Rooms were lovely and the location was convenient. There were various options for food (although quality was inconsistent) and the all inclusive bar was well stocked with lots of cocktail options, with lots of names brands you can pay for.
A handful of staff were dreadful, clearly no hospitality experience and the only requirement of their role is speaking English. On various occasions we were spoken to very poorly by a number of the restaurant staff. On one occasion a member of our party approached reception with a complaint as he had been woken up by the ongoing renovations (which were not made aware to us before booking), the member of staff behind the reception quickly brushed it off and there was no conclusion.

Everything was perfect

Organization, cleaniness, position
No way to make late check-out, but you can stay in the hotel area all the day.
4.2
nice clean rooms, very comfortable and had everything you need.
the food was a little dry.

Room was fantastic 👌
Nothing,,everything was amazing

As soon as you come in the door there is a small kitchenette on the right bathroom on left then through a doorway to the bedrroom & sitting area. Would be excellent idea ti have either a thick curtain or solid door from kitchenette to vedroom as you get the light from the top of main door shining all the way through and there is a microwave which has a luminated clock and this is very bright shining onto the bed area
4.2
Good location and the food was very good for an all inclusive
They seem to have most things sorted for a good holiday
4.2
the modern style
Everyone racing for sun beds, there could have been a little more day entertainment other than water aerobics
4.2
Good pool size and lots of sunbeds available at the pool and on the rooftop. No loud music at the pool area.
The price of drinks at the pool bar is relatively expensive compared to other bars in the area (€4.50 for ~300ml).
There's no pool area service for drinks / meals.
They make you wear permanent wrist-bands for any inclusive meals. Even if you've only booked breakfast.
They don't provide a free room safe, which comes with every hotel I've stayed at. There's a charge of €21 which includes a refundable €6 key deposit.

overall very pleasant. staff were lovely and very professional
the shower head was a little blocked with limescale

Location, large balcony (stayed at corner room), breakfast was good and airport buss station right next to the hotel entrance.
Extremely loud, sound isolation was 0. At the first look room was looking good, bet when you stay, you see that doors are broken, everything is quite used, and it's not 4* hotel at all... And there wasn't shampoo, just broken body wash bottle. And as the ventilation was from hallway, food smell came in to the room...

The initial first look of the hotel - eg. Reception area and walk into the hotel look beautiful.
Rooms and inside the hotel is absolutely no more than a 2*.
Rooms are basic, junior suite rooms are just your standard one bed studios. Nothing junior or suite about them. Rooms and balcony’s are grubby looking.
Disappointing experience.

Despite a problem with our booking due to a reservation mix up and the room type we paid for not being available we thoroughly enjoy our stay at Coral Suites & Spa. The initial problem was well handled and within 24 hrs we had received a refund of the price difference in room type and apology alongside some compensation. The staff at reception were exemplary, in particular Yolanda & Eli who handled our dilemma and provided exceptional customer service.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Food and service from the wait staff was excellent and the property is well managed. In particular in the current climate of the Covid pandemic we felt that the hotel managed the sanitation and cleanliness to a very high standard.
Sunbed wars are never fun and despite the hotel managing this very well you still have to be up early and fast off the mark to get beds that benefit from the sun all day at the pool area. There were however beds usually available on the roof terraces but these don’t benefit from having access to the bar/food/all inclusive drinks area that we could see.

Location, staff
beads, too few sunbeds

this hotel was in an amazing location. a 5 min walk from hotel to safari mall, where we eat dinner most nights.
the food wasn’t great, however this was the only negative thing!
4.2
It was very clean
Room very basic. No toiletries apart from have was and shower gel. No shampoo conditioner body lotion. Food was okay for breakfast and lunch but dinner was basic buffet food. Not much choice. Much nicer cheap restaurants around the area. Some great Chinese restaurants for around 20-25 euro for 2 people. Hotel staff are not very friendly with the exception of one or two. Lola from the restaurant always had a ola and a smile for everyone. Bar staff are not interested if your all inclusive. They seem to prefer you if you paying cash. We had two housekeeping staff on the 4th floor and they were also lovely. We had an issue before arrival where they tried to change us to another hotel. We told them we did not want to change but we’re sorry in the end as the other was lovely. This hotel seem to have a habit of moving guests at their pleasure when it suits them. I will say the hotel was spotless and the pool area was cleaned throughly every morning. There is a huge shortage of beds at the pool so be prepared for a race every morning. All in all I would not stay again. There a some fantastic hotels in Tenerife but unfortunately this one rates a as four stay is a 3 at best.
4.2
clean and nice staff
air con and kitchen is good too
que for sun loungers early in the morning , not much atmosphere at pool and no music at night , good hotel if you want to relax
4.2
Cleaning staff... always smiling and happy.
Getting a bit dated... unable to lock the all 3 balcony doors and window in bedroom.
Outside dining chairs without padding or seating-cushions, sitting on metal is rather umcomfy.
4.2
The kitchenette within the suite was a great

The hotel is very near the beach (5m walking) and it seems recently renovated. Staff is all very friendly and efficient. The room is big and have a kitchenette. The breakfast is a buffet with many options, both cold and hot.
The room balcony have a view to another hotel in front. The kitchenette had dish detergent, but no dish sponge (but the truth is that we didn't ask for it, so we don't know if the hotel would provide it. The coffe is not included in the hotel breakfast and one needs to pay it besides paying the breakfast.
