Estancia agradable.

El desayuno muy bueno, valoro mucho que haya zumo de naranja natural. El buffet de la cena también muy variado y de calidad.

Los mosquitos que aparecían en la habitación, muy molestos, a mí me picaron mucho. Echo en falta algún colgador o una banqueta en el cuarto de baño.

Viejo con lavado de cara ...

Buen desayuno y zona piscina.

Habitación pequeña, precio elevado y tuvimos que dormir en dos camas individuales aun que havia cogido cama doble .

Exceptional

Thank you to the wonderful staff , in particular Aida and the reception staff who were so helpful to my mother who is elderly , they made our holiday so smooth and were so helpful. A big thank you to the room service staff who looked after our rooms so well during our stay. The restaurant and bar staff were so helpful too and I must say thank you again to everyone. Thank you Aida for the beautiful cycling shirt , so thoughtful of you.

could have put a bottle water in the fridge in the room also would have been nice if spa would have been open in the morning

Well worth a visit

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean. Great choice at breakfast - huge variety. Rooms were small but ok when you arent spending a lot of time there. Lovely lounge area to chill out and read a book. Lovely gardens with plenty sunbeds.

Only 2 things. Coffee machines in the restaurant rather than bringing a pot of coffee to the table. One machine was out of order for the week. Another kept stopping as so many were using it. Another one just had a drip of coffee. Not sure how a machine is out of order a full week. The garden is lovely. Beautifully maintained. Just be prepared for mosquitos!

Overall a great hotel.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Good breakfast. Great location.

There are no changing rooms in the spa.

A last minute decision to book this hotel which turned out to be an excellent choice

good location, pleasant staff, good breakfast,excellent value for money

whilst it wasn’t a problem during our stay it could be very noisy during peak season as the pool is located in the centre

Staff, food, hotel quality and location were all superb. I tried to extend my stay but not surprisingly, they were fully booked.

A little bit of waiting for the coffee machines at the buffet (very minor detail).

we enjoyed our stay & would return

modern hotel nice room with view of marina beautiful gardens Spanish style food good choice of fish & meat dishes cooked in sauces, I liked the sea snails nice to eat outside. overall a relaxed experience

the restaurant staff had to much to do it would benefit from someone who’s job was to greet guests take there room number & show them to a table it was supposed to be an adult hotel but there were children around

Superb

Hotel has several great sides - location, the center of Cambriles and close to the sea, the swimming pool with huge palm trees, good cuisine and comfortable facilties inside.

The room I stayed didn't have a "table" for suitcase, so I had to pack and unpack putting my cabin bag on the bed. There were no slippers in the room either. The lights in my room weren't bright enough.

Very good

Perfect location, room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was good and well organized with Covid measures.

It is a little too expensive for what they are offering, it is 4 stars but in my opinion maybe is 3 and a half.
