Very good

Location, polite staff, clean room but small one. We asked to change with bigger one and they were willing to find us a bigger one! The staff in breakfast place were very communicative and pleasant!

The charge us 28 euro more, because we wanted to pay with card. they said that they can't charge EUR when you pay with card and they said that all the hotels concluded to charge Turkish lira 31 instead of 29.4 that was normally the euro. So we concluded to pay 28 Euro more. It was the first time that it happens that to us in turkey and in this hotel. We stayed again and we didn't have this problem. Also, The room was small, for one person mostly. Towels, shampoo etc were for one person in the room. Shampoo were used and from other hotels. Friends that stayed to the other room faced the same problems.

Great hotel

Great room and very good staff. From the awesome cleaners to the excellent breakfast and the great reception staff especially perer sellers. Would recommend

We were initially given a very small double but after having spoken to reception. They moved us to a glorious corner room. Very impressed with the speed they done this.

Superb location, excellent value and great hotel.

The only thing was that smoking is allowed in the restaurant.

I think is the best hotel in Fethiye, the placement was good, and near everything. you can have a walk just around to enjoy this small city. thank you for this amazing stay. the staff was very helpful.

The Parking was supposed to be free and available from the hotel, but it's not since I sent a message before and they said yes it's available and for free.. but was in the street in a private place where the parking man put bills and when you go come to ask to pay. this is the only thing I didn't like in this place. except that everything was perfect.

A place we can call home 😊

The Team of Reis Royal Hotel was just amazing. Their energy, smiles, friendly behavior and positive attitude was the first reason why we loved this little hotel. Emine, Yasin, Erdi, Mustafa, Husseyn and Murat were our Guardian angels and made us feel at home far from home. They helped us book our activities at the best rates possible and kindly organized our airport transfer. They also were very helpful in giving us advice on things to do and places to visit during our stay. The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Fethiye at a small walking distance across the marina near all the shops, cafés and restaurants. Its rooftop has a very nice view over the marina. It is clean, comfortable and easily reachable. The cleaning staff is very helpful and doesn't hesitate to help if needed. The breakfast wa served on table but could be a bit improved. There are two taxi stations near the hotel. We had a plan visiting other region in Turkey, but we ended up staying in Fethiye, mainly for the excellent experience we have had at Reis. We would definitely stay again in this hotel and we highly recommand it to travelers to Fethiye.

This hotel is in located in perfect place. Only minus is parking situation around hotel, we needed to park car almos 2 km away because our vacation time around all parking place full. But everything else was good, everything was easy handed around ( restaurants, caffes, marina ). I honestly recommed this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Our bedroom was not good wifi connection and it only connect in the bathroom

Internet was very weak we barely connected from the hotel. The breakfast was a seated menu with limited options. Very difficult to find parking around the hotel. You have to pay if you need to park the car. The mini bar has only 3 cans of soda woth no information if it is paid or free

You can find a better hotel in Fethiye for this price

The top lux room was nice, but not for this price (170€). Valet parking was available at the hotel and was fast and nice. Very big bathroom with jacuzzi and shower. Really nice big bed!

Terrible location. If you want to sleep in a nightclub, this hotel is the right choice. =) A restaurant is located on the roof so that the loud music will be till least 23:00. It's very loud, even earplugs can't help you to get sleep. You should just know about it. The Turkish breakfast is nice but quite small.

fantastic location and great rooftop dining area

the breakfast was a set menu which there was no option from and so the food was the same everyday. however, the food was traditional Turkish breakfast and therefore it was considerably nice

Exceptional stay! Large rooms, beautiful views, and amazing location!!

The room was super large and spacious, the bathroom was really spacious as well with super hot water pressure. In addition, we had a lovely window facing to a beautiful green open space looking at the marina. All shops and restaurants are seconds away. The views from the upper floor terrace were awesome. We enjoyed our breakfast with a great view. Although the breakfast is served on one plate and therefore you can not choose your items, it was still sufficient. The hotel staff were helpful and helped us in storing our luggages for hours before our departure.

Nothing that I can think of. Would like to book again in the future! :)

I hold the management responsible for not training their staff. I have been visiting Turkey for more than 18 years but

unfriendly staff except Amine and Murat who were both friendly and helpful, the other two guys had no idea of how to treat a customer/guest. They looked like they have forgotten how to smile.Oh, this goes for the cleaning lady as well.

Nice stay!

Staff is exceptional. We were absolutely please with way staff took care of us.

The room was good but there could be some improvements to make it completely comfortable. For example the cupboard does not close fully because of the mini fridge. The way bathroom is designed the whole bathroom gets flooded when taking shower. These small things have been ignored. The hotel has amazing potential to please its guests.

location is perfect expect you cant find parking in that area, its in the middle of the old city in Fathiye which is great and my family loved it, the breakfast area had a beautiful view.

the bed, the rooms looked better in pictures, i was expecting something better

Great Location, in the Old Town Fethiye, close to everything. Polite and helpful staff, very welcoming. The room was big enough with a big window.

Poor Wi-fi connection Problems with alevator Poor breakfast, same every day Room wasn’t clean every day, they just put clean towels and made up the bed. Toilet a little small and could have been cleaner.

The staff are kind, helpful and welcoming. Perfect location.

The air conditioner is not working properly, the room is always hot which makes you not comfortable. They tried to fix it but still not done, they should check everything in the room before the guest comes. There is a bad smell in the bathroom and water leakage from the shower to the room
