The view is great and the appartment is spacious. Kind host!

Despite relatively new furniture, the appartment is outdated and definitely not worth 300€ p/n. Pictures look like you have a luxurious experience, but it’s quite the opposite. In contrast to the accommodation we stayed in before, basic stuff (pepper, salt, detergent) was missing. Quite a noisy building occupied by elderly people. Mind that we didnt like Gandia at all. The place is still stuck in the ‘80s and lacking good restaurants, and despite a nice beach simply not a nice place to be at.

Very modern apartment with amazing views of the beach. Spotlessly clean, open plan living accommodation with a lovely balcony which is a great spot to watch the sunrise from. Kitchen was well stocked with all equipment needed including Nespresso Machine, kettle, toaster, iron, washing machine.

Communal areas a bit tired, unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Would be great if there was some information and recommendations about the local area and instructions for the equipment in the property.

Very friendly and helpful support from the owner! Great view on the beach, breakfast in the morning sun. Everything you need is there.

The view from the apartment was superb, and the beach was directly below, with a nice walk along the dunes away from the town with views of mountains and sea

The only small issue was that the TV did not work and was not fixed and the wifi had a slight intermittent problem although in general was good with a strong signal.

Perfect place for a stay with family. Fantastic localization, first row from the beach, perfect view from saloon! Kitchen very well equiped. Two tennis corts, paddle cort available in the complex. I trully recomend for a stay with children. Amazing sun-rise experience in the morning :)
