnte mehr sein.
Das Wohnzimmer (wir haben es nicht genutzt, könnte ebenfalls für die Personenzahl größer sein.
Fazit: Haus ordentlich und sauber. Bei schönem, warmen Wetter gar kein Problem. Will man sich IM Haus als Gruppe aufhalten (z.B. bei schlechtem Wetter) ist es in den Wohnräumen sehr eng.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Edler Außenbereich, sehr aufmerksame Vermieter - ein schöner Urlaub!
Wir waren Anfang September waren als dreiköpfige Familie mit unserem 3 Jahren alten Sohn und haben von den ganzen Räumlichkeiten im Endeffekt nur einen Großteil des Erdgeschosses genutzt. Wirklich schöner Pool (ca. 1,40 m tief) mit hochwertigen Holzliegen und Auflegematten, akkuraten Rasenflächen, Außengrill, überdachtem großen Familientisch. Dazu nochmal eine extra Terrasse im Bereich des Austrittes von der Küche. Die Räumlichkeiten im EG waren 1x Doppelbett + Doppelstockbett und ein Raum mit Doppelbett, alles gefliest, dazu mehrere Duschen/WCs. Innen nicht luxeriös, aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Küche wirkt recht neu mit Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränken, Mikrowelle, Gaskocher und Elektroherd. Nix vermisst!
Die Vermieter (englisch, etwas deutsch) waren sehr freundlich und haben sich sehr um uns bemüht. Tausch der Wäsche nach einer Woche brauchten wir nicht, wurde aber angeboten. Einzig SAT hatte nicht ganz funktioniert, haben wir aber auch erst nach einer Woche gemerkt und daher auch erst bei der Abreise weitergegeben. Dafür WLAN kein Problem. Und das Wetter hat uns mit 3 Tagen Regen etwas gestört...
Lage außerhalb von Porec in einem ziemlich heterogenen Wohn/Ferienhaus/Villenviertel. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Lidl etc. mit 5 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

Wunderschöne Tage in Kroatien
Wir haben in dem Haus 12 wunderschöne Tage genossen. Kukci ist nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad waren es nur ca. 5-10 Minuten. Sehr zu empfehlen ist dort der Hawaii Beach. Auch nach Porec ist es nicht sehr weit. Die Stadt hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich mit dem sehr großen Pool hat uns wirklich überrascht. Von den oberen Stockwerken kann man auch das Meer sehr gut sehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und haben sich auch wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.
