Needed a hotel near conference location and it worked; but meals in their restaurant are too expensive.

Bed, pillows, blankets.

Meals are too expensive. No way a family, couple or only me can afford it.

Great location!

This being in Caguas is a great location. We never had to travel more than 30 minutes from the hotel. The location is fantastic! Caguas can be proud! we will definitely stay there again!

The bacon at breakfast. It was over cooked.

A 3 star hotel that charges like it was 5 stars ($250/night)

After checking out and the front desk told me everything was paid and i owed nothing, the next day when i had already flown to Spain my card was charged $70 and 50$ I don´t know what for.

Not a good value for the price

The staff is helpful and very friendly. If it was not for them the score would be lower.

This hotel has no real amenities for the cost. You have to pay for parking, they have no breakfast and the rooms are not great. The air conditioner was stinky and the room was humid. The location has no beaches close. We only stay there to be close to family. Next time may just travel from San Juan.

Great location, close to the country side with all the commodities of a big city.

Love the location and the facilities, they were pristine. The staff is very friendly and the food at Flor de Caña restaurant, great. The river that runs nearby is lovely, nice for a walk.

Going to a post Christmas party at a family member’s house. The hotel is very good.

Staff, location, rooms, restaurant, cleanliness.

Beds are ok for those that like soft mattresses. I prefer much firmer mattresses.
