I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. When I arrived, the staff warmly welcomed me and made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they were always available to assist with any questions or requests during my stay.
The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room.
Not to be outdone, the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but good.

Amazing place, astonishing view, 2 hot tubs to enjoy, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast

I booked a budget room just for one short night and it was super. More comfortable than I expected for that price. I wondered why it was budget room until the morning - it was situated just below the breakfast area and one can hear every step early in the morning.
4.5
Its scenic and secluded out of the Akureyri downtown.
Location can be a challenge if you do not have a car.
3.5
Clean and a good breakfast.
Requested separate beds which the booking acknowledged. Was told there were only doubles even though the beds can be separated.

Very poor breakfast and the shower curtain was terrible. For such an expensive hotel, we were very disappointed

The location and the staff who went above and beyond for me when I left my apple watch. It arrived today!
I loved all of it but would caution the rooms under the restaurant can hear foot traffic. But I brought my sound machine so no problem! We used the hot tub and the view was astounding!

I booked the hotel and immediately canceled due to booking the incorrect dates. I tried contacting the hotel through phone calls and emails (which I'll happily supply). Booking.com tried contacting the hotel. No one from the hotel ever responded to either me or Booking.com. I was fully charged for a room I did not stay in.

This is a really enjoyable and relaxing hotel.
We loved the view from our room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the cherry on the top was the jacuzzi in the evening after a long day hiking.
The breakfast was just perfect (for variety, quality and quantity).
Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The room has a coffee machine and chocolate, cappuccino, coffee pods.
There was particular smell coming from the bathroom sink pipes, perhaps it is an isolated case, anyway it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was cozy, bed nice to sleep in and the breakfast was very nice.
Nothing I didn't like

Netflix on TV..
Refrigerator in room.
Great views from dining area
Great breakfast buffet.
Nice darkening drapes on windows and lighting.
Squeaky ceiling above our room.
No AC or fan in room. No microwave.
Strong sulfur smell from warm water in taps but seems common in Iceland.

The tv in the room was not working.

This small hotel is very cosy and nice. It's great to have two hot tubs on the terrasse with a view for the guests! The room itself is very clean, confortable and has nice amenities like small shampoo bottles.
The location is a bit outside Akureyri which is not a problem with a car (even better because of the view of the fjord) but something to be aware of.

it’s pretty and easy location. Neat of the North Capital and an a good place to take a rest after many hours driving.
There been a construction on the premises and a tire of our car was damage for a pinch. It was a little bad moment of our trip but we can solved it.

it’s peaceful being a few miles out of town and has a nice view. lots of updates and the breakfast was good.

Beautiful, clean room with private shower and toilet/sink. The room had a flat screen TV with Netflix set up, which was a nice bonus. The hot tub was really nicely lit up with string lights on the deck and a beautiful view of the city and the Northern Lights. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The sitting/breakfast/bar area was really nice and cozy.
