Great location, beautiful grounds and clean swimming pool.
The staff that prepared the rooms were great. All other customer care was the worst I have ever encountered. I tried, I smiled and accepted indolent service but it never got any better. The individuals are probably all very nice people but they appear to be untrained and poorly led.

Immediately accommodated my need for no stairs.
Wi-Fi didn't work in room.

The waterfront location was beautiful. The breakfast selection and quality was really nice, and especially the breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.
No pool towels and poolside facilities were closed.

The ancient building is nice. You can find a lot of iguanas in the garden. It's a quiet place.
It's old and not well maintained. Breakfast is not good, the swimming pool is very small and transient. Yes, there is a beach.... but it's occupied by an external activity that is a bar. No sunbeds, no room to lay down on the beach. Poor value for money

The room I had a competitively more spacious than the other 4 star hotels in the neighbourhood

wifi was awful. Food very expensive for what it was.

Ok just the staff needs to pay attention to the refilling of the food in the breakfast buffet and change the serving spoons more often , at dinner the food was very salty
The amount of salt that they put in the food , the cleaniness of the buffet during the breakfast .

We could not have any breakfast as they only serve from 7am and we had to leave at 7am to get to the hospital .cos although we pre paid for freakfast we did not have any, disappointing.
Enjoyed a lovely walk around the premises.
The meal in the restaurant was not at all satisfactory, one of the steaks was unbeatable. Very tough and we've is not get a steak knife to cut it with. No side plates. Vegetables with steak few and not tasty.

The view
We paid about 800 euros for 2 nights + 1 dinner at the hotel. The experience was disappointing to say the least and not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel:
- The hotel and room amenities are dated. The bedroom wasn’t clean enough with dust on lamps + a clunky, broken shower door. Just outrageously expensive for the value.
- Food was so bland and disappointing, plane food might be on par with it. Moreover, there are just 2 coffee machines for breakfast, and you
have to queue forever to get your coffee.
The buffet for breakfast was a lackluster.
- Customer service was rather subpar
- the bar by the hotel’s Angel beach was closed and it just didn’t convince us to stick around.
Luckily we had booked one spa at another hotel to save our stay.
