Location was good
Door to the room was broken. Reception staff came quickly to resolve. Very dated and needs updating urgently.
Safety omissions in the family room booked, such as exposed wires from sockets and proximity of water to sockets.
Would not recommend!

Nothing.
Bad smell once entering the lobby,
which persisted in the lift and rooms.
Rooms were degraded, small, not even possible to open a suitcase.
Towel was not even changed in one of the rooms.
we came in first to check and left the hotel without staying. Lost all our money but couldn't possibly have my family stay there. Terrible only recommended if on a budget and don't m8nd dirty run down hotel...

it was still pricey and check in times were narrowly inconvenient.

My room needs bathroom maintenance. Groundfloor room needs window security at night to allow it to be opened

Nobody at the reception to welcome me. I tried to call the hotel still no answer. Someone told me the reception was somewhere upstairs waiting for his pizza. After 20min of waiting at the reception with my child, I had to find another hotel, book a room and leave this place.
The premices is not welcoming at all. I felt insecure there.
4.0 / 5.0
Familiarity of the reception, the lift, the room ( though we missed the concierge & his chihuahuas) A window you can open fully.
A deep bath tub with hot hot water (after a hard day’s work in a field) The anonymity. The parking
A less fraught check-in without a tussle to
open the key box

The bed and bathroom were clean and beds were comfortable
The fact that even though you could see signs with how strictly forbidden it is to smoke everyone seemed to smoke in their room. The room we were in had cigarette burns on their curtains and smell would come into the room. The communal kitchen was smelly and dirty we didn't dare touch it. Also the fact that there wasn't any management available to see or talk to.

they had free wifi which worked sometimes
there was no one at reception when there was meant to be - I had to ask the cleaner for help for something that was nothing to do with her role (she wasn’t able to offer me any guidance) meaning that myself and another customer were left walking along a busy road looking for food. the restaurant wasn’t open even once for breakfast or dinner as it states it will be. the wifi didn’t work half of the time. truly a poor experience. wouldn’t recommend to anybody, especially if you are a solo female traveler!!!

The location, the staff, the facilities and the cleanliness as well as the ease of use and functionality of the premises given the price is really the endorsement of its name Value Stay!

Two things I liked about the property- 1. Keys were in the automatic locker(since I arrived late, picked it up quickly) 2. The area was quite, so had a good sleep.
Many things
1. Room was dirty,
2. There were burnt marks on the furniture.
3. TV remote was not working
4. no towels provided

The room was not clean, the whole building smelled, the kitchen was not equipped as advertised, walls are very thin and the TV and barking dogs in other rooms were a minor nuisance in the evening, at night a very loud party started somewhere in the building. For the price, I was expecting a lot more.

Nothing went well. Hotel was a disaster. We stayed there for two nights which were the worst ever.
The room 24* bathroom and toilet were disgusting. Day 1 started as a big shock. There were many people in front of the building at the entrance door. They parked their car at the entrance and open their music from the car. Our check in was a remote one. We picked our key from the locker. We went to our room. There was a second shock. Many noises were coming from everywhere in the room. I called the responsible person but he couldn't manage it stopped. He said that the noise coming from the restaurant which was under the hotel. The music and dance lasted till midnight. The next room was partying in the morning starting from 8 am till night. There was no soap. Instead, there was body shampoo. Who knows that one left from the previous guests. The bed was not comfortable.
The responsible person wasn't helpful. We asked him to change our room but he didn't want to. He said every room was full but I checked in booking.com and there was still available rooms. He didn't take into consideration our complaints. Shame!
DO NOT GO!!!
