Disappointing

It’s not very relaxing maybe an overbooked hotel , room was okay , breakfast not good very greasy not much options, so much noise all day at the pools there is no way you could sit by the pool and relax. The beach beside it saved the holiday for us

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo l'appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, i giardini sono meravigliosi e molto curati, molto belle le piscine e le aree comuni.

Nulla...soltanto il wifi era un po' lento

Staff were excellent, beds very comfortable, location very good😋

Only disappointing issue was the location of our apartment, we had requested a pool view if possible and we only had a garden view which wasn't great😢 will book direct with Hotel Floresta next time👍

Good simple hotel

Simple hotel, clean rooms, good location, nice food, big heated pool, fun football and water polo for teenagers.

Pool beds and pool tables could be cleaned more frequently.

Beach shops restaurants all within easy reach. Hotel facilities and staff excellent. Great choice of food in restaurant. Plenty of room around pool. Rooms clean and comfortable. Taxi and bus within 100 Mt's.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. Taxi and bus stop around the corner, as well as a supermarket and not to forget the beach.

we liked it so much after touring another island we are going back for our last 3 nights.

so clean and well maintained. food in the restaurant quite good with a variety of choices. the staff went out of their way and VERY hardworking and friendly

I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Floresta. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A bit small maybe but perfectly adequate. The bed was very comfortable. I was really impressed with the cleaning staff who gave the room a thorough clean every day even though it didn't really need it. We don't tend to do hotel food but had the evening buffet on one occasion and it was very good. The pool bar was excellent value.

I don't quite know why they clean the room so thoroughly, mop the floor and change towels every day. Could be seen as a positive but I saw it as a bit excessive. Not really a gripe, just an observation. It's a big resort and, as such, many appartements won't have a pool view (or any view for that matter). Might be worth checking beforehand.

Superb

Great facilities, lovely buffet breakfast each morning and very clean. Located beside Los Pocillos beach, close to supermarket, bar and restaurants and bus stop for airport or Puerto del Carmen centre or Playa Blanca located on road outside. Very enjoyable stay.

The start of centre of Puerto del Carmen is about 20/25 mins walk away which didn't bother us as plenty of bar and restaurants nearby but might be a problem for someone looking for a hotel closer to the centre

Relax, play and feel good.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Great service, great personnel, very kind, food processes. I loved the small villa style of the rooms - I don't like the huge 15 levels hotels. Very clean. We could really relax.

Some of the facilities were a bit worn-out, but nevertheless all was clean.

Excellent location. 2-3 minutes from the very long sandy Beach. Many shops and restaurants around.

In quiet area, helpful staff, comfortable beds, very good breakfast.

Pillows a bit hard, no separate gluten free toaster, high risk of cross contamination as there was only 1 toaster for whole dining room at breakfast.

Hotel was located close to beach, shops and bars. The apartment was a lovely size also pool area was kept well maintained.

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was cleaned but unfortunately the bedding was not changed once during our stay. We paid for half board unfortunately the food was not hot or even warm. Not much selection for vegetarians unless you want to eat salad daily. Food was rather disappointing. If you wanted wine in the evening with your meal it was from a beer pump just little the beer. Only 1 chose of beer also.

Loved the place, the apartment, the location, the pool, food let them down a bit.

Breakfast was good but overall not a huge choice. Would book to stay here again as apartment was fabulous but wouldn’t go all inclusive.

Food variety could be better.

Clean, comfortable room. Great pool

The room was clean and comfortable, the pool really big and with a nice temperature. Breakfast was really nice, with more than enough options. The mini disco at night was a great experience for our kid. Loved everything.
