About this apartment rental
The extraordinary residence sits on a terraced Mediterranean park with a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains, quiet and sunny between a private dead end street and Olive footpath to the interesting fisher's village "Gandria" away from the noise of municipal and cantonal roads.
A green OASIS nevertheless near to center Lugano: 2,5 km.
Shared indoor pool 4 x 8 m (on request and with charge) with 140 m2 sunbathing terraces with deckchairs, parasols and table tennis is in function from June until end of September and can be used by persons/swimmers from 12 years and more. Minors must be accompanied by adults.
Deckchair-mattresses and covers, towels, parasols, ping-pong-utensils are deposited in the small garden house an the communal
terrace below th e indoor-pool for free use as also the washer and dryer.
Because of Corona-Pandemic the indoor pool can be closed upon official prescription at any time.
However, there is withing 130 m on private street and staris down
to the lake a municipal boat- and bath-stage and a small shingle-
beach for sporty people: free of charge.
To the "Lido San Domenico" with swimming in the lake ca. 500 m:
chargeable.

Living-dining room, lounge, 2 kitchens, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces is tastefully and comfortably equipped with antique furniture and modern comforts: satellite TV, WiFi (free), airconditioning. Country-style solid wood kitchen "Bulthaup" with handmade tiles, dishwasher, freezer, cooking surface, oven, extract air, microwave with grill, espresso machine, window. Electro-Grill for terrace/outside.

(Guarantee-deposit of CHF 250/week to let on arrival
in cash.)
ON REQUEST:
- Parking 2 x 4 persons car or 1 VAN CHF 210/week.
- Indoor-pool CHF 35 / person / week.
- Extra towel CHF 3,00. To wash the Barony-laundry by
the tenant is not allowed.
- A possible defect must be reported immediately so
that this can be removed. Complains on or after
checkout are invalid.
- The kitchen and -utensils must be left clean - as found
on arrival - also at check-out. Garbage must be
deposited due to official regulations in the containers
at beginning of Via Violetta / Via Cortivo. See also
description in the kitchen.
