Breakfast was not provided but we was not aware until we go there.
There were lots of things closed due to remodeling.

We did not like this property at all. We did not stay. We told them about the problems and checked out.
The room had a hole in the bathroom inside the tub next to the faucet. There was a hole in the door of the bathroom. There were napkins behind the microwave. The microwave had something sticky on it. The toaster oven was broken. The toilet was very slow to flush.
Overall a very bad experience.

We didn't eat the breakfast, location was great.
The bed in the room was the worst bed I've slept on in a hotel ever, the pilows were horrible, would have been mire comfortable sleeping on the floor!!!

The lazy river
The bathroom was nasty. We booked a queen beds. The beds are only double beds. The bathroom is filthy nasty shower, constantly running toilets, barely flush. The beds are horribly uncomfortable.

At first, location.
We checked in and was there maybe 45 mins and checked out/ cancelled reservation. Very unsatisfactory and we went to a different hotel.

Staff was friendly and got us taken care of pretty quick. Location was also pretty great.
The carpets were dirty. The ottoman in our room was dirty. Our smoke alarm was beeping because someone had took the batteries out. It took over hour and my husband finally just went down and got batteries. There was no shampoo in the room and the conditioner had already been used. It was half gone.

Location
Rooms were pretty dated and dirty.. the hotel was undergoing renovations but it was kind of a wreck in there and no signage of floors not accessible until you’re in a hallway with sheets laying on the floor just looked kind of scary

Location was ok
Well beds where hard as a rock and ac would not keep running we had to get up in middle of night and keep turing on because it was so hot in room plus if pool is going to be closed thats what they need to have on their site at the time of stay

Location
The things I expected to have were not there. I did not know the hotel was under construction. The hot tub was broken. They were not serving breakfast. I was disappointed to not receive the things I expected.

The staff was very friendly. The new lights will look great with finished.
It’s knee deep in construction. Our room had mold, and smelled dewy., needed swept. The hot tub was dirty, the pool seemed under chlorinated and super cold.
I checked for bugs never seen any.

NOTHING!!!!
It was awful, the walls are cracked, the doors had NO lock on them and they literally had MILKCRATES under the bed, LOL this is not as pictured, you will be VERY disappointed once you arrive!!!

The location...
Paid 20 dollars for a cleaning service that we didn't even get! The place was a wreck wasn't told beforehand that the indoor pools weren't open and it smelled so bad in there! We normally love Park Tower but this was a awful stay

Nothing there is no breakfast
All of it. The room was nasty with blood stains on the sheets hair in the bath tub and toilet. The bed was broke and the floor was never vacuumed. It was terrible!

Absolutely stellar experience at Rate Park Tower Inn in Pigeon Forge! Let's start with the room – immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The attention to detail in decor and amenities truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Speaking of exploring, the location couldn't have been better. Situated conveniently near all the attractions in Pigeon Forge, we found it easy to access everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the surrounding scenery added an extra charm to our stay.
Overall, Rate Park Tower Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. From the inviting room to ideal location, it's a definite standout among Pigeon Forge accommodations. We can't wait to return!
Nothing. Everything was awesome.

Great location and amazing hotel, loved the location. The updates are looking amazing. I will be back at this hotel to see the rest of the amenities open. Its very trendy and modern hotel in middle of town

I loved the view from my room. The french doors open with unobstructed view of the smokies. I was able to have my coffee on the balcony with amazing views. The room was very clean and all white bedding.

The front desk staff were nice.
The pool was freezing the hot tub was not working the gym was also down there was no breakfast and most of the hotel was under construction. The room was not clean and the ac unit didn't work. The beds were hard and the elevator would move with the doors wide open. Housekeeping would just walk into your room even after you would tell them not to.

Beds was comfortable
No breakfast. Pool was ice cold and had to buy our own floats. Door wouldn't close had to fix ourself. People complaining and leaving cause of bed bugs.

The location is amazing.
The rooms had some issue with heat and air. They also had a mildew type odor. The pool/lazy river is not heated. The last time we stayed it was and that's how they advertised it before but that is not the case now. That is also the only free feature to keep children occupied so most of our stay had kids jumping and screaming down the hallways. The front desk only had 1 woman the whole weekend. She was doing her absolute best, but for a weekend she definitely needed some help. They also charge a $100.00 authorization per room, this is on top of the room charge. You do get the authorization back but it can take several days after you checkout.

The young lady at front desk was wonderful! Good location from places we wanted to visit.
The room was very good size but outdated terribly the bathroom light and vent fan didn’t even have a cover on it….could see straight through it!! The sofa was so outdated and dirty (huge stain on cushion) no way I could sit on i…booked the room for the sofa because I am disabled and impossible for me to sit or lay on bed unless I lay completely down which wasn’t comfortable. Tables were dirty one had been sprayed and never wiped could see the spray all over..small dining table had spilled drink stains on it…realize all hotels in that area have gone up substantially but $235 a night????? Never again!!! The pics do NOT REPRESENT THE PROPERTY!!!

I liked nothing! This hotel is not even renting rooms. They are closed for renovations. Because online agencies keep renting rooms for their property they are forced to put people on the only floor they have open which is disgusting.
It smelled horrible. The sounds of construction were loud. The sink had brown water. One of the beds in the room had been removed and 2 twin beds had been slid together to make one bed.

Front desk people were so nice and helpful when our reservation for a different hotel had canceled us for no reason. Beds were amazing. Stayed there twice so far. Will definitely stay again.
I'm not sure if I didn't like anything.

Location was good.
Worst thing was we were all the way at end of building and the elevator was out of order. Had to walk a country mile to hit elevator. Place smelled like Marijuana all the time when no smoking was allowed. Hair dryer didn't work.
