Really clean, spacious enough for two people, well equipped and in good condition. I work in serviced apartments myself, love how the owners really thought that apartment through, from reading lamps and charging stations everywhere needed, fully equipped kitchen (we cook a lot and didn’t missed a thing) to top cleanliness standard! This housekeeper knows her work and did an amazing job! It even smelled clean before entering! Only minus was the blinds in the bedroom, the chain kept falling off and the extractor hood wasn’t working. But the owners are informed us! Excellent stay! Thank you!

The apartment was very nice, a good space and modern. There were lots of nice touches like coffee/tea and biscuits, and the TV has Netflix. It's well-equipped with a good kitchen (only thing perhaps missing is a little dishwasher, though it's not so bad if you just use a few dishes). There were USB sockets which is handy. The location is excellent - it's right by the centre of town, but you can't hear the street noise from the bedroom.
It's very noisy from the flat above. The first night the people above were just walking around all night which was very audible. You could also hear talking but this was less bad, though the second night the couple were having a very heated argument and there was a lot of shouting. There is no sound insulation between the two floors, so a little bit of a pot luck who you get staying above you.

The situation was convenient for what we needed. When we needed to ring the owner for advice before arriving she was helpful.
The flat was cold and couldn't turn heating up (set at 17/18). The bathroom was tiny and there was no extractor fan so the flat smelled a bit damp and the walls appeared damp after it had rained. We were unable to use the nearby carpark because a fair had arrived and so it was noisy.

This place was a disgrace. We were booked for 5 nights, stayed for 1 night (forfeiting paid amount) and found somewhere else at great cost to us. Noise from other apartments was very audible. It was a small pokey apartment filled with clutter. Couch was absolutely filthy, fridge needed a good wipe out. I felt the need to clean cutlery before use. Bin was practically inaccessible under a bench. Kitchen cupboard had half used bottle of sauce etc. (not exactly covid safe or hygienic). 1 wine glass only between 2 people. Beds were ok but the bedding needs updating as it is very faded and old. There were cords hanging in an extremely disorganised and dangerous way near one bed. A towel rack hanging over the door making it impossible to use the bathroom door handle. And then to the bathroom, shower was small but you could work around that but the toilet and sink were so close together when sitting you had the side of the sink in you're face, had to stand and shuffle sideways to pull up you're pants. The photo of the toilet/sink was conveniently not on the website to show you how close and impractical it was. My husband had to turn sideways to get into the shower to get past the sink, and also had to pee from the side of the toilet not the front. He also felt so cramped that he dried himself off in the bedroom. We are not big people so this had nothing to do with our size but the cramped bathroom. Towels were a disgrace. Pillows flat. Parking is a short distance away but its coin only no pay and wave, notification of this would have been good to know in advance. Also I don't know what the protocol is in the UK, but to leave a large note expecting guests to strip the beds for you and bag up all laundry before they leave in my opinion is a bit rude. I would not recommend this place at all. In my opinion the apartment needs a good clean, a DE clutter and a reorganising of the bathroom before expecting guests to pay.

Keys available in a drop box on arrival, so access was easy. Compact space which was fine for our short stay. Good location and plenty of eating options close by. No parking at the apartment but used a parking app to pay for parking in the large public carpark only 2 minutes' walk away. Very easy.
All good.

Very small bathroom, some people would find it difficult to use due to size. Couch very low. No decent lighting in the bedroom for reading. Only paid public parking available. Basically not a comfortable place to stay.

Great little apartment - very well equipped (full oven/hob, microwave, fridge) - nice comfy bed and spacious bedroom. Very clean, and nice little extras like water, milk and delicious muffins left in the kitchen - Annie was really helpful to us in accommodating a last-minute request too, which was much appreciated! Apartment was perfectly situated in the centre of Menai Bridge (on main road but bedroom at the back so no traffic noise at night) so a short walk to any of the amenities there - just a couple of minutes from the Straits and coastal path (and bus to Beaumaris) - and right next to the finish line of the Anglesey Half Marathon, which we were running. Would recommend!
