The location and the pool
and that I could get a beer at reception on Sunday after finding all the bottle stores in Summerstrand close at 3 pm
and we travelled from outside PE
We didn't know there was only TV 1 2 and 3 - but my fault for not asking
as well as no WIFI option in rooms
and there is a bad humming noise from somewhere at night ? very irritating sorry
and perhaps an option of a ceiling fan next time ?
we had to close all windows due to Mosquitoes and it was very hot

The chalet numbers were not visible enough and confusing we struggled for more than 15 minutes and the lady at reception was not able to accompany us and there was noone to accompany us, and also the parking was too small for our car. The monkeys yhooo horror.

Substandard and dirty. We booked for a weekend and ended up booking at another venue as it was not fit for us to stay there.
A refund on our upfront payment and deposit was refused. Management was rude and unhelpful.
Monkeys are a huge problem as you cannot keep open any windows. This was not conveyed to us and we left open a window while looking for another venue to stay. The manager, Mike informed us that we should've seen there are monkeys and hence, implying that it was our fault that they got in.
I will certainly not recommend this place.

It's very difficult to get a booking
