I would come back another day.

Room, Bed, Aircon controls, Iron and no need to call for Ironing Boards. Shuttle facilities, very convenient and timely. Shuttle drivers were no different from the sign in staff, professional and kind.

The curtain was old and tattered but its nothing that was too noticeable until at night when you needed to close it.

Très mauvais souvenir pour un hôtel HILTON

Bon emplacement Service de navette Grande chambre

Accueil et enregistrement. Personnel très désagréable n’ayant pas réservé à notre arrivée les petits-déjeuners comme nous l’avons demandé. Le lendemain le personnel nous a harcelé pour payer les petits-déjeuners doutant de notre honnêteté et nous a accusé de n’avoir payé qu’une nuit au lieu de 2 alors que tout avait été réglé. Il a été très difficile de nous faire comprendre et de régler le litige. Nous n’en garderons qu’un très mauvais souvenir car nous étions de bonne foi. Le personnel de l’accueil doute de l’honnêteté des clients et c’est bien dommage dans ce genre d’établissement. Le personnel de l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel Hilton 5 étoiles.

Enjoyable weekend break at Hilton Sandton

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sandton. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well kept and clean in the room and the restaurant. We enjoyed the well maintained gymn as well. It would have been nice if there was an indoor heated pool though :) The shuttle service to the mall was very convenient. We had a very enjoyable stay.

No point nostalgia

Central location

Dated old hotel for the following reasons: 1. Carpets old 2. Gym old to the point that the equipment has rust and is in lbs 3. No smart TVs 4. No convenient bedside plugs 5. Breakfast buffet was amazing 7 years ago now it's a merge motel breakfast 6. Bathrooms are aged and feel like a hostel. The hotel is holding onto it's hay days of the 90s

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

The two adjoining rooms I booked were nice, clean and had nice tables/desks for doing my work. I was able to conduct my meetings without interfering with my wife's activities.

There is anything meaningful that I can complain about. The staff right from the reception to the room service staff are respectful, patient, and hardworking. It is obvious that this hotel puts a premium on customer service.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I recommend that they continues to uphold high standards.

The two adjoining rooms that I occupied were good and had enough work space for me. I could teleconference without any disturbances. the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and caring at this five-star hotel.

There is nothing I can think. I will not pick on something and complain for the sake of complaining. It is clear that the staff and the owners of this hotel try their level best to give their customers value for money. I would encourage them to continue keeping high standards of customer care.

Good location and a comfortable hotel

The check in process was smooth and everyone working in the hotel was very friendly. The gym facilities were good and I found that the bed and the pillows were comfortable.

Nice and Comfortable

The Hotel is centrally located ,safe and quiet .The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices , fresh and plenty. Dinner was excellent- the service and presentation nicely done. Rooms were clean ,beds comfortable and the Housekeeping was not intrusive and did a good job. Private car with a driver was also available , making travelling within the city safer.

A grand old building in need of an update, that is complimented by exceptional staffing.

Room was spacious and very clean. The service was phenomenal.

Overall a good experience but a little more attention at checkin to ensure rooms ready

Used the upstairs room did not go for bfast

I was there even 1 hour later and my room wasnt ready. No call to say so . And i had a sleeping toddler in car. I was not happy

+ Hotel location is very good at centre of Sandton. + Staff is kind and polite. + Laundry is very quick and logic price. + Cleaning of room is good and careful. + Room and bathroom sizes are big. + Beds and pillows are comfortable. + Lighting of room is good. + Security is at very high level. + Breakfast is good. + Price is logic and competitive.

- Wifi connection should be improved, sometimes we had problem for internet. - Hotel decoration is little bit old, should be renewed. - Breakfast options can be more.

Clean hotel. Good location

Location is great for medical & shopping purposes. Hotel is safe .

Staff at check in are not rude but are not too polite. We waited 20mins to try & put our passports into the safe as our room was not ready yet. Eventually we gave up & kept the passports on us when we went out. There was no apology or concern when we left.
