Pertinho da praia

Já é a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. O lugar é simples, mas ao mesmo tempo, aconchegante e tranquilo. Ideal para passar uns dias com a família. A localização é ótima. Bem pertinho da praia e da rua principal de comércio e bons restaurantes.

O café da manhã é muito bem servido porém, acho caro. No último dia voltei do passeio e peguei um pouco de chuva. Fui tomar banho e, como não houve troca da toalha, a sensação de me enxugar com uma toalha muito molhada não foi agradável.

Le personnel est extraordinaire sympatique souriant a disposition hôtel très propre calme et tres bien situé petit déjeuner copieux je recommande et reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Petit details le matelas pas super et Manquerais juste des petits details comme cendrier sur le balcon et gobelet dans la salle de bain

Superb

The location was perfect if your intention is going to the beach and exploring the main streets of Platja d’Aro. All of the stuff was lovely and helped with anything needed. The hotel is sustainable and helps with sustainable access to potable water and so.

The parking was not included in the stay, which was not mentioned until we arrived there. They don’t have an elevator, which we also didn’t know and couldn’t take into account.

Great location, very comfortable and clean rooms, eco friendly, AC and mini fridge in room. Great friendly staff.

Would have been great to have an electric kettle in the room. But they gave us hot water for tea from the cafeteria downstairs.

Superb

The hotel was above our expectations, very good value for money. Just a steps from the beach, but in a very quiet street. The rooms and all hotel area was very cozy, loved the garden. There was even a small fitness area in hotel. Nice balcony in every room. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. So many details to create a very cozy area for vacation.

The rooms were not soundproof, you could easily hear your neighbours in rooms close to you. Breakfast was okay, but quite similar every day and poor choices for "not vegetarians".

Exceptional

Staff were exceptional. Warm and friendly and nothing was a problem. 5 star rating. Loved the efforts made by the hotel to reduce its carbon footprint by supplying free glass bottles of chilled water, giving guests options to have fresh linen daily or not and buffet breakfast had very little plastic packaging.

This is a family run hotel which had everything I needed.

Amazing

It's just near the sea and center, very well placed and very calm. We slept well, the breakfast was delicious and I appreciate a lot their ecological and organic commitment. A very cosy and charming place that I recommend.

The mattress of the bed is not thick enough. Make it not very comfortable.

EXTREMELY PLEASANT STAFF IN A GOOD LOCATION IN A NICE HOTEL

First of all: EXCELLENT, SUPER CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY, EASY-GOING, HELPFUL STAFF WITH A HILARIOUS EVERYTHING-IS-POSSIBLE APPROACH. Many thanks once again, dear Núria and your esteemed colleagues. Good location. Very good breakfast (for vegans and vegetarians as well). Last but not least: The staff was exquisite and awesome, pure delight!!!

The room could be maybe a bit more spacey.

nice hotel with a relaxed feel about it close to the playas

A charming hotel upgraded to a double room which was spacious with the added bonus of a fridge , bath in the ensuite which is always a bonus , nice balcony with early morning sun in october , a delightful chill out area in the grounds of the hotel friendly receptionist overall the hotel had a relaxed vibe going on ,quite close to the playas

the shape /design of the hotel meant that most balconies , including mine were overlooked by others hence no real privacy

Reasonably priced

The hotel was reasonably priced considering we went during the month of August, as in high season. The garden and terrace are very nice, but the online photos are a little misleading as the garden is right next to a road where cars and motorcycles drive late at night, with loud music on or revving their engines. Not really the oasis of peace I had imagined. The room was large with a big terrace which was great.

I was disappointed to be offered air conditioning at an extra cost of 20 euros a night. I was not prepared to pay an additional cost I had not been forewarned about so I stuck with the non air conditioned room. The room was nice and big,. but we had to sleep with the patio doors open because of the heat, which made for a very noisy nights sleep. I had to go to a pharmacy to buy ear plugs which helped.

Exceptional

Fantastic, super cute hotel right near the beach! Lots of beaches, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Staff was friendly and held our bags for us the day we checked out so we wouldn’t have to lug them around. Breakfast is delicious and affordable!

An oasis

The garden is a little oasis, to wake up in the morning and look out on to the lush green was truly delightful. At the end of the day, early evening, there is someone playing smooth guitar in the garden. It all felt truly magical. The room was fine, nothing flash, but I prefer old style typical Spanish hotels to big characterless corporate types. ALL the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. One night the receptionist performed in the garden and I have to say that he’s very good! I rated the hotel high because it fitted what I needed for a few days by the beach. The beach is absolutely gorgeous bit gets crowded on Saturday.

A very nice place to rest, chill and enjoy a nice and relax stay.

I really enjoyed my room - it's size and bathroom size were great! (don't expect a massive big room, but it was a correct one - it had a desk, wardrobe and double size bed, plus a small TV) The room had AC. The bathroom had enough room, included a bath. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was fresh and there was a variety of everything (breads, cereals, pastry, cakes, fruits, cheese, ham) - It really surprised me how everything was very well prepared. These also different types of milk (from regular one to alternatives ones) - plus the staff is always around to assist you in case you need something more specific. The hotel internal garden is nice as well - nothing super fancy - they kept simple and tidy. Another thing that I really liked is how the hotel is concern about reducing rubbish/trash - so there are different bins for recycle, they avoid any plastic or things that could generate more rubbish - plastic/water cups for water or coffee. I really like this and it caught my attention on how they are ahead - something that I didn't expected in a humble hotel, but they are really incredible. Staff again always helpful - with restaurant suggestion or places to see - they also have a small library with guides and other books about the area. I really enjoyed my stay - it was peaceful, cheerful and pleasant.

The parking spot was a bit tight - just need to be careful.

Hidden gem in Platja d'aro

Breakfast was great! Location in the city center and proximity to the beach as well! Room had a large and shady balcony.
