We loved this property!! It is beautifully updated with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We saw a lot of people walking their dogs and grandparents with grandchildren walking. The property is close to stores and about 20 minutes to Kennedy space center. We were lucky enough to see 2 rocket launches during our stay and it was an easy drive to go and watch. Communication with Jessie was awesome and she's a great host. Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again.

This property was amazing! Very clean and well decorated. The plants give it such a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable. The location is good and hostess was wonderful when I had questions. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Immaculately clean, with well appointed Kitchen. Perfect location for visiting Kennedy space Center, viewing a rocket launch, and Canaveral national seashore. Check in was easy and check out. Instructions were clear. Host communication was excellent.

Everyone was provided and so very clean. Appreciated the information about restaurants in the area and we enjoyed our meals at Dixie Crossroads. Perfect location for visiting the Kennedy Space Center.

The property proved a perfect base for a short stay on the Space Coast. Very comfortable and well equipped (especially for a group of Brits!). Easy access to both great restaurants and supermarket. Fast access to KSC and State Parks. Communications were always fast and straightforward which really helps with a relaxed stay.

This could not have been a more perfect place to stay for the 4 of us. My aunt Lyn must use a walker to get around due to her recent hip surgery, so the master bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her! The property is quiet, zero road noise or noise from any neighbors. Thank you so much! We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Titusville!

This was a perfect place for us while we visited with family in the area and went to the parks at Orlando for a few days. Very clean and comfy. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to visit our family again.

I grew up in Titusville and now live out of state. Some of my family and I went back to see family and this place was the perfect stay for all of us! The owner was always quick to respond to my messages and very friendly. The place was clean and well kept. It had just about everything you need besides groceries. And having 3 rooms all with king sized beds was a huge bonus! I highly recommend staying here whether you are staying in Titusville or even planning to do fun things at the cape or Orlando. It's just a short drive to both. Staying here was very comfortable and I'm not sure I could have found as nice of a place along with the great atmosphere in Orlando. It truly made me feel like I was in my own home.

The place was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and everything felt so new, carpet, beds, appliances, etc.. The layout was great and the den was very comfortable after some long days at the beach. If you want to stay in and cook for yourself it has everything you need or go out to restaurants which aren’t far at all. We did have a minor issue with the fridge but Jessica was on top of it. Unfortunately it happened on a weekend but she brought over extra ice and had it fixed ASAP. On top of that, she dropped off some nice wine glasses for us to use and even offered a refund for the trouble. It was a pleasure communicating with her and we hope to stay at her place in the future.

This was our second time staying at this location. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Extremely clean and well cared for. The screened in porch was our favorite place. We ate our supper there several times. The kitchen had everything we needed although the pots, pans and skillets were of a larger size than was needed when cooking for two. We hope to return again next year.

Inside of the house is very nice! It's an equal mix of modern with a comforting touch of "grandma's house". The house can comfortably fit 6 people. Check in process was seamless.Only downside is that the house isn't located in the best neighborhood.

The 3 bedroom townhome is very clean and has most things anyone will need for an extended stay. The wood steps to the 2nd floor require a little diligence to navigate in the morning (for older folks)but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

Unit was gorgeous and updated. Well equipped. One minor issue. The unit sleeps nine. I originally had only three staying in the unit, but my kids came in the night before we left at midnight. We were gone by 9am, but she later texted me and said I owed her $20 for the additional two people. Then she requested an additional $40. Inhave stayed in many VRBOs but have never been charged by the night and by person

We came to experience Biking trails, PlyaLinda beach, Merritt island and local hiking trails, bridge walks, starlink launches, Super Bowl, Daytona 500, dining out, coffee in the leni and tanning on private deck. 4 old farts completed all this and more in two weeks. Beautiful home. We hate to give it such a good rating knowing it will make it more popular and harder for us to return.

Amazing property, Very large (Maybe 1800 sq ft - seemed even bigger) clean as a whistle, and remodeled with upgrades galore. 3 bed/2 1/2 baths. When the owner said "everything is brand new", they weren't kidding! Fully remodeled kitchen, counters, appliances, bathrooms, laundry room, bedrooms, gorgeous flooring and new Temper-pedic plush carpeting in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (all 3 are quite large) and feature new King beds with sumptuous linens and comforters. Best 3 nights of sleep we've had in ages! This unit has a wrap-around upper balcony, and we saw a Falcon 9 launch on our first night which was very cool, as it was scheduled for night before we arrived, but was scrubbed. Nice surprise! We spent a lot of evening time in the covered and screened main level lanai/porch room, also quite large with comfortable new furniture. Central location in Titusville, (don't miss eating at Dixie Crossroads, 5 minutes away, if you love seafood) and an easy drive to get to Cape Canaveral, or down to Cocoa Beach (great mini golf courses, shopping and beach restaurants) or the tropical Brevard Zoo in Melbourne. Seemed like a nice, safe community. We met a few neighbors on our morning 2 mile walks, very friendly. The HOA could extend a little more care in their landscaping for the homeowners, but that was not a concern for us. One of the best places we've ever rented! Highly recommend and would come back again in the future. PS - if you are parents that have loud, unruly kids or bed-wetters, this might not be the best place for you. This property was fabulous in so many ways. Beautifully decorated, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, dining table for a large feast, and kitchen with all the accommodations. Bedrooms were supurb! All bedrooms had king sized VERY COMFORTABLE beds with TVs in each room. This was a fantastic place to stay and we hope for another trip to Florida so that we can stay at this property again!

Easy process accessing entry in front door. Plenty of towels and kitchen ware. Good location for our grandson attending Space Camp and we even got to see a SpaceX launch.
