Está muy bien ubicado, tiene buen desayuno e instalaciones limpias. El auto check in es muy sencillo, además permiten guardar el equipaje antes y después de la estadía sin ningún cargo.

Possibilité de déposer les vélos dans la cour intérieur ,
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, une demande d’oreillers supplémentaire a été effectuée apres la 1er nuit un supplément à l’accueil a été payé… la 2eme nuit les oreillers supplémentaires n’ont pas été déposées, l’accueil nous a remboursé le supplément oreillers et la dernière nuit nous avons reçu nos oreillers supplémentaires offerts !!

Bagno da camper. Se ti fai la doccia allaghi la camera. Affaccio su muro. Receptionist che non ti fa parlare, (Sempre se lo trovi) Per cambiare camera voleva 85€ in più. Nonostante fossimo arrivati in albergo un giorno dopo(quindi una notte persa). Pulizia giornaliera assente. Colazione da mensa del dopolavoro. Doccia senza doccetta. Impalcature per ristrutturazione e quindi operai alle 7.30 che facevano un bordello. L’unica cosa buona? La birra. Ma non dell’albergo.

La ubicación.
- Todo el hotel está en obras y no ponía nada de información a la hora de reservar.
- Mucho ruido de gente pasando fuera de las habitaciones continuamente. No se podía dormir prácticamente nada. Muy mal aislamiento acústico.
- No te incluyen nada de jabones para la ducha. Tienes que pagarlo como un extra.
- El alojamiento a priori parece el más económico con respecto a los demás pero la sorpresa viene cuando te cobran 8€ por persona según ellos, complemento de tasas. Cuando en otros es gratis o simplemente de 2-4€.
- Para dejar las maletas no tienen tipo caja fuerte como otros en los que pagas de 4-8€. Aquí tienes un cuarto cerca de la entrada donde pasas y dejas la maleta ahí tirada. Sin ningún tipo de seguridad. A nosotros no nos pasó nada pero nunca se sabe.

The hotel is in an excellent location for anyone who wants to explore Bruges on foot!
The receptionist was very friendly doing an excellent work.
The communication from the hotel’s management was far from polite. In addition the instructions in the rooms look like to military rules. Attached an example. I never saw anything like that before. They change extra for everything: even for a hairdryer or an extra pillow.
The thermostat of all heaters are set to 20, and there are additional charges if a guest wants to increase it. Actually. 20 degrees should be fine but although the heater of the bathroom seemed to work well the one of the bedroom was never warm. This can be a big problem, especially when the weather is rainy and you need to dry some clothes.
The breakfast is very basic in my opinion.

El desayuno muy bien, la chica que está es muy amable, y la cocina está muy limpia. La
Habitación muy pequeña, solo para dormir y poco más. El baño es una cabina con puertas abatibles por lo que se escucha todo.
El baño, no me gusto nada, el tamaño de la habitacion tampoco y la calefacción estaba muy floja cuando estábamos a -4 grados. Si querías más calor el precio era de 15€ por noche, me pareció abusivo.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, porque en cinco minutos, andando, llegas al centro, y en unos 25 llegas a la estación de tren, y el paseo vale la pena.
La habitación es confortable, sin tener en cuenta el baño, y mientras funciona la calefacción, y la cama muy cómoda.
Nuestra habitación era interior, y las vistas un poco tristes, ya que daban a un patio, supongo que las que daban al canal estarían mejor.
El baño de la habitación es prefabricado, tipo de tren o avión, muy estrecho e incómodo. El inodoro quedaba tan pegado a la pared que tenías que estar con la puerta abierta, o las rodillas colgarlas de las orejas. la corina de baño se duchaba contigo, se te pegaba como una lapa y ya no te soltaba en el rato que duraba la ducha. un asquito. Que no se ofenda la cortina!
El desayuno escaso y la calidad de los productos muy baja y poca variedad, con los cruasanes se podían haber levantado el muro de Berlín. Poca fruta. Para ser el país del chocolate no había nada, aunque esto no sea importante, hubiese sido un detalle.
Las almohadas muy incómodas, si quieres otra la has de pagar, 5 € por persona y noche ( ni que tuvieran que comprar fundas nuevas cada día), como las mantas, así como los productos de higiene personal, no había gel o champú, y mucho menos secador de pelo, tuvimos que comprar y luego se quedó en el aeropuerto.
La calefacción se apaga a las 9 de la noche y no se enciende hasta las 9 del día siguiente. si quieres más calefacción porque hace frío, o te calientas a tortas o pagas un suplemento.
El personal brilla por su ausencia, los ves a la hora del desayuno y luego desaparecen. Incluso a la hora de pagar, que ha de ser a las 10 de la mañana, porque si no es a esa hora ya no encuentras a nadie y tienes que pagar en efectivo y dejar el dinero en un buzón. Holaaaaa, un poco de calidez humana, por favor...sensación de haber estado hospedada en una caja expendedora.

Mucho frío en las habitaciones , en una no había agua caliente . Ni siquiera salía el agua del grifo , el agua caliente tarda varios minutos en salir .
Pero lo más malo fue el frío q pasamos en la noche . Ya q la habitación estaba helada y para subir la calefacción había q ir a la recepción y llamar por teléfono de emergencia para q la regulen nuevamente y si uno solicitaba q la prendan desde la tarde tenía un costo de $15 euros

Le manque de personnel à la réception pour un premier contact après 17h. Mais tout s'est bien passé !

The accommodation was close to everything, its on the canal so great views and its within walking distance to the markets, polite staff, good breakfast , lots of choices, clean accommodation, comfy bed. Free bus if required to the station, good bus service too.
No door on our bathroom it had been removed as there were steps and people were missing them due to the door. So alternative needs to be sorted, we didn't mind too much as we've been together a very long time. But prior notice and an option to have a bathroom with some privacy would have been good.

Muchas cosas
1. Nos intentaron cobrar un precio mayor del que nosotros habíamos reservado en booking, allí te piden que pagues en efectivo, y un precio mayor, ellos dicen que por tasas y gestión de servicio.
2. La temperatura de la habitación estuvo durante toda nuestra estancia en 12 grados, no puedes subirla por qué está atornillado el termostato. Y hay un cartel que puedes subirla por 15€ más si avisas a recepción, y si no avisas te cobran 100€.
3. La higiene en general deja mucho que desear.

A faxineira e a moça do café da manhã foram simpáticas.
o recepcionista (um rapaz de óculos, estatura bem baixa e de cabelos claros) foi rude e impaciente. nos explicou de forma desleixada para como seria o check in (você mesmo faz o check in). ao chegar no quarto, notei que temperatura estava muito baixa e vi 16ºC (você não pode mudar a temperatura do seu próprio quarto). procurei alguém para pedir para aumentar a temperatura e, depois de andar pelo hotel, encontrei o tal recepcionista, que, novamente sem paciência (ele não faz questão de disfarçar que você o está “atrapalhando” e sai andando enquanto você fala com ele!). o tal funcionário disse que o quarto fica a 16ºC durante o dia (imagine você num dia chuvoso e frio, tendo que suportar 16ºC em seu quarto, enquanto só queria se aquecer) e que à noite a temperatura sobe automaticamente para 20°C, e que era o máximo! em pânico, solicitei, então, ao menos, um cobertor extra, oportunidade em que fui informada por ele de que teria que pagar a mais por isso! não dá pra acreditar nesse absurdo, coisa de outro mundo.. o quarto era ok e a limpeza parecia boa também, mas eu jamais voltaria a me hospedar nesse lugar. estava contando os minutos para não ter que olhar para a cara desse recepcionista (e rezando para não precisar pedir nenhuma informação mais para ele) nunca mais na minha vida.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous avions deux chambres confort avec vue sur le canal. Elles étaient plutôt bien dans l’ensemble. La literie est confortable.
Je m’attendais à pire au vu des commentaires précédents. Effectivement il faut prévoir son sèche cheveux et ses produits douche. Nous avions des serviettes dans la chambre en revanche. La douche cabine wc est un peu étroite mais ça va.
